If I could I'd go back in time and never bought my attitude bc there's always problems my trailer has been in the shop more then it has been used. My heater I only used 3 times to keep us warm at the desert wet bad in the middle of the night electrical problems with the lights and the speaker system and the tv wasn't even connected when I got it. The water filler line to fill the tanks wasn't on all the way so I had water filling under my sink full of water so now I have water damage and they I had mine built and they for got to add so many things and to find out later by the dealer Giant RV they sold my trailer to someone else and I got the next model like mine that's why mine didn't have all the extra stuff I wanted. Where do I start! We have a 2019 Attitude 27SA. Eclipse was absolutely amazing to me and my family from start to finish. First off when I called to make the appointment to drop the trailer off I was able to talk with a technician who builds these things from the ground up right on site and he was able to send me pictures and help me make the beds work for my next trip until could bring it In. There main concern was getting us in right away so we could get back out to the desert. I took the trailer in first thing Saturday morning with Monday being a holiday and the trailer was ready by Thursday that same week!!!! They replaced the whole happy jack bed system and a few other minor things within days. That is incredible if you ask me. Sean and Ryan we're both very professional and easy to work with. By the way I drove 2 hours each way to drop the trailer off to them instead of going through the dealership where I bought the trailer, man I'm so glad I did and would make the drive anytime from here on out and encourage anyone to the same thing. Dropped off on a Saturday and picked it on the next Saturday ready to go! Awesome job you guys thank you so much for your work and professionalism! read more

We bought our Attitude 3016 ss 2019 from Giant RV in October 2018. At the point of delivery, they had given us the wrong color toy hauler. We were told just to take it home, and call for service to change the color stickers. Immediately, the first weekend we used it the radio wasn't working. We called the next day, they told us "we have an RV show and can't take in any toy haulers in for until the new year!" We thought wow, what about my one year warranty and the whole 3-4 months we use it without a radio? They said don't worry about it, we are swamped and will make sure we take care of it all. Don't worry about the warranty, we will take care of it for you! Almost a year later, we had a laundry list of items, like the slide out motor was out, restroom leak, radio still not working etc.... Again, 3-4 months later, the slide out was fixed.... the rest still not working correctly. Called again, we are swamped, call us in a month... called and GET THIS... We were finally able to make an appointment in December of 2019 for May 7, 2020! 6 months later, we still were concerned about the warranty and they said it's okay, we haven't had any availability so we will "take care of it"! We take it in on May 7, 2020. Today, they call and said "our toy hauler is out of warranty!" We can buy extended warranty or pay for the same issues since two years ago. They have no record of any service other than the slide out (guessing because it is the only one that required a part to be paid for). They don't have any record of our phone calls or services other than the slide out. Everyone is new in the office, they say because things weren't getting done right. The service manager says he can't do anything about what others said or did in the past! DO NOT BUY an Eclipse Attitude, if you do (I wouldn't buy one again) make sure they honor the warranty during the first year and not give you the run around and wait for the warranty to be up, so they don't have to fix anything! read more

We have a 2013 Eclipse Evolution 26FBS which we love; however, the frame cracked and the cross beams fell down and were resting on the propane pipe! Blew out 2 tires because the frame was bending back and forth under the trailer and the wheels caught on 2 metal screws sticking out through the frame! This all happened on a curvey 2 lane road (HWY101) called 'The Bluffs'.Nobody will help, not Eclipse, not the frame manufacturer, not my extended warranty company, not the insurance company that has my trailer insured!! I think it is time to speak out. If the trailer under the coach is not strong enough or put together in the right configuration, you are in deep doo doo. I would recommend staying away from Eclipse for that reason. Nice people, but the chassis is a piece of crap. read more

We bought a 2814S attitude 2019 5th wheel toy hauer from Rowley White (they were great) the trailer had so many things that were never connected from the factory (to long to mention). We live in colorado had the trailer delevered because it was cheaper than picking up due to taxs. Luckley I can fix most everything and it got done. Now about dealing with Eclipse it is almost impossible they never return calls and when you finaly do get to someone it is if they don't care at all. In the end we really do LOVE the trailer, have to keep in mind you get what you pay for, it is NOT high end. read more

