Excellent fluff and fold and very reasonable. Clothes smell so good after washing them. Folded expertly and I get two hours of my only day off back! A true gem! read more

If I could rate this place with ZERO stars I would! Way less than satisfactory experience here. They falsely advertise hours, shut and lock doors before closing and hassle you when you try to be nice about using their service. I really think they need some business 101 classes and people who actually do their job. If you're schedule to work or be open and advertise as such DO IT!!~!! I will never come back or support this business again. It's worse than shopping at Walmart. read more

The laundry facilities are always extremely clean and pleasant, as well as the staff! Prices are great, just coins, so you aren't required to purchase a card and keep track of it. Free WiFi, TVs, available vending and many options for washing different sized loads. This is in such a great location and it's the only laundromat that I travel to use read more

World Class Laundromat!!!!!! Clean, affordable, up to date washer, dryers. Never doing laundry anywhere else. read more

I've been coming here since I moved to Tempe and I have never had any issues. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of machines to use and price is decent. It's nice to know that I can come and do my laundry with no issues or problems. read more

Saw this laundromat when I passed by and I wanted to try it out, since my dryer at decided to kick the bucket. Lol. The place is so clean! There aren't any left over detergents where you put the detergents at, some places don't clean those, here they do! All machines work! I would recommended this place to any one! read more

If you need a place to do your own laundry, ecolaundry is the best. If you need to drop your laundry off and pay for someone else to wash and fold, don't bother. "Folding" means folding shirts, kinda sorta in half, bunching sleeves up whichever way, maybe not even bothering to turn the clothes right-side-out. If you can't pick your clothes up immediately (and they do not call no matter how many times they say they will or how big the request is written on your ticket), plan on having to iron everything- even your T-shirts- once you get it back. You'll have to re-fold it under any circumstances. Last time I paid them to do my clothes, it cost me $40 for 13 T-shirts, 2 towels, 4 sheets, and a couple pairs of pants. They also lost one of my sheets, so $60, for only 3 sheets plus. read more

First time at a laundromat in 30 years and it was a good experience! Everything worked and it was not too busy. Clean and affordable.

I actually really enjoy this laundromat. It's clean, the staff is friendly, there is an adequate amount of seating and entertainment while you're waiting. It's my first choice. My sole issue with this place is that there is 50+ machines yet less than 15 parking spaces available, which are always full. It's pretty annoying to arrive with everything and not have a place to park. I really wish they would expand their lot or move locations to one with a larger one. read more

This is a great ~looking~ laundromat, however the dryers do not get hot enough to kill certain bed-loving pests. Once, after doing my laundry here I noticed one of these particular pests scurry across my folded clothing as I loaded everything into my car and I'm very positive it was a bed bug. I did continue to do my laundry here, thinking it could have come from anywhere, but noticed each time that when I pulled clothing out of the dryer (I tested this after about 30, 40, and 60 minutes) nothing really seemed hot and I did select the highest temperature setting available. I'd used different dryers on different occasions. Overall this facility is very clean, but in my opinion it carries the risk of becoming a playground for bedbugs. I googled the model of dryers in use and they are supposed to reach around 160 degrees Fahrenheit, I spoke with someone over the phone at this laundromat and they claimed the same thing. But when I pull my clothing out after an hour and some of it is still damp and the zippers and buttons on my pants are actually cool to the touch, the dryers need servicing. I did read that some have a mechanical issue after a while causing dramatic heat loss, and am also aware that when lint filters are not frequently cleaned a dryer won't function properly. Either way, I haven't been back in a while and likely will never go here again. It is clean and pretty, though! Lol read more

After a terrible experience at another place in town I was hesitant to use another wash and fold service. Not here, I am a returning customer. Amazing price! Great service. Clothes were folded perfectly and so soft. Go here! read more

