Some of my Jeep friends recommended Riverside Hitch & Trailer, and then my Jeep dealer also referred me to them. After receiving two separate recommendations, I decided to take my Jeep there. I am so glad I did. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She came out, looked at my Jeep, and explained that I did not need all of the extra work I had originally been quoted because my Jeep was already wired. I basically only needed the hitch installed, which saved me about $1,000. They were able to squeeze me in, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. So far, the quality looks great, my Jeep looks awesome, and the customer service was excellent. I have not attached the trailer yet, but I am already very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend Riverside Hitch & Trailer. They were honest, professional, fast, and saved me a lot of money.

I returned a truck here a few months ago, and returned the next day to rent another truck. Upon returning the next day, I asked for a receipt for the previous days rental. Oddly, the associate never "checked in" the rental, so the system showed that I still had the truck. But here's the kicker, the truck I "returned" was the only truck available in the size I needed, so they simply gave me the keys back and I was on my way. In other words, it actually worked on my favor. Be nice to these folks.
