This place wasn't bad at all. The machines are pretty clean, so is the interior, including the bathrooms. There is a change machine inside for up to $20 bills. I thought the machines were reasonably priced but would definitely suggest bringing your own detergent if possible. Vending machines are meh, but it was no trouble to cross the street to purchase something at Safeway. It was pretty quiet even when there were a lot of other patrons. Would come here again but I am fortunate now to rent a place with a washer and dryer in unit. I'm blessed but will never forget my Saturday washing experience. read more

So I totally love this place! I drop my laundry off and the awesome staff washes and folds my clothes for me. This process saves me so much time on the weekends. The girls are so nice and the manager works really hard to make sure the place is clean and safe. I go once a week and their turn Around is fast. All I have to do when I get home is put my clothes away. They do offer self serve laundry. They have all different sizes of washers and dryers. Free wifi, vending machines and televisions. Plus they are open late for the ASU crowd. The parking is kinda difficult but since I'm just dropping off my laundry it doesn't really bother me. I now have laundry free weekends and I can go out and do fun stuff. This is prob the best laundry place I have ever been too. read more

Unfortunately my new apartment doesn't have washers and dryers so I had to find a laundromat. Yelp led me here and I've been very happy with it so far. There are a lot of machines, so even when it's busy you can usually find some open. There are TV's, vending machines and a sink to clean up if you need it. There is always an attendant on hand and they spend a lot of time keeping the place clean, tidy and putting the carts back so you can easily grab them. No one likes doing laundry at a laundromat but this place makes it as pain free as possible. read more

This laundrymat is amazing. It is a cool and hip place to hangout while doing your laundry. What makes it so hip & cool is all the flatscreens on the wall. During College football season I like to go do my laundry and catch a game while waiting for my clothes to finish. The staff is friendly and very easy on the eyes (if you know what I mean). Flatscreens on the walls and friendly staff what more do you need? Oh...they also wash and fold your laundry 0.99 cents a pound, best deal in town if you ask me. read more

I've came here for a year now and have always found this place to be up to my standards. Clean, efficient, and friendly. Free wifi is a huge plus. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing a place to relax and do laundry. read more

This place is super affordable and clean! I'm not someone who enjoys laundromats but this is the best one I've ever been to! Will be returning! read more

I've been using this place for a few months, it's clean and the machines work well. There is a blonde lady that is either the manager or owner, she has been rude to me twice now. I see her being friendly to other people, so I don't know if I did something to offend her. I let it go the first time, didn't say anything about it. The second time I also just let it go, but there are several laundry options around here, so I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

I've been using them for 9 months for wash/fold. The staff is amazing. They do all my weird requests and even help me get the laundry out to the car. Will miss this place. read more

Our washing machine broke and, of course, we had full hampers. After searching for the least sketchy laundromat nearby we settled on Eco. It was brightly lit, decently busy, and the machines were quick. Another plus, we ran to get food right across the street while we waited. read more

Clean nice staff, tons a big flat screens to watch and nice washers and dryers,a good place to watch bums and suto sheeck college kids mingle together.always interesting.not 24 hrs but the nicest one in tempe, read more

I've been here a few times in college and recently since my washer at home broke on me. The staff is nice and helpful even for a do it yourself place. The washers come in 1, 3, and 5 load sizes. They have two massive dryers and a lot of medium sized ones. If you wait to do laundry until you have no clothes left like me, you can easily spend 3 hours and $20 here. But I even went across the street to snag some Panda Express for dinner and ate it while using their free internet and waiting for my whites to dry. If you're gunna go to a laundry mat I'd go to this one every time. Just don't go on a Sunday night or you'll be waiting for a dryer for a while! So busy. read more

This place is awesome, plenty of washers/dryers, free wifi, large tv's. plenty of seating area and tables to fold laundry. staff is friendly. my only complaint is the parking, it's a very small space. read more

Great service, clean and friendly. They were able to get a rush order of wash and fold done for me, and delievered on time. Will definitely be back! read more

Very clean with 3 friendly staff (on a Sunday no less) working. I usually drop off my laundry and let them do it, but today I washed my cloths. Nice place. read more