Just had a interaction with a woman here who says she's the owner. As I am changing a ten dollar bill to do my laundry. She says why are you getting change ..where is your laundry?..We don't want you to take are quarters. Grilling me wanting a answer. I ask who are you? I'm the owner. Raising her eyebrows as if to say I'm the boss. I am taking aback. Very rude for one. Selecting me like that and not waiting to see what was going to do next. I wait to bring in my laundry. I don,t like to leave my clothes unattended. She says oh. looking at me like i did her wrong.. i just walked into the laundry location and went straight for the bill changer.. i did nothing more but getting ready to do laundry. Very bad customer service leader. the owners mind was made up before i did anything .. Not even a sorry for my mistaking me as another person. Just an excuse for her bad behavior. "We have people coming in here and taking are change and leaving". Bad owner. Bad behavior. Bad etiquette. i stayed to do my laundry for a hour... never an apology.. just her cleaning and looking like a person who did me wrong and never admitting to her bad actions. read more

This place is suppose to open at 7 on Sunday. Got there at 6:45 on Sunday and place was already packed. No machines available. If you open before 7 then you should post it. Or at least have machines available for regulars at 7!!!! I will start going somewhere else. read more

I had an awful experience with the owner, Change had gotten stuck on the machine and she accused me of stealing. The husband did offer a free load to compasate but the wife continued to argue. It was a awful experience .I have stop going there read more

I'm not a frequent visitor to laundromats but needed to use some large capacity washers for some horse blankets and sheets and decided to see what Eco Laundry had to offer. The place is very clean and well kept, has TVs, change machine, helpful staff person and several carts for you to take your stuff from your car to the machines. I will definitely be back to use their large capacity washers in the future. read more

I WAS ACCOSTED BY THE OWNER OF ECOLAUNDY FOR BRINGING MY SERVICE DOG WITH ME. Anyone with PTSD probably realises that it caused a catastrophic response for me. We have used Ecolaundry for 3 1/2 years. I got a service animal approximately 3 months ago and have been taking her with me when we do laundry. There has never been a problem with anyone. The owner has seen her and nevaer said anything. We had already done our weekly laundry but our apartment flooded with the last monsoon and we had to wash all of our clothes. The owner approached me and said I was not allowed to bring my dog in. I tried to explain that she was a service animal but she ignored me. She said it was clearly posted on the door. I offered to show her my paperwork and was ignored again. She said that customers have been complainging and that she has to put up with their complainging, but that she didn't want to hear complaints about my dog. She told me that seeing my service dog made other people want to bring their dogs. We usually go right when they open and hardly anyone is there. When she finally stopped to catch her breath, it gave me a chance to speak. I told her again that my dog was a service animal and that I had documentation. She told me I didn't have her dressed like a service animal. I tried to explain that it was 107 degrees and that the vest was hot. She began again saying that she didn't want to hear any complaints from anyone about my dog because she had to hear enough complaining from everyone.. I take it that she doesn't know the laws regarding service animals. I know of one other patron that takes his dog to the laundry and his dog doesn't wear a vest. read more

Very clean laundromat. Friendly helpful staff. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Good, Clean and dependable. Free wifi. I go out of my way to do my laundry here. It obvious they care about their customers.

Great place. The owners and employees are all friendly. Always clean, free wifi. The place I live charges outrageous prices to use machines. I come here every week. Even with bus fare it's cheeper than my place. My one pet peeve... there are not a lot of baskets to move from washer to dryer and customers hoard them while not using. But I can't fault the owners for that. read more

Nice place. The owner seems nice. It's a self service or they will wash and fold also. But they don't wash comfort and etc. that's big. But they have big laundry machines that will so no problem. They have wifi and nice tvs for you to watch and entertain yourself while you wait. read more

I went to Eco Laundry for the first time today. They had plenty of washers/dryers available and all in clean working order. Two employees were there and were very helpful. The cost is about average the large load washers are a bit higher than some other places. But the other places I have been aren't as clean and Eco Laundry. The location is easy to find parking was adequate. FREE Wi-Fi makes it easier to pass the time. read more

