Unfortunately my new apartment doesn't have washers and dryers so I had to find a laundromat. Yelp led me here and I've been very happy with it so far. There are a lot of machines, so even when it's busy you can usually find some open. There are TV's, vending machines and a sink to clean up if you need it. There is always an attendant on hand and they spend a lot of time keeping the place clean, tidy and putting the carts back so you can easily grab them. No one likes doing laundry at a laundromat but this place makes it as pain free as possible. read more

This laundrymat is amazing. It is a cool and hip place to hangout while doing your laundry. What makes it so hip & cool is all the flatscreens on the wall. During College football season I like to go do my laundry and catch a game while waiting for my clothes to finish. The staff is friendly and very easy on the eyes (if you know what I mean). I've been here a few times in college and recently since my washer at home broke on me. The staff is nice and helpful even for a do it yourself place. The washers come in 1, 3, and 5 load sizes. They have two massive dryers and a lot of medium sized ones. If you wait to do laundry until you have no clothes left like me, you can easily spend 3 hours and $20 here. But I even went across the street to snag some Panda Express for dinner and ate it while using their free internet and waiting for my whites to dry. If you're gunna go to a laundry mat I'd go to this one every time. Just don't go on a Sunday night or you'll be waiting for a dryer for a while! So busy. read more

Our newly built apartment complex laundry room has 4 small washers & "fryers", not dryers; hot, hotter & melting. So, we were looking for a nice, clean, staffed laundromat & ECO fits the bill. Staff welcomed us, gave some direction & off we went. We like the coin not card option. You can buy dryer time by a several minutes rather than 45 minute intervals AND a warm dry IS actually warm, not HOT! Lots of rolling cart with rods to hang clothing on. Washing machines are high off the floor so no need to sit on the floor to get laundry out or in! Dryers are easy to get into, also. Great $ .75 drink option machine... snacks, TV's to watch. We went to the website 1st to see what hours were best. As wth just about anything in the ASU area, parking is not huge but going off hours helps. HUGE washers & dryers that were efficient, cleaned the clothes & a 2nd rinse option for a quarter! That's rare & we love it! Staff was attentive & cleaned the areas, tables & machines continuously! Our new go-to laundromat!! We drive from Mesa but it's a short trip & worth the drive. read more

Initially I didn't go here because they do not dry clean comforters for some reason. But, I ended up going to do laundry and it was great. I have 1 washer and 1 dryer in my complex but I still prefer to make the drive here. I can get 3 loads of laundry done in about an hour and a half. The place is large and has plenty of machines and seems clean. They also have a good number of larger machines if you need to wash something larger. They have a coin machine if you need coins and a vending machine for any kind of soaps you might need. The soaps are over priced, but you kind of expect that. There is a grocery store across the street though so you might be able to get a better deal there on soap. As for the dry cleaning/washing service I personally wouldn't use them, the prices seem at bit high and I asked them if they could clean a couple of mink blankets and they'd never heard of mink before. I was kind of taken back that people who specialize in cleaning fabrics have never heard of mink. So I decided to wash it myself there and saved like $30 per blanket by doing it myself. That said if you do wait around for your stuff to wash, it's not a bad place to wait and there are a lot of places within walking distance to eat at. read more

I brought me cloths to the for dry cleaning and its been my worst experience ever in my like 25 years of living and i've never have had worst service. These people lost my cloths and ask me to come back in a couple of days while they find it. when i got my cloths back it looked like it had been sitting in the back of a trunk with a bunch of cloths on top of it, but it was suppose to be dry clean. all in all 2 of my shirts are ruined and i'll never use these people ever again. They actually have a counter person working in the laundromat, I guess if you need assistance. They also do drop off service. Vending machines for snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies. Generally speaking, super clean, well managed. However, the main chick is always on her phone, as many washers sit full, finished, and ignored. My beef is they use the same washers intended for paying public to do the wash and fold biz they also operate. Additionally, today, there was one open 2 load washer (out of 12) when I went in at 10:30 am. There was no one taking clothes from any of them almost the entire time?? An hour later a family came back and emptied 3 of them. Snooze and loose, if you leave the premises your stuff should get taken out and put somewhere, I have no desire to wait for those too good to hang around and take care of their stuff! ***poor experience and rude service with dry cleaning job*** I'm a musician and am frequently required to perform in front of large groups of people. I took a very nice black shirt here a few weeks ago and picked it up right before a trip. It was my mistake to not immediately check that the job had been completed properly. When I unpacked my suitcase, I was embarrassed to wear this shirt at my performance because white rings around both underarms remained prominent. These are caused by sweat, but are very simple to get out at any decent dry cleaning business. I returned last week with the same shirt to have it cleaned for a trip this weekend. I explained nicely what had happened and just requested that they make note to take extra care of removing the stains. She said of course... I picked it up today, checked right then and there, and the stains were still there. I told the clerk what happened and asked why they remain. She said "They tried their best." (This is a simple and easy white sweat stain on a black shirt, never had problems like this before) I asked for a refund, and she rudely refused to give me one since "the service has been completed." I tried to explain that it wasn't actually completed, because my shirt was still dirty... But she rudely refused and continued to avoid proper conversation etiquette by folding clothes and not bothering to face me as we talked. I kindly told her that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't pay for a job that can't get done... Especially when other places can do it quicker, better, and with more kindness. read more

Great laundromat! Sunday morning first thing..... opened on time, all machines clean and ready to use, and the facilities are spotless. Plenty of machines in differing sizes to handle any load and reasonable prices. Our washing machine broke down and I have not been to a laundromat in years. Frankly I was dreading this experience but Eco Laundry proved to an excellent choice. While I hope to not frequent any laundromat again in the near future (repairman cometh!) They keep it really clean, there is always a staff member there to break up a $20 bill, and they have SUPER LARGE washers that you can fit just about everything into. They also have a service that you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for a fee of course. Oh and yes FREE WIFI plus 3-4 TVs you can watch too. read more

We were flooded and had to wash lots of items. It costed us about 49.00 dollars in 2 days wash. We had been going there consistently for 3 years. The owner came over and told that she was getting lots if complaints about our small service animal. Let tell all our little lady did was sit on her pilliw. The other patrons wanted to bring their dogs. When we offered to show the papers the owner ignored. We continued to come even if the dryers didn't dry quickly. We came in weekly for 3 years and she never say hello or thank you for coming. Why this time would she take the time to embrace us in front of the other people. I wouldn't recommend this placed it's not friendly and you don't feel welcone. By the way it is illegal to question a person's special needs. read more

I have been using this laundry mat for four years. They always open on time 7am. The owner Tina very nice and helpful. The place is so clean you don't need to worry about your clothing hitting the floor. All of the machines work and are clean. They even have air conditioning and flat screen televisions. read more