After purchasing a 2017 Attitude 35gsg toy hauler (not directly through Eclipse) and having to deal with them to get warranty work done to my trailer because of how poorly this trailer was built and how awful their customer service has been not to mention my trailer being in the shop for almost 45 days and two different repair places. I purchased a 2017 Iconic 5th wheel toy hauler in October 2017. We immediately had issues upon delivery. Got the trailer home and the auto leveling system didn't work, the slide out in the living area was crooked and causing two surfaces (sink island & stove section to rub). We were advised to take the trailer out and see what else was wrong. We took it in for service and they had it for 3 weeks. Auto levelers still not working. Returned to dealer to fix, go home and still not working. Another 3 weeks in service. Stored for summer because it was too hot. Weather improved so tried camping again. Air conditioning in living area blew hot air, auto levelers didn't work, refrigerator didn't work. Returned to service for 3 more weeeks. Tried camping again (only trip 3 in a year). Opened trailer after summer heat and found 2 broken mirrors (bath and closet). The mirrors were glued in place and apparently couldn't expand and contract in heat. Dresser top delaminating, wall near front door delaminating. Decided to go anyway since these were cosmetic and could be fixed upon return. Got to dry camp and refrigerator still wasn't working ( spoiled all food) freezer worked, fridge did not. In addition, auto levelers wouldn't work (again), shower head split in my hand and couldn't be used. When we arrived home and contacted dealer they explained they have had nothing but trouble with electric leveling systemWould not recommend this trailer to anyone! Save your money! and didn't know what to do about that. Still can't use due to refrigerator, returning to dealer so I'm sure it'll be another 3 weeks :(. Update 01/20/18 I still haven't gotten the closet mirror or dresser top replacement. The mirror for a 2017 unit had to be custom made at factory and was made incorrectly and the dresser top... well that's just never arrived. Save yourself! read more

We bought our 2013 Eclipse Attitude L28AKLG new July 2013 from Guaranty RV Centers, Junction City, Oregon. We loved it to such an extent that we talked my sister and brother-in-law into purchasing a 2014 Eclipse Attitude L28. We travelled across Canada to Alaska and back. A wonderful trip. NO PROBLEMS! A great handling trailer. We spend 3 to 4 months each year in Arizona and travel through the western states. We developed great confidence in this 5th wheel, then January 2017 all came crashing down! We ordered a set of tires and to have the trailer raised by a process called "flipping the axles". We had purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie. When the workman checked the wheels of the 5th wheel on the drivers side, he uttered an oath. The equalizer was broken and the shackle bolt was just sitting in the gapping hole. The equalizer was replaced and heavier duty shackle bolts were installed on both sides and the axles were flipped. On August 30, 2917, when leaving Corvallis, fortunately, a trucker signaled for us to stop. Our tires on the passenger side of the trailer were smoking, ready to burst into flame, if we had travelled another city block, we would have burned up trailer and a seventy thousand dollar Ram truck. Miraculously, a Les Schwab tire shop was on the corner. The equalizer had split allowing the tires to rub together. Also the frame had 5 to 6 inch splits on both sides in the area above the springs and smaller splits and cracks at all the cross members of the chassis. The staff at the Les Schwab shop warned us that the trailer was extremely unsafe to have on the road. We had the two large splits welded and reinforce by Bandon Fabrication. They also warned us, quote, "Frame is cracking at all cross members at the frame rails. Needs to be rectified! Also to notify the manufacture." We contacted Guaranty RV Center, Clay said that we have the extended warranty but we must get a report from our insurance carrier. An adjuster came out Oct, 2. Still waiting for a report. We notified the Eclipse Recreational Vehicles, Inc. Dan of their warranty department informed us that it was Lippert Components, Inc. responsibility. I am in the process of working with them but have not had any offer of satisfaction. Oct. 4, received e-mail from Brian O'Rourke, Technical Service representative, that since the axles had been modified that they could not participate in the repair. According to him the modification put stress on the chassis. We are very disappointed in the lack of responsibility on the part of LCI, Inc. We bought an Eclipse toyhauler in February 2018 from Giant RV and we've had nothing but problems. When they could not fix some of our issues, Giant RV sent us to the manufacturer, Eclipse, in February 2020. Eclipse said they would fix the problem, but didn't have availability until June. June comes, we call to confirm our appointment, and NOW they tell us that our toyhauler is NOT under warranty and that they are NOT authorized to help us. We get this information AFTER we've waited for 4 months. Apparently, according to the service manager, the staff that initially set up the appointment is no longer working for them, yet they won't honor the promise the Eclipse employee made. He also said that this has happened to many customers and it is NOT their problem and he has only worked for them for 2 months, so it's not his problem either. This company needs to stand behind their product and keep their promises when a representative from THEIR company make an agreement. They knew our purchase date when they said they would fix it. Although the person that made this appointment is now fired, this isn't our problem. Our toyhauler has been in the shop for repairs several times and the service department at Giant RV is incompetent. Too bad Eclipse and Giant RV can't stand behind their product. If there was a -10, I would use that. We have a 2013 Eclipse Attitude 28K 5th Wheel Toy Hauler with a major failure of the steel used in the I-Beam and axle area. A couple months ago we had a broken rocker arm and replaced that, my husband was having surgery for cancer and we towed the trailer to the hospital to stay in for a week, had to replace it in the parking lot. Then two weeks ago our son borrowed the trailer to go to the Oregon Dunes and the rocket arm on the other side broke. We replaced that part again in the parking lot. Then on the way home a friend traveling with him noticed that the trailer was tilted to the passenger side, they crawled under the trailer to find the crack down the whole I-Beam and the axles bent over. We contacted Eclipse on Monday morning and they sent it to warranty. Today we were told it's out of warranty period which we knew, but really how can anyone say they want us to travel with it the way it is. We understand about the warranty, but this seems like a defect. We have done nothing to cause the problem. They want us to turn it into insurance and we will, but since I sell the insurance I am sure it's not a collision and nothing caused it to happen, so not going to be covered. We just want our trailer fixed!!! Poor customer support and poor communication. I had to check with them they didn't bother to call us. Don't buy an Eclipse!!! read more

