This is a customer-facing role--basic courtesy and professionalism should be non-negotiable. I won't be returning, especially with a print shop literally next door that values customers' time. The low rating here is well earned, and I wish I'd noticed it before walking in.

I needed to make some copies and fax some important papers. I entered the store and was greeted by a smile and a hello from the staff. I had some questions concerning the multi-purpose self-service machine. I needed to insert my credit card and adjust some settings. My papers were quickly processed. I am very impressed with the training program that FedEx must have in place. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the store. I just needed someone to do the work. He reassured me over the phone that he could do it and my timeframe was not a problem. Later that day, I bring my materials and he again assures me he can do the work. I ask for a price estimate and he says he does not know and will call me the next day. The next day I call and he is out of the office. From that point on he became impossible to reach and when I went back in person, they pretended to not know who I was and they stole or got rid of my materials. They screwed me over so bad and for no reason. If they couldn't do the project or didn't want it, they could have just said that and I would have been on my way. Joseph is a thief and an incompetent liar and should not be trusted with any job. His employees are not given much ability to do anything on their own, making them just as incompetent as he is. From watching their engagements with other customers (none of whom seem happy or satisfied), this is a place you go last minute because none of the other print shops can take your order and you don't mind Joseph screwing you with inflated pricing, hidden product shorting, and other ways Joseph has figured out to cheat his customers. Just waiting in the front and watching them converse with their customers is a real eye awakening experience and I seriously don't understand how this business is still in operation.
