A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM. On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed. However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber. Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn't arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can't reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn't accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication -- neither was delivered. 2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience!

Shuttle 1: The driver displayed an unprofessional attitude upon arrival and initially, refused to pull up to the designated pickup location, instead insisting that our attendees walk across a busy street to board. After much persuasion, we were able to get her to park in the designated staging area that we had blocked off. Shuttle 2: The driver also failed to arrive on time and at the designated pickup location, requiring attendees to walk approximately two blocks to meet the vehicle. Shuttle 3: The shuttle arrived approximately 40 minutes late, causing our group to miss its scheduled departure for a time-sensitive tour. To keep our program on schedule, we had no choice but to arrange and pay for Uber transportation for approximately 30 attendees. We contracted and paid for professional transportation services for our client, and instead experienced operational issues with all three vehicles. Beyond the additional transportation costs we incurred, these service failures created unnecessary stress for our team, disrupted the attendee experience, and reflected poorly on our organization in front of our client. Despite our attempts to contact the company's management team to resolve this matter, we have been repeatedly ignored.

To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.
