She is extremely happy with the results. After shopping around for several months at various stores in the Oxnard/Ventura area and dealing with salespeople who were either overly expensive or dishonest, I decided to do some research online and called Timeless Floor Company. James answered my call, listened to the situation, and offered to come out for a free estimate. He visited my mother's home, took measurements, and invited us to the showroom. James was knowledgeable and professional, helping my mother pick out a style she loved at a very fair price. On the day of installation, Felipe and his crew arrived promptly, explained the process, worked efficiently, and hauled away the old carpet and padding. They left the house looking wonderful. We highly recommend James, Felipe, and the team at Timeless Floor Company.

We recently had Timeless Floors come to our home for a quote on kitchen backsplash. Initially,…read moreJackie, an owner was pleasant to deal with. We picked out the tile, an order was placed, and waited for an install date. When the workers arrived, they were friendly and quick. One day install. Then came the issues. When I tried to reinstall the plugs and face plates, it became obvious they would not fit flush as the tile created a gap between outlet and outlet box. An employee offered a solution that did not work. When I called Timeless, they quoted me up to $450 to fix the issue. An issue they created with the install. After multiple 'heated' calls and a lot of finger pointing, they sent someone from the office to fix the problem. I actually had to research a solution and purchase the necessary parts myself! I understand construction projects can and will have issues. What sets a good company apart from a bad or mediocre company is how the problems are resolved. When I brought up our issues to Timeless, I got nothing but pushback and a condescending attitude from Felipe, a co owner. In the end, they sent someone that fixed the issues. Had they initially accepted responsibility and sent someone out, this review would not have been posted. Curious as to why Felipe, an owner, inspected the kitchen to give us a quote and never once mentioned that this may be a problem! So after the job Timeless Floors did with our backsplash, I'm rating them mediocre at best. Read all their reviews! Note after owners comment: Jackie, there was never any extra electrical work needed! The installers removed the outlets without disconnecting any wires. They were not electricians! We only asked that they be installed back as they were before the backsplash was installed. After some research, it turned out to a fairly straightforward fix but did require a specialized tool that I did not have to enlarge the opening around the outlet area. Total time Joey spent fixing it - less than an hour! And again, nothing Joey did to reinstall the outlets correctly required an electrician!!

I kid you not, Roy had one of his guys at my home within a few hours of reaching out. He's fast to respond, is thorough with his updates and such an easy going guy. The panel upgrade was permitted through the city so they had to do the stucco work in two phases; once before the rough inspection and again before the final inspection. Roy and his crew were able to work with my schedule and had my wall sealed up in no time. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done, at a price that's more than fair. Looking forward to working with Roy and his guys again in the future!

I'm only giving them 4 stars though because during the estimate they suggested to also clean and refinish our granite counters, including repairing old grout and a crack. At the end, the counters look exactly the same, and the grout was done poorly, while the crack was done terribly with large pockets still open. We called them back and the original estimator came to complete the job. He finished the grout okay, but the crack looks terrible and messy with clear epoxy stuck on the counters around it. I really could've done that myself. My advice is use to them for floors or tile and pass on the add-ons.

Our original kitchen dated back to…read more1982, and although we had always wanted to update it, I was very reluctant to take on such a major project. I worried about the disruption to our lives, the expense, and especially having people working in our home for an extended period of time. From the very beginning, All Pro Construction made the entire process so much easier than I anticipated. Their team was professional, respectful, dependable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. Saul and Gabby listened to what we wanted, answered our questions, and kept us informed throughout the project. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and their willingness to make sure everything was done right. Even when unexpected issues came up--as they inevitably do with a remodel--they worked through them and found solutions rather than taking shortcuts. The transformation of our kitchen is amazing. It feels like a completely different home, and we absolutely love the finished result. After living with our 1982 kitchen for so many years, it is hard to believe this beautiful, updated kitchen is actually ours! Most importantly, the experience was far less stressful than I had feared. We are so glad we finally took the plunge, and we are extremely grateful that we chose All Pro Construction to do the job. We would wholeheartedly recommend All Pro Construction to anyone considering a kitchen remodel. They did an outstanding job, and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen!