Always clean. Staff is great and helpful. Usually do my own laundry, but used the laundry sevice once, and they were prompt, and my laundry was nicely folded and waiting for me when I returned. I love this laundry! read more

I'm here at least twice a month. I'm happy with the facilities and staff. They have about 8 TVs and offer free wifi. Once I thought I lost something and they let me look in lost and found, didn't find it but they at least let me look. read more

I was there today to wash a comforter that is too large for my machine and cannot be dry cleaned. The laundry facilities were clean, the customers' bathroom was immaculate, and the women working at the Eco Laundry were very friendly and helpful. The free wifi was a plus so I could do some work while I waited for my item. Definitely recommend! read more

Initially I didn't go here because they do not dry clean comforters for some reason. But, I ended up going to do laundry and it was great. I have 1 washer and 1 dryer in my complex but I still prefer to make the drive here. I can get 3 loads of laundry done in about an hour and a half. They have a coin machine for change which is really great because I never have quarters on me. read more

nice huge washers, dryers are good- no pets i actually left a small carpet hanging went back the next day and they had it waiting for me, I'm def going back read more

I'm never going back to this place ever again. i read the reviews on here and i must say I think they paid people for these reviews. I brought me cloths to the for dry cleaning and its been my worst experience ever in my like 25 years of living and i've never have had worst service. These people lost my cloths and ask me to come back in a couple of days while they find it. when i got my cloths back it looked like it had been sitting in the back of a trunk with a bunch of cloths on top of it, but it was suppose to be dry clean. all in all 2 of my shirts are ruined and i'll never use these people ever again. I highly recomend that everyone find a new Laundry mat read more

This place is worth the drive! The staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. The equipment is in great shape and there's never a wait. The overall facility is very clean and inviting. We drive 30 miles round trip because nothing else is worth our time or money! read more

***poor experience and rude service with dry cleaning job*** I'm a musician and am frequently required to perform in front of large groups of people. I took a very nice black shirt here a few weeks ago and picked it up right before a trip. It was my mistake to not immediately check that the job had been completed properly. When I unpacked my suitcase, I was embarrassed to wear this shirt at my performance because white rings around both underarms remained prominent. These are caused by sweat, but are very simple to get out at any decent dry cleaning business. I returned last week with the same shirt to have it cleaned for a trip this weekend. I explained nicely what had happened and just requested that they make note to take extra care of removing the stains. She said of course... I picked it up today, checked right then and there, and the stains were still there. I told the clerk what happened and asked why they remain. She said "They tried their best." (This is a simple and easy white sweat stain on a black shirt, never had problems like this before) I asked for a refund, and she rudely refused to give me one since "the service has been completed." I tried to explain that it wasn't actually completed, because my shirt was still dirty... But she rudely refused and continued to avoid proper conversation etiquette by folding clothes and not bothering to face me as we talked. I kindly told her that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't pay for a job that can't get done... Especially when other places can do it quicker, better, and with more kindness. read more

I dropped my jacket to get it dry-clean, they returned it back exactly the same with the spilled juices on it, and they still charged me $6!! I'd never go back again and their manager is very disrespectful when she talked to me on the phone. read more

Great laundromat! Sunday morning first thing..... opened on time, all machines clean and ready to use, and the facilities are spotless. Plenty of machines in differing sizes to handle any load and reasonable prices. Our washing machine broke down and I have not been to a laundromat in years. Frankly I was dreading this experience but Eco Laundry proved to an excellent choice. While I hope to not frequent any laundromat again in the near future (repairman cometh!) I would recommend Eco Laundry to anyone. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Do NOT go here. The people working there are incredibly rude and don't realize that being nice to customers is how you get people to come back. If you want to get treated with disrespect and like you're no better than a pile of crap this might be the place for you. read more

My dryer just went out so I needed a place to wash and dry my clothes while it gets fixed. I used to use laundromat's all the time and this one is by far the best I've been to. They have staff on working while the doors are open in case you encounter any problems and it is very clean. Would recommend. read more

Great Laundromat! VERY clean and tidy. People who work here are helpful and polite. I needed a 50lb dryer for my huge duvet and one had finished but items had not been emptied. She kindly pulled them out so the rest of us could keep doing our laundry. A bit of a drive for me but worth it! (TV's and wifi for entertainment while there) read more

