I can't say enough good things about this company. I started by requesting a last-minute quote through Yelp. Excellent Limo came through and picked my family up in an SUV to go to O'Hare the next morning. The driver (Sebastian) was prompt, friendly, and patient with my kids. On the way home, I bolted awake at 3am realizing I had forgotten to send our arrival time. I texted at 3am Eastern and Eugene not only replied, but accommodated my demanding request for an SUV that afternoon. The return driver, Bogdan, was also professional, courteous, and prompt. Things that were above and beyond were the cleanliness, the professionalism, and the responsiveness. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you!! read more

Reached out to several car service companies and Excellent Chicago Limo not only had competitive pricing but their service was...excellent! The owner, Eugene responded in a timely manner and was helpful in answering all of my questions. My friends and I booked a one-way ride after a late night music festival. I was initially nervous whether the driver would be able to find us in congested traffic with road blocks amongst a sea of people, but after receiving his call we found each other fairly quickly. My friends and I felt like rock stars as we piled in and pulled away while most everyone else were waiting around for their Uber...if they were able to find one. The SUV was very clean and our driver, Vitale (sp?) was professional and friendly. When there was a song that we liked, he would turn up the volume but if we wanted to talk to each other, he would turn it down without us asking. Very attentive! We reached our destination safely and he gave us a warm and courteous farewell. I was pleasantly surprised when Eugene followed up with me to ensure we enjoyed our experience which we absolutely did. My friends and I all talked about how glad we were to have booked with Excellent Chicago Limo and how great Vitale was. Highly recommend this company! read more

I have used Excellent Chicago Limo several times, and have always had great experiences. Drivers are prompt & courteous. (Eugene is the best!) Vehicles are nice, well maintained, and impeccably clean. I love that they text (and you have the ability to text back) rather than needing to follow a web link or call like with other companies. Originally I found ECL when my (previous) 'go-to' transportation company had no availability for a given trip - and now have fully converted to ECL full time when I have travel needs. 10/10 recommend. read more

Eugene and his team are great! Very prompt arrival to take us to the airport. The sprinter van was so clean and they had water waiting for us. He transported my group of 7, even made two stops! When we arrived he texted me even before I could let him know our flight landed. He was there right when we got out of the airport. Absolutely a great experience even going to use for our upcoming wedding transportation this fall! read more

Extremely professional and helped us out in a bind. We had a reservation with another company for a limo to take the kids to prom. The company ended up cancelling at the last minute and Excellent Chicago Limo was there to pick up the pieces. Easy, simple payment and reservations. The driver showed up early but told us to take our time as we were doing pictures. Beautiful car, clean, and driver was so nice. Thank you so much for your help and your professionalism. I highly recommend them! read more

My task seemed rather simple: find a reputable, reliable limo company to take my elderly neighbor and her caregiver to the airport in a nice Cadillac, Lincoln or Mercedes sedan. SUVs were NOT an option because she has trouble climbing in to taller vehicles. I scoured Yelp for an hour looking at various companies and getting estimates for the one-way trip. Prices ranged from $80 - $150. Most companies didn't have a luxury sedan or wouldn't guarantee they'd have one available. Some seemed a little suspicious to me. Some offered a step stool with their SUV (too dangerous). Some had really poor communication. Some just seemed flatout disinterested in earning my business. Some never responded. But Eugene at Excellent Chicago Limo stood out as easily the most professional, responsive and courteous person I reached out to. He understood my concerns, listened attentively and then GUARANTEED a luxury sedan for my elderly neighbor. Better still, his price was the second lowest quote I received -- just a few dollars more than the cheapest quote I received. He booked the ride, I received a confirmation email, and he gave me his cell number in the event any issues arose. In short, he gave me supreme confidence that my elderly neighbor would be in the best of hands. But my gratefulness doesn't end there... My neighbor's trip got canceled due to some personal issues. When I called Eugene to cancel her ride I expected his company to retain a small non-refundable fee for the cancelation. NOPE. He refunded the ENTIRE AMOUNT. No penalty. No fees. No kidding. What kind of company treats its customers like that? I'll tell you what kind: the BEST KIND! Seriously, Excellent Chicago Limo lives up to (and beyond) their name. They are the tippy top of the very, very best. Eugene has made me a customer for life and I will use (and recommend) his company every time. Thanks again, Eugene. Well done. Well done. read more

We used this car service to get from ORD to our hotel downtown. It was very easy to book with Eugene. Great communication. Received a text the morning of confirming the booking and was provided all the information of where to meet once our plane landed. Our driver Yuiry was very friendly and the car was very clean. We will definitely be using again in the future. read more

Good communication, arrived on time, price was competitive.