Great place! All the positive reviews are spot on. I haven't been to a laundromat in 20 years. I live in Ahwatukee and drove past a couple other places to come here and I'm glad I did. Didn't know what to expect when my washing machine broke down and I needed a solution in a hurry. All the machines are idiotproof and the prices are fair. Friendly help is right there if you need it. Everything is super clean. Plenty of machines available at noon on a Saturday. I can see how parking can be a challenge, but I got a spot today with no problem. I didn't waste a dime and am not stuck with a card as this place runs on quarters - nice!! I'll be bringing my comforters here from now on. read more

I love this laundry mat. The only thing i don't like is they need a few more of the $1.50 washers. They always seem to be taken. I recently found myself having to go to the laundry mat after 5+ years of in home laundry. This place is so clean, the machines work, and there are plenty tv's to keep your attention while clothes are washing. Dryer prices are great also, i think its $1 for 28-30 mins. which clothes usually dry on medium heat within 21 mins. great staff also. They have a change machine in house which helps too. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat since it opened, it has been two years now. At first I did my own laundry until I realized they had a drop off service, and me being a busy ASU student of course I went that route. I also use they're dry cleaning service for my expensive dressier items.@ Barbara B. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY MISPLACED OR LOST MY CLOTHING. I have personally talked with Tina she is there on a daily basis, she is not a "sketchy" person or a "crook". I'm sure she would have offered to reimburse you for your missing/stolen underwear(gross) and other items. I'm sure the staff was really busy and didn't notice until it was too late. You should be mad at the person(s) who stole your clothes not an innocent trustworthy employee. read more

I had my clothes stolen from here and the owner TINA STALETOVIC refused to compensate me for my clothes. She is a "dirty" business woman. With all of her money you would think she would do the right thing by me. I am a student at ASU and lost $700 worth of clothing due to the irresponsiblity of her staff and she will not own up to it. DO NOT DROP YOUR CLOTHES OFF HERE TO BE CLEANED...t is not worth losing them. Of course, my clothes were all expensive ones....they don't lose the cheap ones. So if you shop at Wal-mart, you are OK. SHE IS A CROOK, her and her husband. All of my boxers, socks, tshirts were stolen right out from under their eyes according to her. But what really happened is they gave my clothes to someone else or as originally stated..........."missplaced them" Very Sketchy person to deal with. The Laundromat may be state of the art and clean and beautiful...but TINA is a CROOK AND A LIAR read more

I have been to so many laundromats in my life, but have never seen one like this. I am from New York origanally but came to ASU , I am communication major. I needed to find a laundromat that was nice, clean, and not in a scary nieghborhood. I went onto the Interenet and looked it up and i got a whole list of laundromats everyone claimes to be the cleanest or nicest so I decided to check them out . As i went from one to another, it was either dirty, in a scary nieghborhood, or none of the machines worked! i was in desprate need, finally as I was on my last one to see it was well worth it. I parked right into the parking lot and started to unload my stuff. Then someone came up to me and handed me a cart. I could already tell that I was going to like it here. Then as I walked up to the door and entered, I was in shock to see such a place! My jaw dropped in amazement. I then say a lady come up and ask me if I ever came here before. I nooded my head no, and then she took me over to the machines and showed me how to work them. I was so amazed on how economical they were. I then put all my clothes to wash and sat down to relax. I then saw magazines, newspapers, even a FLAT SCREEN TV!!! I then saw a man using a computer and figured out that they have FREE Wi-Fi!!! After my clothes were done washing in about 30 min. I took them out and dried them in less than 15 mins. After drying them I was amazed to see how clean they were!! After folding my clothes I talked to the attendent there and found out they do dry cleaning and wash-and-fold service! And ASU students get a 10% discount :) So as you see I was very happy about the laundromat! read more