This is the only laundry mat I will go to. They keep it really clean, there is always a staff member there to break up a $20 bill, and they have SUPER LARGE washers that you can fit just about everything into. They also have a service that you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for a fee of course. Oh and yes FREE WIFI plus 3-4 TVs you can watch too. read more

Super clean. Air conditioned. TVs to watch while you wait for your laundry. Benches outside to sit on and have a cigarette. They actually have a counter person working in the laundromat, I guess if you need assistance. They also do drop off service. Vending machines for snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies. The weird thing is we missed a turn, according to my GPS, so we went down a few streets so we could turn around, and the laundromat was right there! read more

Our newly built apartment complex laundry room has 4 small washers & "fryers", not dryers; hot, hotter & melting. So, we were looking for a nice, clean, staffed laundromat & ECO fits the bill. Staff welcomed us, gave some direction & off we went. We like the coin not card option. You can buy dryer time by a several minutes rather than 45 minute intervals AND a warm dry IS actually warm, not HOT! Lots of rolling cart with rods to hang clothing on. Washing machines are high off the floor so no need to sit on the floor to get laundry out or in! Dryers are easy to get into, also. Great $ .75 drink option machine... snacks, TV's to watch. We went to the website 1st to see what hours were best. As wth just about anything in the ASU area, parking is not huge but going off hours helps. HUGE washers & dryers that were efficient, cleaned the clothes & a 2nd rinse option for a quarter! That's rare & we love it! Staff was attentive & cleaned the areas, tables & machines continuously! Our new go-to laundromat!! We drive from Mesa but it's a short trip & worth the drive. read more

We were in town moving my son in to ASU and needed to do laundry after family vacation. Very clean and well kept machines. Attendant was helpful, friendly and always working. Highly recommend. read more

The perfect laundromat, everything is very clean and in good repair, newer machines and lots of them, fast wifi.

The place is large and has plenty of machines and seems clean. They also have a good number of larger machines if you need to wash something larger. They have a coin machine if you need coins and a vending machine for any kind of soaps you might need. The soaps are over priced, but you kind of expect that. There is a grocery store across the street though so you might be able to get a better deal there on soap. As for the dry cleaning/washing service I personally wouldn't use them, the prices seem at bit high and I asked them if they could clean a couple of mink blankets and they'd never heard of mink before. I was kind of taken back that people who specialize in cleaning fabrics have never heard of mink. So I decided to wash it myself there and saved like $30 per blanket by doing it myself. That said if you do wait around for your stuff to wash, it's not a bad place to wait and there are a lot of places within walking distance to eat at. read more

Had my clothes stolen from here. Owner told me that it was my fault, and that I shouldn't have been taking up her dryers. No sympathy from staff what so ever. Very rude and inconsiderate. read more

We were flooded and had to wash lots of items. It costed us about 49.00 dollars in 2 days wash. We had been going there consistently for 3 years. The owner came over and told that she was getting lots if complaints about our small service animal. Let tell all our little lady did was sit on her pilliw. The other patrons wanted to bring their dogs. When we offered to show the papers the owner ignored. We continued to come even if the dryers didn't dry quickly. We came in weekly for 3 years and she never say hello or thank you for coming. Why this time would she take the time to embrace us in front of the other people. I wouldn't recommend this placed it's not friendly and you don't feel welcone. By the way it is illegal to question a person's special needs. read more

I have been using this laundry mat for four years. They always open on time 7am. The owner Tina very nice and helpful. The place is so clean you don't need to worry about your clothing hitting the floor. All of the machines work and are clean. They even have air conditioning and flat screen televisions. read more

Generally speaking, super clean, well managed. However, the main chick is always on her phone, as many washers sit full, finished, and ignored. My beef is they use the same washers intended for paying public to do the wash and fold biz they also operate. Additionally, today, there was one open 2 load washer (out of 12) when I went in at 10:30 am. There was no one taking clothes from any of them almost the entire time?? An hour later a family came back and emptied 3 of them. Snooze and loose, if you leave the premises your stuff should get taken out and put somewhere, I have no desire to wait for those too good to hang around and take care of their stuff! Time for some policy changes and signs... read more
