Nice clean place to wash but not enough parking. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. There are people here to help with the machines and keep the place nice. Tvs and wifi available here. I am sitting here washing my laundry as we speak and wanted to give a better review while I'm sitting here using their free wifi! Which is the first thing that gets me to come anywhere. It's very clean in here and very modern. I love places that promote green cleaning and the simplicity of place brings the point out. This is tempe so the atmosphere is great. My kind of crowd and not to mention I shop at the Safeway across the street. As far as washing and drying ,the big machine cleaned my clothes very well and the dryers are hot. I can say it was worth coming. The attendant is nice and helpful and the prices are average. This is my new place to wash. read more

As I'm washing and waiting she starts cleaning the washers I'm using with Clorox , I was the only Mexican person there and would only say stuff to me and was disgusted cause I had touched the washers . she was even disgusted to touch the cart I had use , which was only used for my soaps and my bag . I've been to a few laundromats back in the day, but got spoiled with my own washer/dryer. Then I moved to an apartment with a washer/dryer combo (like in one machine). It was tiny and could barely hold 1/2 a load. So, I went down the street to this place and loved it. Unlike the other laundromats I've been to, this place was air-conditioned. It had plenty of machines in a variety of sizes. Also the staff was helpful in showing me how to use the machine. Just a tad on the pricey size for the larger machines. But, no complaints over all. The place is wonderful! Highly recommend. They even have a fluff and fold service available, if you are interested in that. read more

This laundromat is the cleanest I've seen. Machines always work and I can always find a machine to use. However their drop off service is a different story. I had a bra ruined that looks like it went through the dryer which I asked not too. And even if it was the washer, if they clasped it together how you should wash bras then it wouldn't of been ruined. The staff was rude and immediately defensive when I walked in about it. I was given $40 less for my bra. Be advised, I wouldn't trust them with my clothes again. they are constantly on their phones or gossiping with friends who stop by or running after their kids. We are traveling and staying in a hotel with no laundry facilities Off I go to Eco Laundry, which I had found in an in-line search. Now I've used many laundromats in my time so I know what I'm talking about here. This place is wonderfully clean inside and outside. The machines, buggies, folding tables, bathroom... all clean. There are vending machines for drinks, snacks and laundry supplies. I don't know who was working today (compared to other reviews), but she was just fine by me. Answered a couple questions and was constantly keeping things clean and orderly. If I ever make it back this way, I'll take my business to Eco Laundry. read more

Meets all the criteria for a great laundry. Clean building inside and out (recently re-modeled I think), friendly and helpful staff, machines all working and not too expensive. $3.50 / wash for the larger 3 load machines. Lots of TV's spread around plus seats. While I was there the young lady went all around sweeping and cleaning the floor and wiping down surfaces. It's a lot cleaner than my house for sure :-) Parking seems a little limited for such a big laundromat. Switched the cable TV channel in time to catch the Coyotes - Red wings game. Unfortunately the coyotes lost... 11/23/12 Update Washing machine died last week and it took LG over a week and 2 visits to get it fixed. So I had to go back and use ECO laundry again for the week. All the same comments still apply - clean and friendly operation - lots of machines. Parking still a little limited. They do have free WiFi. read more

