Trailer was in the shop for roughly 6 months the first year I owned it for major repairs. Had to fight with eclipse to warranty my front door which was separating from the frame and wouldn't close correctly, and fiberglass delamination. Jury got it Back, was told the exterior lights weren't sealed correctly, and now my slide out isn't working. Definitely hasn't been a good experience and am not happy with this trailer at all. read more

We purchased our Attitude fifth wheel 2 yrs ago brand new. We discovered immediately that we had a list of issues. We attempted to deal with our local RV dealer who we bought if from, however after a year of stalling and run arounds we had no progress and no hope of ever having a fully functioning trailer. We were contacted by Shelbie from Eclipse in Riverside and she saved us. She had us bring in our rig, where we met Jose. These two people are our super heroes. We listed everything wrong and were shocked that they said ok, we got this for you. They have been true to their word, fixed all our issues, returned phone calls and emails promptly. I hope Eclipse knows how fortunate they are to have these two on their team. Thankyou Shelbie and Jose, you two are amazing. We luv our rig again!! Shelly S and Greg J. read more

2022 32gsg. Needed a few things repaired on my toy hauler. Called eclipse and they were amazing... Shelbie answered my questions with flying colors and immediately refered me to Fernando in service. Fernando was unbelievable! Took my unit in within 3 days of me calling. Not only did they fix a few small issues but repaired other things I didn't even know needed attention. Had my unit back in 5 working days. Really impressed with the service I received. read more

Eclipse Recreational Vehicles - Silverado 6500 and 2022 eclipse attitude 32gsg - Trailer Dealers Near Me - Riverside, California

This review is for dealing directly with Eclipse/Attitude manufacturer for warranty work on a 2019 2814GS Attitude Toy Hauler. My point of contact was with Ryan during my inquiries , drop off , and pick up. Ryan is amazing and did every thing he could to keep on schedule and repairs completed in a timely manner. The repairs I needed performed could only be performed by the manufacturer at their riverside location, but let me tell you- the 6hr drive was worth it. Flawless repairs, and Excellent quality work. After pick up, Ryan even took us for a quick tour of their MASSIVE operation. Very cool and was totally worth the time to check out. These guys are straight up awesome. There's always issues with RV's and Trailers, doesnt matter what brand. They are rolling houses taking every bump of the road and seeing every element of weather. Fixing them and keeping up with maintence is absolutely essential. Attitude Trailers are second to none, and I will continue to be a loyal customer after this trailer as well! Thanks Elipse/Attitude!! read more

Eclipse Recreational Vehicles - My 3rd Attitude Trailer! Picking up from warranty work in front of the factory - Trailer Dealers Near Me - Riverside, California

Well my 2022 trailer has been ok since picking it up 5 months ago. Cabinetry and other fit and finish items are horrible like everyone else claims. Many of my systems didn't work out if the gate and I simply did most of the work myself. Finally broke down and brought it to eclipse with a list of stuff just in case I needed to take legal action in the future. Let me just start by saying Jose is the man. He is the only positive of this place. My trailer was promised an inside storage while they worked on it, it came back filthy. They changed my door lock for some reason so I couldn't even get into my coach and Shelbie the customer service rep here is the worst. Horrible attitude and doesn't take accountability for anything. Don't bring your trailer for warranty work here unless you have zero other options. read more

We have always owned attitude trailers, with our most recent brand new one being barely two years old. We have had too many wiring issues, interior pieces coming apart, plumbing leaks, holes in the floor and now our whole ramp door is separating from the frame just with this new one. These trailers are now built so poorly, I would not recommend them to anyone. They are so poorly designed and put together. With all the issues, it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of anybody at eclipse. Our local dealer who is servicing and trying to repair it can't even get anyone to return their call. Such horrible customer service. I would really not recommend anybody purchase a product from them, so you would not have to go through what we have the last two years. read more

