We used Echo Limo to transport 2 adults & 2 young kids to/from ORD. The positives: Car arrived early, it was exactly as promised (Suburban), and the driver was courteous and responsive via text. The negatives: I had rented 2 car seats from Echo to transport my 3 year old and 2 month old. Neither seat was installed correctly. Furthermore, the infant seat was damaged/malfunctioned, as it would not safely install in the car and it was impossible to safely secure my infant in the seat. We ended up using our own seats. Echo also charged me $30 "wait fee" because it took awhile to get alternative seats safely installed. I don't think I'll be using Echo again. read more

The driver helped with our bags from baggage claim then back inside, and the price was what it was upfront. We took their service from O'hare to Willowbrook area and back. We were in for a last minute trip, and no one could pick us up or drop us off so we did the SUV. All of our luggage including a double stroller, and bags for an infant and a toddler fit. The driver was ontime for both pickups. I really appreciated the driver's help as I have a disabled husband with two young children. They are on my use again list. read more

Paul's was our driver. He showed up a few minutes early and let us get car seats in the car. His car was maintained and smelled clean. He took efficient routes which worked well because day before thanksgiving traffic is awful. He communicated well via text so he knew when we were coming and going, making our 4 hour rental even better. Will use again if needed in the future. read more

I was visiting Chicago for a long weekend and we used Echo 4 times in 5 days for airport transportation and I am so glad we did! Booking online was so effortless! I had to make several changes to our pick up times and dispatch was so quick to respond via text each time. I'm seriously impressed with this company! Each driver was very friendly. I only had one whose hard braking made me a little nauseous due to motion sickness but he was very friendly. Each car was clean and comfortable. Recently traveled to Chicago with 2 littles and used Echo Limousine for transportation to and from ORD. I received a text message when the driver arrived at the airport. Which was helpful, especially since we arrived 30 minutes early. I selected the Meet and Greet option, hoping it would be quicker and less confusing to locate the driver (I'm used to Uber with it's live tracking). In the future, I think I will just meet the driver at the median, it took a bit of time getting from the baggage claim to the parking structure (more to do with the layout of the airport than the driver). So save your money if you're more interested in saving time. For pickup, we had an early morning flight out from Chicago to the airport and I selected a 5 am pickup time. I was surprised that the driver arrived 10 minutes early. On the trip from the airport, the rear facing car seat was a little loose. But, given the way the seat and car seat were positioned, I don't know that much could have been done to tighten the seat. On the trip back to the airport, both car seats were firmly in place. On both trips the rear facing car seats were placed in the middle row and the forward facing in the back row. I would have preferred both car seats in the middle row, but I don't think that would have been feasible to fit more people into the car. Also, on the car ride from the airport, the rear facing seat was behind the passenger and not the driver. I didn't mention any of this to the driver, but I have no doubt that they would have moved the seats around if I had said something. So that is why I am giving them 5 stars. read more

I have to add my praise to Echo Limousine. I had checked quotes from multiple car service agencies because I had heard nightmares from friends dealing with taxis and ubers at Ohare. (Pre-epidemic, I always took the L and then grabbed an Uber closer to my destination, but COVID and high crime rates on public transportation led me to find alternative transportation). The price Echo quoted was the lowest of 4 or 5 places I investigated (the next closest was only $5 more, but others were $40 more). The reservation process was super easy, and the pick-up arrangement worked exactly as planned. I had a text from the driver when my flight landed. After I picked up my checked bag, I only waited about 2 minutes for the driver to meet me at the curb. The driver was friendly and professional. The car was spotless. The third time they were pretty late, and we had some issues resolving the issue.
