Enjoy coming here for happy hour. Service is friendly and great. The venue has a slightly dim, typical steakhouse vibe, but windows overlooking the greenbelt add a nice touch. Food options pair perfectly with the drinks!

Wonderful atmosphere--quiet and intimate. The steak and sides are always perfectly cooked, and even when the service wasn't as quick (personally, I felt like it was fine) the server acknowledged that it was on the way. The presentation of the drinks had the right amount of detail. The highlight was the message they wrote at the end, which we enjoyed along with their banana foster dessert.

This eddie v's in Austin is truly one of the best ones around. The service is perfect. You truly feel like an appreciated customer. I love coming here for the seafood. The crab cakes are to die for. This time we decided to go big and got the seafood tour. Heads up, this will feed at least 4 people. We also ordered the African lobster tails... let's just say fresh and filling! Lastly, this place is always clean and well kept. Eddie V's is the place I recommend for a date night or celebration because everything on the menu is delicious and the ambiance is great!

Still one of our favs in ATX ... they now have happy hour seven days a week! Special pricing on oysters, bar appetizers, speciality cocktails, etc. service is consistently outstanding! This visit cocktails were delicious and the oysters plump and juicy. We also enjoyed a crab cake and beef tenderloin bites. Yum! The highlight was nana's foster flambéed on the table. Great dessert! Still highly recommend Eddie V's!

We've been to Eddie Vs on many occasions and it is always outstanding. Today, my wife and I got our motorcycle licenses after a grueling two days of learning. So a celebration was in order. In this visit we spared no expense. Had the shrimp cocktail, caviar, filet with lobster tails, wagyu strip with lobster tails, a 24 Karat cocktail and a smoked Old Fashion, plus the incredible crab fried rice. To end they made us a special desert and set it on fire, along with our crème brûlée. With tip, $525. Our server Farzan (spelling...sorry) was incredible. The pinnacle of attention and caring. It's quiet in general even when busy as it is a date or business dealing kind of place. An occasional large party may raise the volume. However it's always respectable. And for this visit, the wagyu and caviar were some of the best I have ever had. The caviar melted in your mouth and the warm blinis were amazing. The horseradish and Parmesan encrusted steak (cooked medium well...sorry) is literally the best steak I have ever had. I'm very serious. I've eaten at a lot of fancy places and all the way to Texas Roadhouse. This was the BEST steak. Juicy, tender, and everything you would expect from wagyu. But this one? Superb. While we may not always spend this much at this establishment, it was well deserved.

One of the best steak experiences we have had! Thanks to our server Tyresa for making this experience man outstanding one! While in Austin, we had planned dinner at a nice restaurant however had to find another restaurant due to having a reservation early on! Eddie v's experience was so worth the visit! Before we got seated, they put extra heart decoration on the table and the girls got fliers since it was Valentine's Day! Stayed with drinks and the spicy margarita was so good! My husband likes old fashioned and I usually think it's too strong but this was amazing! The presentation was top notch! Appetizers/ sharing plates we had the siracha honey Brussels sprouts! Wow! Must have and try! 100/10!! Truffled Mac and cheese!! Also must try! The third one was the butter crab mashed potato which was good but I could skip and get the other two we got again instead Then comes dinner!! So amazing! Fillet mignon so good juicy and tender! My husband got his New York steak which was also amazing! Dessert we had the banana frosting which was delicious!! " We are absolutely retuning here in the near future! Thank you for the amazing night Tyresa! You rock!

Eddie V's is great at steaks and seafood whether you're in Austin or Houston. The service is amazing as always. I had the scallops and someone else got the rib eye. It'd always a great visit to Eddie V's.

I have to give this place 5 stars. This place was amazing! The food was great and the service was phenomenal! We can't wait to go back. Yes, it's a bit pricey but worth every penny. Our server Ryan did an amazing job and was wonderful. She was attentive and awesome.

Lordy this place is always amazing! It starts with the service the truckles down to the delish food!! I decided to try the stuffed shrimp with lump crab and did NOT disappoint! My husband opted for the filet with lobster and it melted in my mouth! Suburb! It was a wonderful evening!

Tonight's date night took me and the Bean to the arboretum where we dined at the elegant Eddie V's. Beautiful restaurant!! Great music selections accompanies the ambiance. Or servers were awesome. From the host that greeted us, to the two servers who waited on us and ensured we were completely satisfied. Entree was the jumbo lump crab cake accompanied with fresh bread and butter which was super delicious!! We both had the 10 oz center cut filet mignon. Bean had Au gratin cheddar potatoes while I had the South African lobster tail with drawn butter. I don't know why it was called that but it was too amazing to deliberate on . For dessert I had the Belgian chocolate cake with fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream. Bean had chocolate mousse cake. If I had to pick, the mousse cake was the clear winner. All washed down with signature cocktails and great conversation.

