My return flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:15pm however we were delayed and then diverted to DFW, dispatch was tracking and able to provide another driver when my flight finally landed at 3:15am. The hype is real. We live in a North Shore suburb of Milwaukee and needed to go to O'Hare. Website is extremely easy to use and functional. Email confirmation within seconds. The Driver, OG from Echo showed up 3 minutes before he was scheduled. He is very very professional. Very smart and knows the roads of Chicago very well. We had multiple pick ups, stops, drop offs. OG picked me up at a hotel near Midway. We picked up my customers at McCormick Place, then off to Elk Grove Village. OG was there when we needed him, invisible when we didn't and KIND, polite and extremely professional. As for Echo Limousine, I had scheduled a car for two people and when the number of people increased to four and we needed a different (Larger) vehicle, they accommodated us on very short notice. I cannot recommend Echo highly enough! We traveled to Chicago for a Braves /Cubs game and needed to go directly to Wrigley. No luggage lockup, so what to do? I booked the 1st stop for us and the second stop for our bags at our hotel. Bobby handled everything, perfect pickup and drop off and then delivered our bags to the bellman at the hotel. He even texted me a picture of our bags and bag receipt on hand off at the hotel. Incredible service that made our day work (and the Braves won). Thank you, Echo! read more

Both times, drivers arrived a few minutes early, were efficient in loading our luggage as well all of us (toddler in a car seat included) and we were on the road right on time. Despite Echo limo trying to change plans at the last minute, the limo was beautiful and perfect for transport. Inside was spacious enough for our 11 guests and the driver was friendly. Only problem was the day before our wedding they tried to push our times back by 30 minutes because of a double booking on their part. This was frustrating as we had things planned down to the minute. We finally worked it all out but the frustration is why we give four out of five stars. read more

I have used Echo for years. Their service has gone downhill. Their ability to book proper reservations and communicate with you while at the airport is extremely lacking. Even if you call them and tell them there is an issue they blow you off. I wouldn't recommend or trust their service. read more

I rented the 9-passenger stretch limo for my wedding photo shooting and everything was perfect from the initial contact till the end of the event. Communication with Echo customer service was very satisfying - instant reply and very flexible regarding my pick-up/drop-off locations and extra stops. My florist arrived while we were doing photo shooting outside the venue, so the driver went back and picked up all the flowers by himself. It saved us so much trouble as we only have a certain amount of time taking \photos and the florist needed to decorate the venue before event started. The flowers were given proper care during the ride :) Driver was on time & professional. Limo itself was very clean and pretty. Also, driver always park the limo very close to us, so I can still walk in my 4-in heel after 2-hr photo shooting XD Side note regarding space, I rented this limo because I thought we would have 8 people, but on the date of the wedding, my photographers brought their assistant, so it was kinda tight. REALLY REALLY wanted to like Echo to use on our personal and business travel transportation. The app was great, easy for booking and confirmations. Driver arrived right on time. Car was VERY VERY run down. Holes in seats, and the back of the back seat I was sitting on, kept popping in and out into my back during the drive...I honestly thought the car was going to breakdown. Driver was very kind, but had NO idea where he was going, and was driving sometimes in the middle lane while trying to follow the GPS on his phone- I can't say I felt 100% safe during this ride...I almost requested that he pull over and let me out. If the cars were better quality, and the drivers had more knowledge of their surroundings I would use them again. read more