I yelped this place and decided to make the drive from the sky harbor airport area. The parking lot really is a cluster of chios. And I think because of that it sets ones mood upon entering, in a very negative way. The main gal that was at the front desk was nice enough and helpful but I did NOT like being told there was no key to the lint traps for the driers on site for her to empty when I requested this to be done. Her fault? I'm not sure, but I know for a fact that it is something that is done in many other places upon requests and it would benefit the business to have it. When I questioned her about cleaning them out she told me that it's done every night. So.... it's only done once a night? That is absolutely nuts and unexceptable. The "dick move" dude that arrived when I did was a complete ass in every way at this place from informing me that I took his machine, that he had opened the door (this meant it was his) and running out to his car (that he parked at the door) and getting his nasty dog beds and dog blankets. Those items (which are acceptable ) all washed and dried in the same machines I put my stuff in. EVERYONE knows that towels and animal things require that lint traps be clean. IT'S A NO BRAINER! Give the gal the key so it can be done throughout the day. YUK That same dude also causing grief in the parking lot by getting upset with people trying to back out and leave. (his car blocking their exit bc he was parked behind them) THEN he proceeds to try and take their soon-to-be vacant spot and almost hits the poor girl before she is clear. Finally, he gets the spot only to park so close to the car on marked left that the disabled elderly man had to get into his car from the driver position and climb over his console to get to his seat. (Mr Overly Entitled) unbelievably is standing at the hatch back of his Lexus, oblivious to anything but his own self obsorption. It would make things a lot less confusing if the curbside was clearly marked drop off and loading zone only absolutely no parking allowed. I was dropped off and my husband parked across the intersection and met me at the faciliy. We sat outside while getting things done. You can be part of the problem or part of the solution. When the business doesn't say "move" then instead of one... you end up with 4 cars parked and nobody can leave... then you get mad folks on the way out as well. And bad reveiws. The facility is very popular and very organized inside. Extremely busy. They will provide you with smaller bills so you can get quarters. They have a detergent dispense machine. Snack and soda machine also. About 30 minutes to wash 2.50 for dbl load machine (clothes are pretty wet after done) and a quarter gives you 7 minutes (1 pair of heavy jeans, a pair of stretch jeans, 4 tshirts, cotton sweatshirt, 4 pairs of socks, and 4 breifs... cost 1.50 to dry completely. I thought prices were fair and except the lint issue surfaces were clean. So over all, lost a star for the lack of keeping entry way clear of parked cars and another for the inability to clean the lint trap upon request. Initially liked the place, clean and cool but the same issue with employees and I have used this laundry for over a year. The random rudeness on any given day is annoying at best and condescending at worst. Towels weren't drying, "well they should be wet while drying"...yes, they should but after 45 minutes on high they should be damn close to done. "Well, there should be some water left in the washed load", seriously. Just found out the hard way that no dimes or nickels in exchange for quarters. Excuse....uh, we don't have room, there is a 2 quarter limit, and the bank charges 7% to deposit coins....then I suggest you get a new bank. Really, at the end of the month that is usually all I have left....had to walk out with wet clothes because I couldn't get 4 more quarters....won't happen again because I won't be back. Our suitcase got rained on so our hotel suggested we come here to do our laundry. The attendant working was so helpful, even put a fan on our suitcase. She was hustling around doing her job, straightening up the machines and wasn't just sitting around doing nothing. I was very impressed! read more

The employees on duty are tasked with ensuring you don't sit within 6 feet of your own child... as a Covid precaution... really. If you like to sit next to your child, both masked, while doing reading activities as your laundry washes, you will be told noone here is allowed such freedoms. I like this place. I have my washer and dryer at home but come here when I need to wash blankets, shoes, etc. I've done this multiple times over the years, it's not my first time. Today, one of the 3 washes came out wetter than normal. Wet enough to wring water out of my blanket. I showed the attendant my blanket and even the water coming out. She said it was normal for blankets to come out that way. Um, no. It is not normal. There was no apology nor an offer to put my blanket back in the wash so it could wring out correctly. I was just told to use the bigger dryers, which of course cost more. I text Tina (or Deena) then owner and even sent her pictures. She called me, which I appreciate, especially on a Sunday night. She said her machines were computerized and would know if the issue tonight were her machines. She indicated that in this case it was user error becuase I put a pair I'd sneakers in there along with the blankets. I told her I used a total of 3 washers, all which had shoes in them as I had a washer for darks with dark sneakers. A washer with whites and white sneakers, and a washer with colors and colored sneakers. I washed a total of 7 pairs of sneakers. 7!! And only one machine was wet at the end of the cycle. Fine your washers are computerized, that's doesn't mean they are perfect. If you don't want to make it right then fine, say so, but DO NOT tell a 41 yr old woman who's been doing laundry since the age of 16 that it was "user error" especially when you were told a total of 3 machines were used and the other two were perfectly fine!! This laundry mat is alwasy busy, always. Offering to run my wash again to get a better wring out now my clothes or offering a buck to dry my clothes would have 0 impact on her profits for the day, 0! It would have keep a loyal customers happy, instead in was told I didn't know how to do laundry! I gave it 2 stars since over all this was my first issue and unfortunately might be my last - I'll have to look for another laundry. read more