Worst customer service from Dan and Kevin. They make promises they can't deliver. Strung along for months with every month being a promise to deliver. Don't recommend dealing with them. We sold our trailer in October due to the promises they made. Bought elsewhere so my family could get back to camping and traveling again. Dan and Kevin, you both need to grow up and be honest with your customers especially ones that have owned attitudes for years. Dallen you are missed tons. I know you are looking down disappointed in how I was treated. read more

No quality control whatsoever, screws falling off inside and out awning coming apart, ramp coming off ground screws loose and can't tighten, just screwed into wood, horrible customer service delt with 5 different customer service managers in 1 yr! Bought a brand new 2018 Steller (32DBG) 32 foot ....$52k piece of crap 5th wheel! DO NOT BUY STELLER, ATTITUDE OR ICON. I have owned it for a year. Horrible. If you warranty your trailer you will not see it for 2 months. Pictures posted for proof. If Eclispe or anyone has any questions or concerns you can contact me. - Almost killed my dogs. Came back from a ride and the heater came on. They were panting. Pulled off the thermostat cover and a wire was pinch when they installed the control cover. -The side door flys open everytime I tow it. Locked and dead bolted. I have to put the handrail in front of the door everytime. I still can't come up with a solution. -The black ground wire for the generator was never grounded and connected to the battery. Could't start the generator whike out on a trip. -The awning pulled away from the trailer. When it was installed the screws were in the soft fiberglass siding not the metal frame. -cargo light in the storage area wasn't working. Pulled it apart and the wire wasn't even connected. -I have to tighten the spare tire cable because it comes loose every 50 ish miles depending on the terrain. -The hose connector for the black water flush was leaking and had water leaking behind the cabinets all the way down to the back ramp. This was brought to my attention by a fellow camper at the dump station. "Excuse me, you have water coming out of your trailer ramp." -The subwoofer wire was connected to the ground of the trailer and the amplifier causing it to get real hot and smell -stereo pops everytime I turn the volume from 0 to anything higher. -watched silicone that seals the trailer panels peal off while driving down the road -fiberglass is warping in the front trailer by the bedroom. -heater vents are pulling away from the wall -decorative interior window frame pulling away from the wall. -linoleum wrinkling at the steps ***update 11/14/18 no contact from Eclipse to resolve or make mends - Heater in front bedroom doesn't work A/C portion works fine - spare tire swings like a pair of nuts going down the road -electric awning stopped working - screws came out of the oven and slid out - tie down ring in the cargo area pulled out of the floor read more

Can we give zero stars???? We have had nothing but problems with our attitude!!!! We bought this toy hauler brand new, since the first trip we took it out nothing but problems. The black water tank busted the first trip...and not to mention day 1 of the trip! After that multiple issues!! From little knobs not being screwed on with the correct length screw to where they fell off upon opening to huge problems like a propane line being hung so low that it rubbed on the tires causing holes in the line. Surprisingly we never caught fire...until the day the happy jack bed lift caught a spark while lifting up the back bunk...the wall had noticeable burn marks. That brings me to today...our fridge caught fire out of nowhere!!!! Luckily we had neighbors camping down the road who noticed the fire from the opposite side we were playing with our children on!!! Not a single smoke detector went off!!! Please don't buy from eclipse read more

Trash trailer and trash company. This is a 2022 attitude .. took out to the desert and find a crack on my siding. It has obviously been repaired. Which means it was repaired when getting built ! I had a 2005 23AK Attitude with no issues except for a bad fuel station pump. I decided to upgrade to a 2019 31CRSG from Best RV. Before I even used it, I had to take it back to the dealership due to a living light out and the stereo making a popping and humming noise. The light was fixed but they could not fixed the stereo saying it was an Attitude problem and they sent them photos asking for a fix. Still have not fixed it. Before my first trip, found a puddle of water inside the oval window next to the door. The water soaked the carpet and ruined the baseboards. I called the dealership who told me to re-seal the windows and I did. I took photos and sent them to the dealership who then sent them to Attitude for a repair authorization. A month later still no responseAfter my first trip, I found out the lights in the bedroom above the bed and window were not working. The outlets above the stove and sink did not work. The bathroom sink leaked due to no sealant between the sink and counter. When I got back from my trip, I washed my trailer and found another puddle at the same window after I sealed it. Took the trailer back to the dealership for the electrical issues and bathroom sink. They said the two bedroom lights were not hooked up (factory) and there was a short in the kitchen outlets and they had to re-wire them. They discovered the leaking window was caused by the factory not sealing the door and porch LED light which allowed water to seep through the walls and into the window. I would not have purchased the trailer if I realized Attitude's quality had significantly gone down. I would suggest spending more money and buying a different trailer. read more

