English review first. Japanese version follows below…read more I am writing this review with great disappointment, as I had been a customer for approximately six years and would like to share my personal experience. I had relied on this business not only for my personal computers, but also for computers used at a company where I previously worked. Because of that, I trusted the owner and continued to use his services for many years. I am not an IT enthusiast, nor am I a gamer. I use my computer mainly for everyday tasks such as email, internet browsing, Word, and Excel. When it became necessary to replace my computer, I was recommended an older Mac running Linux Mint. During our discussions, I repeatedly heard negative comments about Microsoft and Apple, while Linux Mint was strongly promoted. However, I felt that more emphasis was placed on the advantages of Linux Mint than on understanding my actual needs and intended use. The following day, I spoke with the owner and told him that I intended to purchase the computer. During that conversation, I was informed for the first time that the screen had a yellow tint. Because of that, I said that I wanted to see the computer in person before making a final decision. However, when I arrived at the store, my data had already been transferred to the computer. Since I do not have a technical background, I felt uncomfortable deciding not to purchase a computer that already contained my personal data, so I went ahead with the purchase. After I started using the computer, I experienced several issues: * Frequent internet connection problems * A keyboard that did not function properly * Excessive heat from the computer (it became noticeably hot within about 10 minutes of startup, even when no applications were being used) When I reported the overheating issue, I was told that it was normal for the computer to get hot. When I explained that the keyboard was not functioning properly, I was told that the keyboard was "working." However, I did not consider the computer to be functioning normally for regular use. In addition, many files in my Documents folder were missing after the data transfer. I was told that the cause was the failure of my original computer. However, other data was transferred successfully, and as a result, I lost many document files from my Documents folder. The owner ultimately accepted the return of the computer. However, the data transfer fee became another point of disappointment. I was initially told that the fee would be reduced to $40 because I had been a long-time customer. After I returned the computer, I was charged $75 and told that the discount had only applied if I purchased the computer. What disappointed me most was not the computer itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. Problems and mistakes can happen in any business. However, I did not feel that this situation was handled in a sincere or customer-focused manner. As someone who had trusted and used this business for many years, the experience was extremely disappointing. If you are considering purchasing a used computer, I strongly recommend carefully checking its condition and functionality before making a final decision.

*My computer: HP 2016 Desktop…read more (became brand new computer performance) *Hard Disk: HD 1TB (HD had failure status, then changed to a SSD512GB) *OS: Windows 10 (became Win11) *Problem: Slow performance, then became a black screen, then had recovering problem due to inferior HD (partially broken) After a long vacation, my computer briefly worked, but then suddenly the screen turned black, leaving me with only the option of recovery. However, no matter how many times I tried to recover it, it didn't work. I reluctantly attempted to use the recovery USB I had downloaded earlier, but it still didn't succeed. Finally, on the second attempt, I was able to recover it. During the device check, it was revealed that there was a problem with the hard disk, and even if I managed to recover it, there was a possibility it would fail again soon. So, I Googled and searched for a Japanese computer technician. Eventually, I found Tony. After speaking with him on the phone, I felt he was very honest & friendly, and I decided to ask for his help. Throughout the process, he was very thorough, and he even pointed out common mistakes that a novice might make, such as unnecessary software and tasks that weren't needed. Since I had an 8-year-old computer and only wanted to use it for a few more years, I requested minimal work (he also recommended this way.) However, he did a fantastic job; he even cleaned my computer. He changed the HDD in my desktop and since he opened up my desktop cover, he also cleaned all other inside parts after he changed the Drive. When I picked it up, both the exterior and interior were very clean, and the desktop was running smoothly. His all works were very impressive, I was truly grateful for his help and completely satisfied. The initial diagnostic is free of charge, and his recommendation as well as his pricing were very reasonable, so I highly recommend him.

I brought it in, and they had it looking brand new in no time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly, professional, and actually cared about helping me. They explained everything clearly, gave me a reasonable price without trying to upscale me. The repair was fast, clean, and done with real attention to detail. When I got my phone back, I was shocked. The screen looked perfect -- no bubbles, no scratches, no lag -- it felt like I just bought it straight from the store. Touch sensitivity is flawless and everything works perfectly.

But the owner personally called me, and they had me bring mine in again and fixed it for free (solving the turning on issue). We've agreed to bring in my husband's computer again (we'd given up on taking it in, as they didn't seem to solve the issue - ironically, it turns itself off all the time). Anyway, maybe they can fix this computer also. I appreciate Fred calling me. And I'm happy to have my computer working again.
