Coco Licious is a delicious vegan chocolate product that has serious chocolate flavor with healthy ingredients-its good for you and tastes good! We are talking low glycemic, raw, vegan, gluten free product that still retains wonderful chocolate flavor. I bought the Mint Heaven, sold in a plastic small box-the pieces are hand made like in a fun variety of shapes: hearts, squirrels, G Clefs, leaves, this is fun and beautiful. OK-taste? You will think its regular chocolate ! There are a number of flavors, and you can buy the product in bar size, perfect for hiking, traveling, and a healthy snack for work. Some of the ingredients are cacao, coconut and cashew butters, organic carob, and organic palm blossom crystals. A bonus-Coco Licious is made right here in your home state of Colorado, in Boulder and available at Vitamin Cottage, Whole Foods in the Boulder area (hopefully all over Colorado in the future) Each bite savored the palate, and it was a struggle not to eat the entire box! I highly recommend Coco Licious and look forward to trying many different brands soon! Kitchen Rocker

The Simply Good Foods Company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. This company is focused on food…read moreconsisting primarily of nutrition bars, ready-to-drink shakes, sweet and salty snacks and confectionery products. I just learned today these products are marketed under the Atkins, Quest, and Atkins Endulge brand names. I just purchased my second box of Quest. I remember the first time I tried Quest I didn't care for it. This time I purchased the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough based on a recommendation from my Chicago Yelp Friend Thomas after he ate one. First note it was absolutely delicious soft and chewy. Second note I am concerned because this company has been involved in misleading label information regarding calorie content and ingredients. I admit I do buy these nutrition products for the low carb and high protein content. I found that these products especially Atkins do not raise my blood sugar. My cholesterol levels also went down for about six months until I returned to dairy eating. I do stay away from the nutrition shakes and drinks or anything with fruit flavors. I believe the lawsuit involved artificial fruit flavors that were passed off as fruit. You can look it up!! I'm recommending Quest and Atkins Nutrition products. They have me addicted. Four Stars for Simply Good.

Power grains and delicious root vegetables served with special bacon from River Bear. And hot and sweet peppers. Some salads can be a chore to eat. This was just a fun and delicious salad. Talked to the owner Aaron. He is super fun to talk to. Really passionate about what he does. He takes great interest and pleasure in sourcing his food for the restaurant. The conversation we had about this was super enlightening. Then he kept bringing us things to try. His Mojo chicken dish was so delicious. Even though I was full I couldn't stop eating it. The sauce and I think Jasmine rice was perfect together. Fragrant and spicy and addictive. Then we tried the Lithuanian Dumplings. I feel like I know dumplings. I've had them just about everywhere in the world. These were exceptional! Cooked to perfection. I don't exaggerate. No tough and doughy skin here. Perfectly cooked so the skin gives easily and the juices flow into your mouth with the meat and the (Creme Fraiche I think!) mixing to create a hugely satisfying mouthful. This guy is so creative. I will be back to see what his next menu has to offer!

You can find them in many Denver metro Farmer's Markets as well. Check out their website for more info & locations. I discovered them one Sunday at the Central Park (Founder's Green) Farmer's Market - 29th & Roslyn (8:30AM -12:30PM). At Founder's Green look for the yellow tents & big white truck every week, rain or shine thru about mid-October. I was told they've been at that same spot for 20 years. The produce looks like it could appear on a Food Magazine cover! It's beautiful. Everything is bigger, brighter & better than what you'd find in the grocery aisles. Over the weeks I've tried many of the veggies & fruits, sometimes they have yummy samples. The two owners ( I think they are the owners), are there each week - one helps customers with the produce & the other weighs & takes payment. They're friendly & super helpful. They've given tips on microwaving corn on the cob & offering to cut off the very long tops of carrots. Speaking of corn....if you're a corn lover their Peaches & Cream Corn on the Cob is definitely worth getting, so fresh & sweet. Palizzi Farms Produce is the best!