We bought a bumper pull and it has some issues which they tried to fix but never was able to figure it out. Now we ordered a new 5th wheel to bet built back in March. It was suppose to be delivered in June, then they told me July and now it is September. They are horrible about answering the phone or returning messages. I am hoping to get our new 5th wheel and have no problems. They did say they were having problems keeping staff....should I be worried? read more

2019 3016sg == defective ; buyer beware buyer beware !!!!!!! thes popouts are defective . they only have a single rail at the bottom so the whole popout has come out from the top while traveling at 55mph (bottom part stays in thats were the rail is ) . took in to the dealership last august 2019(14 months after purchase , they said it was an adjustment. and expect me to climb up on the sink and on top of my utv to place pieces of cut aluminum bars on top of popout . bu--sh-t!) happened again on hwy 78 ,february 2020 almost ran oncoming traffic off road . eclipse rep contacted and acknowledged defect and i was informed the soonest they could get me in for retro was may 6th . two days before appointment made by eclipse they call and cancel saying the service manager no longer works there and that the matter should be taken up with the dealership that sold it . this is not over. , anyone who has same issue be careful this is a hazard to all. i will keep everyone posted make this right and recall them all before someone gets hurt . they know about this issue and are not doing your due diligence. read more

Update, after the first use of trailer we found a few major flaws, 1-fresh water tank will only draw down the first 1/4 of the tank (only able to use 1/4) because the line to the water pump is only in the tank 1/4 way down then pump sucks air. 2- shower bottom rail not caulked, water all over floor. 3-radio will not play a CD or DVD. We also found a bunch of little things (to many to list) that were just poor workman ship and bad build practices, at this point Eclipse will not return my calls, Dealer says they cant even look at it for 2 months and to try another dealer. Good thing I'm handy at fixing things as this is how I will have to deal with all the problems. Thanks for no help ECLIPSE! as others have said I would stay away from this company unless you are ready to re-build it after you buy it! read more

I can't believe they are still in business! I asked them to send me an email stating my Milan 2014 purchased in 2015 new was safe to be towed on the street, have yet to receive an answer! The water lines have been crushed by the axles, gray water tank (empty) sits on the rear axle. The windows leak, which they knew about because there is white caulking around the top corners. The foam seal does not make contact in the corners, thus the corner caulking! This is just the tip of the iceberg on this piece of junk trailer. Service after purchase a total joke. read more