I bought a 2019 Eclipse/Attitude 5th wheel from Giant RV. From the very beginning we had so many problems with the trailer. Giant RV "fixed what they could" then basically wrote us off and said it was no longer their problem. We then went to the mfg directly. At first, Eclipse was great. We were working with Dave, he called back every time, always had an answer and was willing to do whatever necessary to help. He had set an appt for us to have the 5th wheel delivered to the Riverside location. When it came time to have the 5th wheel picked up I tried calling Dave, he is no longer with the company. They another Dave that took original Dave's place, he never returned calls, never able to speak with him. My 5th wheel eventually did get fixed, after having to replace the enitre passenger side wall due to mfg defect! When I went to inspect 2pg list of repairs I asked to speak with Dave, he would not come out to talk with me, said he was too busy. I asked not to deliver the trailer until I spoke with Dave. Dave NEVER called, we were told 2 days later the transport was 30 minutes away! When it was delivered we found an ENTIRE LARGE BAG OF ALCOHOL sitting on the front bed next to my son's Drone case. Not sure why his drone was out as it was no where near the areas of repair. We opened the case and the DRONE, PAPERWORK, STICKERS, ALL EXTRA BLADES AND CHARGER/BATTERIES WERE GONE! 7/6/2020 I again called Eclipse, another new person, Thomas Horgan, told him the story. Thomas simply said, sorry , that is not our problem. Anyone could have taken it, as for the alcohol, it could have been mine! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE ALL SCANDALIS AND TRULY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONES PROPERTY! I'M DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE! Last note, they didn't put everything back together, left pieces off the wall, damaged the parts that were not put back in place. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! read more

this review is regarding, devin in parts. he literally called me a "fucking cunt" over the phone. we are an rv repair facility. he had sent us e-mails, without any name. i responded asking: who this was, and that "all" correspondence should have the name of the person sending them. he was very very rude. then i did respond, apparently your mama didn't raise you right, or maybe she did, and you are just being rude. i stand by my statement...all correspondence should have the name of who sent it-or its rude. no gray area ! i will be getting a transcript of the call. this wording should not be tolerated. read more

Here we go again. My previous reviews & pictures talk about the frame failure I experienced with my Eclipse Attitude. I ended up paying out of my pocket for the frame repair from an outside trailer repair company for $4,000. Now the roof EPDM (rubber roof) has failed. While driving, a huge air bubble is created and looks like a balloon driving down the road. This is 2015 28SAG 5th wheel. I even park this trailer inside inside of a garage. After being evaluated by an RV roofing shop, they informed me that the manufacture used minimal adhesive throughout the roof and in some areas, there was none. The roof membrane (EPDM) is stretched out and needs to be replaced. Unless you have the proper documentation of bi-annual roof maintenance, the warranty is junk. Just like the frame failure. Needless to say, it's costing me an additional $5k to replace the roof, which includes a laun underlay and a new PVC roof. For a $45k trailer, I've already spent $10k to keep the thing alive. PLEASE DON'T BUY ECLIPSE TRAILERS. THE SERVICE, PRODUCT, AND WARRANTIES ARE NO GOOD. read more

I can't believe I have to even give you a star. I was towing a 2013 eclipse attitude aklg home from the dunes and has the I-Beam frame crack. Eclipse wants nothing to do with it and neither will insurance. So if I were to be towing down the road and the axles come out from under this trailer and hit a minivan carrying a family behind me...you do the math. How can eclipse not stand by their product. Frame cracking and bending shouldn't be a warranty issue. It should be a we don't want innocent people to die on the road from building a crappy frame. I think you're to worried about making a few extra grand on each trailer instead of building a quality rv for people to enjoy. Horrible job. I will never buy an eclipse and I will turn people away whenever I see them looking at one at the rv store. read more

