CAUTION! These guys are really good at the game of sign you up and service the yard BEFORE your 3 days to read the contract is up. Also they claim they are all organic but when I questioned more about what was in the interior spray the guy said one product was chemical but highly tested and safe blah blah. I told the sales person to text me info on that ingredient and he sends me the oils they use and claims he didn't know what I wanted. They also spray more than any pest control company you'll find because they want to charge you more. When I canceled the service after the first yard treatment they wanted to collect what the contract says you have to pay if you cancel early. Well they never sprayed inside so they owe me a refund plus the game is after you stupidly sign up on a tiny cell phone screen they tell you you have 3 days to cancel but then they send the service person to spray the next day so you're obligated to keep going even if you don't like the service. And then they are non-stop with the emails, texts and phone calls to collect the money they harass you that you owe. Their locations in cities are not really offices cause everything is run out of Las Vegas. Call a real pest control service and if they say they want to come out sooner than every 6 months call another one. read more

I sign up last year and they didn't do half the things they said they do. 2nd appointment for follow up they rang my door bell and I didn't open quick enough and he left and apparently lied about did the treatment??? He wasn't inside so I don't know how he did inside treatment without coming in?? I called right away and cancel the contract because I don't trust them anymore and there is contract fee and charge for the service that time when they didn't do anything. I encourage anyone considering this service to be aware that you are signing an electronic agreement that you are unlikely to receive a copy of until after your 3 day grace period to cancel the contract. They sign you up on a little phone so you can't read all the details and then when you want out of the contract even after only one service you are paying a huge penalty. They try to get a technician out to service you the next day so then you are obligated to fulfill the entire year of service or pay the penalty because you never knew it was locking you in. I wanted organic natural products only and was told that have that except for what they spray inside and then they never sent me what that was to check it out. I only had one service and it's costing me almost $500 to cancel the contract. They are a scam company as you will read on many reviews and you should tell the salesman that shows up to go to the next house! read more

They are super friendly, polite, kind, and they did there jobs thoroughly. I felt very comfortable letting them in my home and around my home to spray for pests. Like everyone else is complaining about, one of these jokers came up to my door in the middle of Texas re-closing - how stupid. Even worse, when I answered he asked me to 'speak to the boss of the house'. I understand I look younger, but my educated guess judging from the owners response of these guys being summer sales reps is I'm likely older than them. Had I needed pest control services, that would have immediately lost any potential business you'd have gotten from me. I'm a grown man paying a mortgage - and one that won't be paying for your services. It appears you need to better train these reps. read more

So sales guy Sebastian, showed up to my house yesterday, and talked to me about OmniShield. I wasn't sure at first but he made a few good points. I called my pervious company and cancelled right away. Sebastian scheduled me for the next day. 30 minutes before my appointment Jordan D text me to let me know that he was on his way. He sprayed the in and out of house the house. Was very careful and safe. He did just a wonderful job. I couldn't be more pleased with his work. My mother said that after so many years of trying different companies, that she has never seen anyone so just a great job and that it was not just a quick spray spray spray and go. He blatantly looked at my no soliciting sign and continued to ring the door bell. That pisses me off and I refuse to do service with anyone who is that rude from the get go. It sounds to me from other reviews that it is the sales people who are not doing a good job for this company and not so much the service itself. We were sold a 12 month treatment plan that was not the same as the contract. Shame on us for not reading the contract more carefully, but now we have to pay a fee to get out of the contract. Beware of their door to door sales force or read the contract more carefully before entering into a year long contract. read more

We just had a young man come to our door, wearing no mask, hawking this company's services. We were expecting an (outdoor) home services person, so my husband went and got his own mask to put on, and cracked the door open a tiny bit to see if that's who it was. No, it was a sales rep from Omnishield suggesting we consider switching to them from our current provider. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of company sends sales reps door-to-door during a pandemic?!? We are seniors with health conditions and have not even had our own children or grandchildren in our home in almost 3 months. This is outrageous! Despite the big "NO SOLICITORS" sign above my doorbell, a salesman rang my doorbell with his face mask down around his neck not covering his face. REALLY? I refused to open the door. OmniShield should be ashamed of treating its employees this way and risking the health of our society as a whole. read more

Omni Shield sent a sales person door to door during this pandemic. I called them and talked to about it and they said their legal team told them it was permissible. They forgot to ask their PR and Marketing team or even themselves how disruptive it would be for uninvited solicitors to go door knocking during a global pandemic. People are at home working, going to school, sick, and staying away from the virus. The optics on this are bad and they're putting their employees at unnecessary risk. The employees have no idea what they're walking into. All businesses are having to find new ways to add customers and door to door sales are the past, not the future. read more

I just signed up with OmniShield. A representative came to my door, with no mask on, and started in on his sales speech. I told him no several times but he was persistent. He finally talked me into it. He said it would be $155 quarterly for 24 months. I was not given a choice about the time length. The first visit was on June 18, which I paid $155. The follow up visit was July 26 which was to spray all the eggs left. They charged me another $155. I did not know there was a charge for the follow up visit. I thought the charge was quarterly. They've done a good job on spraying but I'm not happy about the charges. If I could get out of the contract, I would. Please let me know how much it would cost to get out. I'm elderly and feel I was taken advantage of. read more