Really hard to ever have a bad meal here. Crab Fried Rice is always spot on. The stuffed shrimp is delicious. The Sea Bass has an incredible umami broth, don't be shy dipping your tender fish in it! Service is always impeccable, goes for both the bar and main room. Plenty of parking, you can valet as well.

Located off Anderson Mill in the corner of a strip mall is a bookshelf with a door on the right side. If you cannot figure out the entrance, there is a doorbell to ring as well. I believe it is owned by the same people who own The Mill bar right next door, which makes it feel like a cool bonus space. My friend and I sat next to a faux fireplace, where we were greeted by the only bartender working and placed our order. Once he opened the tab, it was disappointing that he never came back to check if we wanted another drink. It wasn't super busy on the Monday we went, but since he was the only one manning the bar, the bartender was always doing something, so I don't blame him fully for not checking back in with us. I ordered a drink called the Velvet Vice. It looked nothing like the picture and tasted similar to an Aviation cocktail with egg whites. I happened to really like it. It is a very relaxed space, but once the speakeasy gimmick wears off, it does not have much else going for it. It is still a cool place, but I am not sure it was worth the lengthy drive to get there. Our waitress was very friendly and fast, she and Shana hit it off pretty well. The drinks were good and came out pretty quickly considering it was fairly busy. They also had managers or supervisors going around checking on everyone which is nice. Now the food, It was good as usual but I had ordered my smash burger with mayo, cheese, and bacon. I am a simple person, I was a few bites in when I hit chopped onion. As we had been there awhile and were ready to go so when the server came back around I asked for the burger to just be removed as we wanted to go. They either didn't hear me or didn't listen as they took it to get it corrected. So I tried to talk to a manager to explain we just wanted it removed, not remade as we really needed to go. He said he would take care of it, then nothing for a bit and a new burger was brought out. So I just took it, ate a few bites and got the check. The server was very nice and even took pride in getting us a new burger but I felt that no one listened to me at all and it soured a lot of the visit. They did have a 3 course Valentine's day menu. Overall we still like this place but the being ignored twice was frustrating. We were tired, we wanted to go.

The staff were very friendly, all dressed very professionally in black, greeted us with a smile and were very welcoming. They handed us off to Lee who gave us a tour and he was outstanding, great personality, very funny, and easy to talk to. We are in our 50s, have never been to any club, at all, ever, so we were not really sure what to expect. We went in with a very open mind and had a great time. There was every age range from 21 to 80, every socioeconomic status, and every body shape and size. We did not feel intimidated or unwelcome at any time. It was 80/90s night, we expected to be overdressed when in fact no one dressed in theme. There were women in lingerie or dresses (fancy and plain) men were in everything from sports coats to tshirts (which surprised me based on the posted dress code). Lots of seating, high and low tables as well as lots of sofas. Up in the 6 playrooms there were towels, condoms, and lockers available for use. The beds are divided by a shear curtain, and the front of the beds each have a shear and black curtain depending upon how you'd like to play: alone, ppl watching, or ppl joining in. The "theatre" room was a bit disappointing it felt like there should be a larger screen or maybe different seating. I'm not sure but it felt a bit off to me. Either way not a deal breaker. (Just my opinion). It is BYOB and the bar offers set ups and wine glasses and bottled water for purchases. We brought a backpack cooler but... there were some very dedicated people who arrived with a yeti on wheels they were not playing around. All this to say bringing a bottle or a huge cooler don't be shy! I should mention the parking. The club is in an industrial area, which for privacy we appreciated. About the only people you will see there are those going to the club, it did not appear there were other open businesses around. There is parking on site for $20 (valet or park yourself) and lots of street parking. Be prepared to walk if you're not early and do not want to pay, the side streets fill up fast. IMO, it is well worth the $20, and the men working valet were very friendly as well. Just prior to leaving the manager stopped by to see how things were going and he was extremely kind, very chatty and thanked us for coming. We are looking forward to returning!

As for the salmon, it wasn't overly seasoned and was incredibly flaky. It was a good size as well. For breakfast, The Breakfast Plate's eggs were cooked perfectly with appropriately cooked bacon. I enjoyed the potatoes that accompanied it as well. The Buttermilk Pancakes meal was a failure though. The pancakes were gooey inside.