I have to agree with the other two reviews. They look good, but wow, what difficulty in dealing with them. They said they would install my fantastic fans, and a porcelain toilet. No charge. But impossible to get a hold of them. I left message after message, even on their cell phones. No one returns calls. Well, they broke my toilet on installation, now I'm asking for them to cover it, but they won't address it. But they did hit me with an invoice for installing the fans, which funny comes to just over the cost of the toilet. Terrible customer service. They just don't care about us. Once they have the order, they leave it to the dealer. The dealer (Giant RV) can't get a hold of them either. Simply an impossible company to deal with. I guess it on to court. And I haven't even taken delivery of this trailer yet. read more

Buyers beware... cool looking Toy haulers. Make sure you are getting what they advertise and what you pay for... Attitude claims they offer a 2000w inverter ! They don't! They will install a unit that will only put out 1000w , when challenged they came up with a bunch of stories about the unit installed is better. Basically they lied..it's still not a 2000w .. and they never corrected it.. how many customers think they got something other than what they sold you. Be diligent and do your research...! I've had this Unit for a few months now and have worked out all the bugs... most of it was poor workmanship.. Oven was installed crooked with ignition wire cut, bench seat bolts were stripped and only two of the six bolts we're holding, I fabricated new brackets to remount it. Fresh water tank gauge wouldn't work past 1/2 full found the wires were not connected. I have owned a 2018 Eclipse Stellar 32 DGB for almost a year and a half now. With a product like a trailer I wanted to wait before forming my opinion. At first there were some lights causing stereo interference issues which were quickly fixed. I have had some minor issues with plumbing and minor cosmetic issues. All were easily fixed. I feel like the trailers themselves are reasonably built. The issue I have is the customer service. This company does not call back. Their service department is absolutely awful. I've owned 3 attitude toyhaulers. Yes they were all not without problems..but every RV out there has problems brand new..no matter how much you pay and no matter what brand. What counts is how the manufacturer handles the warranty work n customer service. As an Attitude dealer in Texas - the only one in Texas - I can say that I have seen some of these problems as I have seen with any other trailers that are manufactured from all manufacturers. These problems are problems all new trailers have when they get to Dealers. It all comes down to how the Dealer initially checks in the trailer. Water pump not working - hose was kinked coming from water tank. Did your Dealer not check the water before delivering to you?? City water connection leaking - comes loose during the 1500 mile delivery. Did your Dealer not check the fill the water before delivering to you?? We check the City water connection - gravity fill and then fill and drain the gray tank as well as black tank. The shower leaks because bad install on the seal and so on to infinity. Did your Dealer not check all the seals on your trailer? The water heater did not work - the a/c does not work. Did your Dealer not do a systems check on your trailer??? It is your delivering dealer that is your problem with 90% of these complaints. If your Dealer would have done their job in checking the trailer when it comes in - doing the repairs that were needed and then prepping the trailer before the sale for a second time before you picked it up making sure everything is 100% right then again 90% of these problems would be non-existent. We even check things like city water connections even if they are not leaking because it is such as common problem so it wont happen later when your camping. Customer Service is key at our Dealership - we get folks in and out - if no parts are needed we usually can do small service work while you wait if you call first to set appointment. The local big box retailers in our area have 8 to 10 weeks back log. You say "But I just bought my new Forest River and its broke" - join the 50 others that just bought ones too that are in front of you. Attitudes are the Real Deal Toy Haulers - Quality Toy Haulers - If you buy one in Texas we will take care of you - that is what all this comes down to is if your selling dealer fixes you up and gets you back on the road and does not set you up for failure from the beginning. I can honestly say my family has not been able to enjoy our brand new 2016 eclipse attitude trailer since the day we brought it home. Everytime we go out there is an issue. These trailers are poorly built and I believe the quality control department is nonexistent. First was our solar panels.... They came unscrewed and luckily I discovered this issue before we hit the road otherwise they would be on the freeway somewhere. Second is the generator... It stopped working after 90+ hours. Brand new onan generator completely done. Needed a new engine. Third is siding and overall build of this trailer.... Everything seems to be falling apart. Underneath the trailer it is very clear the person drilling holes and fastening things together could care less what the end result looks like. Piss poor job. Fourth is the inverter.... Which sparked this review.... It just stops working. Why... Because this company Eclipse is garbage. Fifth is the speaker and outside lighting... You can't use both or you'll get static interference. And on and on and on.... They are unwilling to work with you for repairs... Because you can't even get an appointment! I'm stuck with this POS... But you don't have to be... I'll be removing all decals from the trailer soon... Not more advertising for this company. Garbage! read more

