Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift. Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable. read more

My car got broken into and I had some residual glass on my passenger's side. I also have lots of dog fur from my dog who sheds like crazy. Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review. read more

I scheduled my car wash online because it was around $5 cheaper. Also, after doing some research this place seemed the most affordable in the area. I just put the place on Google Maps and it got me to the right garage. Just remember to go up to P3. It's nice because irs right next to the bridge to get into Northgate. The guys here are super nice and friendly. They took the time to talk about my car with me and what I needed done and gave me an ETA of when it would be completed. I just hungout at Northgate and they texted me when it was time to pick up my car. The car looked great as you can see from the photo. The inside looked nice and clean as well. Here's a tip: Dont be lame like me and book your carwash too far in advance... or just check the weather the week of so that it ends up being rainy during your appointment. I originally had an appointment booked because a recent great car wash experience in their Northgate location. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and they did a good job. So we booked, only to find out that they no longer opened in the northgate location. They however, advertised that now it can be done at home without any additional charges. But no! It comes with a convenience charge. They called me a day before my booking day, saying that is it okay if they charge an extra $50? After I said okay, they said that actually they can't come as far as Lynnwood, their booking was full. So I said it's fine, I'll come to their location in Bellevue and made an appointment. I went to the bellevue location, because I wasn't sure of the location. I called and called and somebody picked up and they put me on hold for a good 5 mins, and then their phone becomes busy thereafter, unable to call them. It turns out that they are in the 3rd basement floor. My bad for not paying attention, but I was late when i found out. They said they cant accommodate me because I was late and said I can rebook, and said so nonchalantly. Was pretty upset because it was quite a drive and a waste of time, really. I wish they can give a better customer service like the one in Northgate location. read more

I have a 2021 Volvo XC90. Unfortunately, some liquid from crab leaked in the back and I was unable to remove the odor no matter what I did. I also use this car to transport two shedding dogs. Eco Car Cafe called the day before my appointment to discuss the issues and options without trying to apply pressure or upsell. The detailer who came out was on time, a pleasure to work with, and cleaned the car beyond my expectations. It looks (and smells!) like new! I'm giving this a 5-star rating because Orlando and his co-worker did a great job. If you bring your car here close to today's date though (Feb 25, 2021), there is something you should know. I thought I had planned the car wash timing perfectly; after all, it's in the Northgate Mall so I thought I'd just spend a few hours wandering around the shops. I wasn't aware of the massive construction going on. My GPS sent me to a closed entrance to the garage. I circled around twice before I found the detour to the Nordstrom Rack garage. I drove up 2-1/2 levels and, not seeing anything (including any cars), I turned around and left. I asked a construction worker where the Eco Car place was and he said, "It's on the 3rd level of the garage, in the corner." So I drove back and noted again that there were NO SIGNS IN THE GARAGE. Once Orlando had my car, I went to go shopping....and discovered that every bridge to access the mall was SHUTTERED. The elevator doesn't work (How hard would it be to put an "Out of Order" sign on it?!). I walked three levels to the ground where I was able to enter Nordstrom Rack. But no other store. I'm hoping the owners/managers consider mentioning the construction on their website as well as add some more signs! read more

I thought I was lucky to get in so quickly, however they gave me an 'elite' service which is not so elite! I needed carpets and and interior detailing however I can see some clear spots where carpets were not cleaned properly - I had already scrubbed the carpet with Folex the previous day and so it was not stained! Though if they charged me the extra 80 bucks for 'stain removal' and did a proper job I would feel less upset about this supposed elite service that missed the finer details of what you'd expect from 'elite detailing of a car interior' Update: after this review the owner got in touch to fix the issues they missed. This was appreciated though I'm still really disappointed in the service overall car detailing interior elite seems to be just cleaning car seats crevices and not internal car crevices (sides of car - that you cannot get to personally) - being a reason to take it in. I was told this level is expected when I pointed out spots missed on second day. Which to me personally makes the price point not worth the work. I could probably hire internal cleaning tools and do better myself! Though I can appreciate the effort by owner to fix the problem. read more