I used this company to pick up my friend and I from the airport for our girls week in the Windy City. I arranged an airport pick up and drop off when our week was up. It was an excellent experience with Eugene and his team. They were friendly and on time. Eugene was super responsive and very accommodating. I'm really happy with the service and will definitely be using them again when we come back to Chicago. read more

Owner Eugene and his drivers Amir and Dimitrios saved the day ! We flew into town for the Taylor Swift concert and upon arrival were informed that Ubers /Taxis would be in short supply at the concert . We immediately reached out to a number of car services - all either were busy or charging ridiculous amounts . Eugene responded promptly with a fair rate and was so professional in his communication , handling of payment and scheduling . Both Dimitrios and Amir were so professional - clean cars , early arrival, and just genuinely nice people . Highly recommend this company ! We will use them again anytime we are in town . read more

We recently used Excellent Chicago Limo. They were quick to respond and follow-up to confirm our reservation and departure was greatly appreciated. Both our drivers for pickup and drop-off, Heyari and Adil, we're dressed professionally, very polite, and arrived on time in a clean Cadillac Escalade/Lincoln Navigator. We will surely use them for future trips and I would highly recommend their services. read more

I'm surprised that I haven't written a review for Excellent Chicago Limo sooner, since I've been using their car service for over 3 years, mainly to/from the airport. Each time I have utilized their service, every driver has been prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. And their cars are always impeccably clean, and they make sure you are comfortable. Booking a ride with them is extremely easy, and they are quick to respond with requests. If you provide them with your return flight information, they greet you when your flight lands via text to welcome you, tell you to take your time gathering your bags and notify you exactly where to meet them. Even with delayed return flights, they are there waiting for you to warmly greet you and get you to your final destination. It's so nice to know I can always rely on them and know I will always receive kind, prompt, and courteous service each and every time! You won't be disappointed hiring them! read more

Took a chance hiring this service without any previous reviews and Eugene with Excellent Chicago Limo did not disappoint! Eugene's response time was very quick and he was so easy to communicate with. Murad, was very kind and a safe driver. I will always contact Eugene for limo services in the future. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Eugene was quick to respond to any and all inquiries. Cost was competitive to other companies. They were able to accommodate a last minute request for a child booster seat. The drivers were on time, very friendly and helpful with luggage. The cars were well maintained and very clean. I will absolutely be using this company again. Thank you for making airport travel one less thing to worry about on our family trip! read more

I was very pleased with the service from Excellent Chicago Limo! Eugene was a great communicator and made the process easy from booking to pick up day. The cost was reasonable (only about $30 more than a taxi to O'Hare) and the car was clean and comfortable. Better yet, I knew a car would actually show up because he sent a confirmation and texts prior to pick up which did a lot for my peace of mind. Eugene is a great guy and is lovely to talk with. He drove smoothly and safely which makes everything feel so much less stressful on a busy travel day. Thanks for getting us to the airport in style and in time!! read more

I have not taken a vacation in a while, This ride to the airport is the beginning of my journey for the week. It will start really great or really bad! Well, I got the best driver in the fleet I bet! Never meant the man before in my life. We had a great time just chatting, laughing, talking about childhood and the joy of growing up in a family surrounded by memories of the past, and hope for the future, Grandmother cooking, and her house many many great memories. My ONLY REGRET was I forgot to get a picture with him...SO if he gets a chance to read this you should have my phone number and or email, PLEASE send me a picture of yourself, because you were part of my journey, you will be in my Memory Album. SO I HAD THE GREATEST EVER VACATION!!! On my return, The drive texted me and kept me in the loop on where to locate him. I was greeted with a smile along with a hello and he opened the door for me and gathered my belongings to put them in the trunk. I was pretty exhausted from the MOST AMAZING VACATION EVER I was not as chatty as I was on the way in (pure excitement!!!). He was very Professional on time.. The drivers were both dressed sharply, Kind, friendly, and got me to my destinations safely. I did get a pic of him! I would truly recommend them for the next time you require this type of service you will not be disappointed... They created a positive, professional atmosphere, however, I am rather a positive person and I am kind to everyone. I appreciate what they do for us as the service they provide that I did not have to so I do not have to deal with airport traffic. I thank you all for my successful trip! read more