As usual, every other Sunday we bring our cloths to Eco Laundry on Rural Road in Tempe Az. Today when we went to fold our cloths I noticed one of my new t-shirts has been sprayed with an oil looking substance as well as one of my husbands work shirts and a new set of sheets we just got. When I told the young lady at the counter and showed her, she took pictures and offered to call the owner. After she got off the phone, I was informed that the owner wanted to speak with me and I was directed to call the number on the door. So I did only to be informed by the owner that it was "my job to make sure the washers and dryers we use are clean before we put our cloths in them". Well yes and no. The oil that got on my stuff was drum oil. It doesn't spray unless the dryer is being used at the time. So having the lady at the counter run a dark cloth inside the drum of the dryer is not going to show any oil considering our cloths were in there just minutes before. The "owner " then informed me that things like that never happen and she would take no responsibility for the oil on our cloths and sheets. I informed the owner that I will be writing a review about it and taking my business elsewhere. After hanging up on her (yes I hung up on her to keep professional) as she was saying something about reviews, my husband and I were approached by 3 other people letting us know that they too had cloths and things that had oil spots on it after washing and drying their cloths there. As far as that never happens, well it does especially if those machines are run like they are. Now don't get me wrong, I will give points to the fact that this is a very clean and well maintained looking laundry facility and for the most part the staff and customers are very friendly. It has been the main reason we have been going there for the last 3 months. But no more. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Today in about 100 degree weather I had the WORST experience at this laundromat! I dont typically go during the day but today I had too. I have had the WORST ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service! I had parked my car in front of the eco laundry mat and was not even there for 5 minutes I pulled out my laundry and was approached by the woman who works there long brown hair and a rude demeanor. She exclaimed to me NO you CANT PARK THERE your taking up two parking spots. Granted I knew I was past the parking line BUT SO WERE SEVERAL OTHER CARS. There was NO way I was able to move to where I wouldn't be on or over the line. She instantly made me feel as I'f I shouldn't go there and why would anyone in a hostile environment and trust me I wouldn't go there again unless accompanied. I get it it's hot and parking is small BUT YOUR CUSTOMERS and CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE #1 ALL OF THEM today was NOT the case. read more

This place wasn't bad at all. The machines are pretty clean, so is the interior, including the bathrooms. There is a change machine inside for up to $20 bills. I thought the machines were reasonably priced but would definitely suggest bringing your own detergent if possible. Vending machines are meh, but it was no trouble to cross the street to purchase something at Safeway. It was pretty quiet even when there were a lot of other patrons. Would come here again but I am fortunate now to rent a place with a washer and dryer in unit. I'm blessed but will never forget my Saturday washing experience. read more

So I totally love this place! I drop my laundry off and the awesome staff washes and folds my clothes for me. This process saves me so much time on the weekends. The girls are so nice and the manager works really hard to make sure the place is clean and safe. I go once a week and their turn Around is fast. All I have to do when I get home is put my clothes away. They do offer self serve laundry. They have all different sizes of washers and dryers. Free wifi, vending machines and televisions. Plus they are open late for the ASU crowd. The parking is kinda difficult but since I'm just dropping off my laundry it doesn't really bother me. I now have laundry free weekends and I can go out and do fun stuff. This is prob the best laundry place I have ever been too. read more

I'm so used to having my own washer & dryer in a apt. But unfortunately times are a little rough so living with my cousin' s family temporarily at the moment. To cut down on his cost I've decided to use laundromats until i get another place. I've been trying certain places in my area but heard about this place and let me tell you it's worth the drive from Mesa, AZ. First of all, the place is spotless all the time. The staff there are friendly and always helpful. The machines are great very affordable, i usually use the double load washers which run about 2.50. You also only have to use about half the recommended use of detergent because there machine are so efficient. They also have single top loaders for 1.50. The places quiet even on a busy weekend and there is always a tv on with a favorite show and free coffee at the desk. But here's my biggest draw to the place....free wifi!!!! Now i can do my laundry and check the internet!! I make sure i have alot of laundry since i have time to kill from washer to dryer. I have a great time there and have a clean load of laundry when i leave. Some places now are trying to duplicate what this place has but haven't met the excellent standard that this place offers. read more