I don't even know where to start. We purchased an Attitude 3322 GSG, what a LEMON! On our walk through at Giant RV, the first thing we noticed was leaking toilet, then the entry door would not shut, several cabinets would not even close properly, the bottom of all the tables had delaminated and there were foot prints on the top of the walls. Once we got home with the trailer we discovered that the HDMI cable to the back television was snapped off into the TV. Giant RV promised three difference times, Danny from Eclipse would contact us, still waiting for a call. We had five electrical outlets that were broken and had no power to them. The bottom of the kitchen cabinet as busted out. The upper cabinet next to the microwave was falling off. First time lowering the bed it broke off the window valance. Lights on the outside front of the trailer do not work. We have had more problems with this trailer, than I had with my previous Ragen toy hauler that I owned for 16 years. Worried about the longevity of this toy hauler, how many problems are we going to experience. Very poor workmanship and quality control! Attitude should take more pride in their product. All ratings I read before purchasing this trailer was a 1 or 5. Unfortunately, I bought a 1, what a disappointment! read more

Well where to start. I own a 2016 eclipse attitude bought it new 2016 first problem I had when you shut and lock the door for traveling it always comes open even with both Locke's locked so you have to make sure hand rail is in front of the door, the ceiling fan was used one time, I turned it on it started to make a vibration noise before I could turn it off it started smoking and quit working. The overhead vent lids had to be replaced in the spring of 2017 they basically turned to powder after one winter even though the trailer was covered for the winter. The led interior lights have burned out or possibly shorted out. I'm afraid to even look. The tires lasted about 1400 Miles had to be replaced in spring of 2018. The so called winter/4 season underbelly that is a bunch oF BS. Started to fallout and fall a part so it had to be replaced after taking all of the 4x8sheets of corrugated plastic sheets that had been taped together there is no insulation at all underneath the trailer nor does it have any heat ducts for warm air circulation, spring 2019 my first trip out and go to use the awning and notice it is falling of the trailer upon further inspection none of the self tapping screws they use are in any part of the aluminum frame. I have not been able to get any kind of help from eclipse I have left name and number many times at the dealer and the mfg and no one wants to help or answer any questions. This is the biggest price of shit I've ever spent money on. Don't make the the same mistake I did don't buy eclipse. I have a family member who bought eclipse iconic and his has 3x the problems. Purchased new 2018 Attitude 25LS toy hauler this spring. Atrocious quality control. Heater ducts not properly attached, heater failed, water heater didn't work, door hits against drip rail when fully opened, sparks emanated from tongue jack because attaching bolts loose (not properly grounded), electric awning sometimes bangs when opened, sink across from bathroom has leaky drain, loose bolt found rolled up in awning after purchase. Every time we use it, we find new problems. Factory rep said all warranted. Took to company that sold it to us for repairs with little success. They only fixed a few of the problems noted. I have no confidence in them or Eclipse. It's a shame. Great design and features, but the worst workmanship of any manufacturer I know of. read more

Trailer is cosmetically great. Build quality is complete crap. Every compartment that I've opened up has been filled with sawdust and trash from the build. The couch fell out of the wall by the time I got it home from the factory only 100 miles away the first day. No one had even sat in it. Water has leaked into the trailer from the water heater fittings and from the water fill fittings. Water has leaked into the trailer from two windows during a rain because the windows were not sealed to the trailer completely. Water drips from the entry door because it too was not sealed to the trailer. The wiring and general assembly is just sloppy all around. I will never buy another Eclipse trailer. My trailer is only 2 months old and I've already spent over 20 hours fixing stuff that factory should have taken the time to build correctly in the first place. I'm only two hours away from the factory and I don't trust them at this point to fix the stuff they couldn't build right the first time. Things like using the back side of a hammer to make a hole in plywood, when it would take no time at all to use a holesaw. The condensate drain for the refrigerator was kinked and didn't drain properly. I've been emailing and calling the factory for over a month trying to get them to resolve many many issues with zero results. I can't even get a return phone call. Pretty tough pill to swallow for a $40,000.00 trailer. read more
