They were extremely helpful in finding the perfect quartz to go with my cabinets and were quick to come out to measure, fabricate, and install. A crew of four men came out and worked like a well oiled machine from start to finish to give me beautiful countertops that exceeded my expectations. This last experience gives you even more insight into their company. On installation day one of the pre-fabbed pieces wasn't right, so they took it back to the shop, and came out to re-install the next day. When I got a chance to really look at the piece, I wasn't thrilled. I waited a couple days to make sure about whether I wanted to pursue asking them to fix it. I called about 5 days later, and they responded immediately; validating my opinion that this one little corner wasn't great, and offering to fix it straight away. They were out the next day, pulled the counter top, took it to the shop, and reinstalled a couple hours later. And I'm thrilled.

He was always available to verify measurements to make sure our other trades could put stuff in the appropriate place (plumbing lines, outlets, etc). We are now 1+ years into living with the new kitchen, and even though it is of fairly modest size, we feel it has every amenity one could wish for, and facilitates ease in workflow as if it were much larger than it is! Given the 2 years lapse in time is the best quality indicator and greatest testament to this truly wonderful cabinet company. First and foremost, the family and crew are professional and wonderful. The total experience from design to installation left nothing to be desired as they were proactive, timely, competent and clean. Every interaction showed why a family run business is better than an impersonal box store. They asked questions for clarification rather than assume this is what we wanted. They had a "can do attitude" verses one full of excuses. The contractural agreement and payment schedule was straightforward and painless. I certainly would use them if I had to do it all over again but there is no need. Like I said, 2 years have passed and all is still very good! They did a stellar job and the floors are super clean. Communication was great and everything went well. The insurance company paid for the job, so I'm not certain what the costs were. They did pull some paint off a door where they taped up some protective plastic sheeting. I'll contact my GC to have that resolved.

After nothing for 30 minutes past the time, I call and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. Shows up one hour past the scheduled time...it happens, I understand, but maybe you should at least apologize and give me a heads up? Apologizing after I call you out is not comforting. Very nice in person, Takes measurements and discusses. This was a Friday, so I understand we might not get the estimate soon. I'm told, if not this weekend, I'll get it to you by Monday eod. No worries, that's reasonable. Heck, it can be any day, just do what you promise. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Call Wednesday. Says I'm really busy, No apology until I call them out on what they promised. I didn't set the expectation, they did. I tell them, if we don't even have a contract and you're being like this, what am I to expect? Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.