This piece of garbage does not deserve a star! I purchased a 2021 Eclipse Attitude. the first time I used it, I had it parked in the front of my home plugged in to get the fridge cold. Before we left so excited for our first trip in our brand new $45,000 toy hauler I unplugged the trailer and fired up the gas refrigerator and locked the door. when I walked around the other side there was flames shooting out the side! we were on fire. I took it back to the dealer and discovered they never hooked up the gas line to the fridge but it was close enough ignite from the igniter. we decided to use coolers and go anyways. we get about 60 miles out of town and one of the wheels come off! The floor is also coming up as well. so we are stranded with no cell service. At this point I just wanted out of this thing. buyers beware most states we don't have any consumer protection from frauds like this company. I had to let the dealer do repairs so I had no trailer for most of the camping season. then I finally got to take it out again for the first time last week hunting. we were really stupid and decided to use the stove top to cook some hamburger. while we were cooking away the whole stove top burst into one huge blue flame blistering my girlfriends hand badly. also flames shooting up in-between the stove and countertop. I've called the manufacturer twice now still no calls back. Also floor is coming up again batteries won't last for five hours with heat, that's with solar and upgraded batteries, so obviously we electrical problems as well. We had lots of rain one night, leaving puddles of water inside the trailer and a warped roof on the slide out. HMMM Leaks too? Toilet leaks on the floor as well. There are lots of choices out there stay away from this company! My next review after this will be to the BBB . Update I did speak with them, they informed me they are not willing to have an owner contact me because he is doing owner things. I asked if they thought the owner was at all interested in the fact that his trailer could have killed someone three in three different occasions. Answer to that question is obvious NO. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS . read more

Qualifier to my review - this applies if you are not in the vicinity of the dealership that you purchased your RV from. I bought in SoCal but live in NorCal and there is only one dealership up here that "allegedly" does warranty work (see my other review) for Eclipse. I've heard that others that live in SoCal can take their rig directly to Eclipse for work, but that won't work for me (400 miles away). --- Buyer beware - Eclipse makes cosmetically beautiful RV's, but their warranty service / dealer support is mediocre at best. Things to consider before you purchase: 1. Make sure you have the dealership do a complete Pre Delivery Inspection checklist (if you don't have one, Google it there are many available). The quality control of what comes out of the factory is abysmal. Their dealerships are supposed to augment this with their own inspection, but this rarely happens either. 2. Don't even consider purchasing an extended warranty. It is difficult if not impossible to get baseline warranty work done within the included window from mfr / dealer 3. The customer service from Eclipse directly should you need assistance is abysmally slow and convoluted (may be related to qualifier). I've been fighting with them to get warranty work done for almost 3 months, and am having no luck. Save yourself a headache and look at other brands, or at least go into this with your eyes open. Good luck! read more

Refrigerator whines all day, tie down rings broken, shower door is crooked, furnace duct to stairs is torn, water leaks into trailer during filling, ramp door is slick as snot( my wife, kids, and myself have fallen while walking up and down rear ramp loading and unloading bikes and gear), radio antenna was not installed (just dangled behind the cabinet), and black tank clean out hose was twisted (it is garden hose, the cheap kind!).