Awesome experience working with Eco Car Cafe! Here are some highlights: 1. FAST! They finished 3 hours before estimated 2 Detailed - my 2018 Honda CRV looked brand new. I am a habitual "put makeup on in the car" person who leaves behind makeup covered fingerprints, and even those were gone! 3. Communicative - Orlando from Eco Car Café responded via text (so convenient) right away! 4. Kind - I had to work late and was 30 minutes late picking up my car. Orland and his teammate (didn't catch his name) stayed 30 minutes past closing to be sure I could pick up my car and they were SO nice about it! Only downside: it was a little confusing to find even though they have directions online and a sign pointing the way. I discussed the service with Will when I got there. I specifically wanted to make sure the sap that was on my windows and paint was removed. My car looks great. Don't use this service provide, their price was a bait and switch scheme. I had originally asked for a quote on my suv for interior detail to get a mobile service. I received the quote and got a confirmation for Wednesday. Then the owner called and asked that if I'd come to their site for an interior detail at 20% discount of quoted for mobile service. Because their van was stolen and equipment broken. I agreed verbally. Then I came on site, and mentioned to the staff about the price we agreed upon. No mention of they will not honor it. Two hours later I got the call that the car is ready to be picked up. That's when the staff had told me that he can't reach out to the owner to confirm pricing. At this point the price they would charge is about 30% higher than the original price quoted with discount. I asked again to see if the staff could put the owner on the phone, he said no. Really thought they were dishonest about price. The owner gave the price promise just to get me to their site. Then he AWOLed. Will not use their service again and warning to other folks too. read more

I had my "large SUV" professionally cleaned and I'm extremely pleased. I made the appointment online after discussing the different options available (there are more than a few options for cleaning - who knew)?!!! I received email reminders of my appointment. The day of my appointment they were double booked due to being an employee down. They offered to move my appointment to a later time and gave me a discount for the inconvenience (YEAH)! This location is exposed in an open air garage. My service was in mid-December when it's colder and dark by 4:30-5:00 PM. Next time I will avoid a late winter service to look my exterior over. I didn't find any issues and the person who cleaned my vehicle suggested looking it over in the light and calling if he missed any spots. (I appreciated that)!!! I learned something new! A few months back I hit a concrete pylon in a parking garage. When my appointment was concluded Eco Car Café took a look and informed they could buff it out as well as a few other scratched areas. Come Spring '18 I'll be scheduling this appointment. Overall, I'm very please with the service and would recommend them to anyone. read more

The crew was friendly and fast and very attentive to what I needed done and kept asking me about known locations where they could apply extra attention. These guys were great. Unfortunately my car wasn't really very dirty and so overall the change was minimal but that doesn't take away from the work the team did. Abraham was a one man army out there taking real good care of my Audi A3. He did a great job deep cleaning all the exterior, interior cracks and crevices. Steamed and detailed interior surfaces. He was able to removed a stained I had on the carpet. The vehicle pretty much looks brand new. Like it's fresh out the dealership. I recommend getting the Elite Package; it takes roughly 4-hours, but it's well worth it in the end. If your car hasn't gotten a deep clean in a while, I suggest coming here. I recently had a mixed experience with Eco Car Cafe. Their online scheduling system, explanation of their packages, use of eco friendly products, and professionalism with respect to appointments is great. However, their attention to detail/quality is definitely lacking. The car I brought in for an exterior detail did not have the bottom part of the side skirts cleaned fully. Similarly, there were noticeable water spots in a few places on the car. To Eco Car Cafe's credit, once I pointed some of these issues out they quickly rectified them on the spot. However, it makes me hesitant to do business with them again - when I am paying a pretty good amount for a detail, I expect meticulousness well beyond what I can do myself. There is no other reason I am paying such an amount for a detail; a car wash and/or some quick detailing done myself would do fine otherwise. read more

I came here to get the inside of my car interior cleaned based on the great reviews I had read and I was very pleased with the outcome - it rocked! The experience from start to finish was very pleasant. Super easy to book an appointment online and the check out process is thorough and swift as well. They finished at the time they said they would and my car looked brand new on the inside. (It was about 2 hours for an Elite Interior clean). I had a grease stain from a bike chain, multiple snow/liquid stains, the roof of my car had smudge marks from bikes and all of those were gone! Customer service was great. Not the easiest to get in contact with via phone but they text reminders and online reminders which worked well for me. The staff was super friendly and explained everything they had done and made sure to ask if I had any questions. On top of it all, my friend came with me who just had a coffee stain in the back of her car and they steam cleaned it for free since she was with me. read more

This is one fine team, I had my Honda Accord crosstour detailed with them about two weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mike and Eric worked on the detailing and the interior of my car was in a horrible condition due to several dog park trips with the dog and a baby.
