Also he doesn't do the DMV stuff anymore because no one was taking advantage of it and it's too expensive at the moment/price of goods going up. So my man Sean can't justify offering it anymore. Sean's a certified badass. Went here this morning to get a smog for my car and it was about a 15 minute drive or so. I was the first and only there. Rolled into a vacant parking spot when Sean came over and asked if I here for a smog. I said "Yeah" and he asked me to park in the awning and he'd get me hooked up. I also came prepared with some Micky D's breakfast cuz ya boy was hungry. So anyway, fast forward 10 minutes and while I'm munching on my McMuffins, Sean and I are talking casually about stuff. Kitchen Nightmares is on and Gordon Ramsay is going in on some crappy chef. Sean's like "I'm pretty sure your McDonald's breakfast sandwiches taste A-1 compared to that restaurant's crap right now." In between our conversation he politely asked me to sign off and review what he was charging me for, didn't try to upsell me, sell me anything useless, or any additional fluff. He also didn't rush me out of there either. So I able to take my time and enjoy the deliciousness I had brought with me. All in all I spent about 15-20 minutes tops. The process was fast and easy. 15/10 would chat and chill with Sean again. Oh yeah and my car was fine. And I paid about $45 for the whole thing (smog check). "It seems like quality has taken a dive man, all these shops are trying to screw you out of your money. You come in for brakes, they try and sell you a tune up with it. On the shop's mission statements it should say in fine print under their BS commitment to customer service, 'We're also here to gouge and bone you out of every penny you own.' - Sean, Certified Boss, Norcal Auto Support this man, he's awesome.

The guys at Boradori genuinely care about their customers and want to help you in any way they can. I know! I experienced it when I had my car serviced there. They may not be the cheapest in town, however, their prices are competitive and the best part is I know their work is top notch.. I trust their work and they back it with a 3 year warranty! I truly believe you get what you pay for. With Boradori you get more. In a time of need, they worked with me and gave me a peace of mind even after I left. I know my car is going to be ok now and I thank Cory, Jimmy and the rest of the crew for taking care of me and my SUV. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Took it in for an oil change, but…read morethey tell me I have another problem which is fully covered by my extended warranty then the next day after my car is left there overnight thinking they're going to cover the job Totally like they said, all of a sudden. Now they're telling me that my warranty is only paying a small portion of it even though I have 100% coverage and that I'm gonna have to pay a ton of money. they also wanted me to do a Service that was recommended and so I applied for the Credit card there because they insisted. I got approved for the Credit for more than the service amount way more so when they saw that I had extra credit available, they decided to try to tell me that my warranty wasn't gonna pay for the whole job that previously they told me was 100% covered, and that I needed to put the balance onto My Credit that was available because they saw the amount of Credit I had and they said it's no big deal because I have the Credit available, so just put it on there!!!!!! I actually had full coverage warranty, but they were upping the Price of the Repair for the warranty Repair way above the price of the cost of what it normally cost, at the warranty company. When I called the warranty company they told me that they were fully paying the entire Bill that boradori put in for, And that I shouldn't owe any money at all, except for my deductible and they told me that they were trying to scam me because it was fully covered. So I drove over there and took my car back and gave them no Service at all except the oil change that I originally went in for on a coupon, and I told them why, and that I was very upset because I didn't like to be played and all of this was because they saw that I had a higher credit limit for the Service Job that was due so intern, they decide to try to Bill me a higher Price than what the warranty pays and what they normally Bill for the Repair that needed to be done so they could just get free money so I took my car back and said forget it and gave them no business and I told them why and I was very very upset so I'm just letting you know now. Do not apply for any kind of credit there with them If you decide to actually go to this place, which would be stupid. Once they see your Credit limit They're gonna try to get you to rack up the entire Credit limit and fill it up so they can get extra money out of you. Even if it's not something needed. So make sure that you check your extended warranty if you go there and make sure that they are truly being paid for the Price. In full even on any warranty coverage. you don't want to get stuck paying them extra money because they see you have Credit available. So beware I wouldn't go there at all personally. They offered me a free oil changed to make up for all the drama and I never redeemed it ever after that. I change my oil myself now, because I'm not going to even take my car back there ever again. Buyer, beware watch out. Especially if you're Girl. They're gonna try to screw you. Luckily I'm super smart and did my homework. Also, I don't think the Credit companies should not be telling these people our Credit limits. I'm gonna call the credit company and let them know that they're doing this. they should only tell them if it's gonna cover the Service or not. They shouldn't be giving them our credit limits because that's when they start thinking They can rack up Our Bill and the guys acted like it was no big deal. They tried to say that my payment will only go from this amount to way up here to this amount which I couldn't afford anyways Even if I wanted to so I thought it was really rude. Just cause I had credit available that they thought I could just rack it up and owe all this money. Anyway, just be aware. I'm not gonna lie to Place is Nice looking inside And they do offer free Rental cars while your car is in Service, But trust me They make their money back from all the extras and scams they pull on people. Be careful. Do not go there!

Leo firstly greets his customers with a genuine smile, made me feel welcome and in good hands in this professional environment. Managment (woopsy I didn't catch the name) was also very kind, informative and makes it a point to connect, and check in, displaying excellent customer care. In no time I was back on the road, my vehicle running smoother, feeling good about what I paid, as opposed to what it would've cost me at a dealership. I will continue to utilize Oil Changers for vehicle maintenance in the foreseeable future, and would highly recommend!

I went home and changed my own oil and found that the oil level was [way] overfilled. In other words, the last time I had my oil changed at Changers, they way overfilled the oil. Additionally, when I had my oil changed, I had my fuel filter and water separator changed. I went to change these myself and it took me nearly an hour to get the filter (engine filter) element out of the housing. This filter has an oblong opening so the filter element should fit in only one way, but apparently the guys at Changers just jammed the element into the housing; literally shoving a round peg into a square hole. I have changed these hundreds of times, and they should be very easy to just grab and pull out. In this case, I had to get a plyers on the element and work as hard as I could to finally get the element out; ridiculous! The water separator was even worse! This is like an oil filter. It only needs to be hand tightened. Again, I have done this procedure hundreds of times and normally all I ever have to do is put an oil filter wrench on the separator and it easily comes loose, then replace the separator and tighten hand-tight. In this case, I had to fabricate a breaker bar that I could fit into this area and use all my strength (I am strong) to get this loose. These guys must have tightened this up with some kind of wrench. I have never seen such shabby work in a so-called professional shop. I would not recommend this establishment. Give them a chance and they will damage your vehicle.
