Easy Tyger has consistently impressed me with the service and quality! I love their Tonkotsu ramen, and their pork belly is some of the best I've ever had. They sear it just perfectly to get the crispy exterior and the inside is tender and delicious. Also another pro, the noodles are hearty and hold their texture far better than many of the other noodles I've had at ramen restaurants. We enjoy coming here for date nights, and will continue to frequent Easy Tyger for flavorful ramen.

Everyone thought the food was just okay, nothing to rave about. But for me, I really didn't enjoy the flavors. For instance, the scallion noodles just tasted like ginger, it was overpowering. The ramen wasn't flavorful and others agreed. The meat was good though. The crab rangoons were very interesting because it was liquid lava in there, no substance. But the flavor was yummy. Overall, I wouldn't eat here again, but it just might not be for Asian taste buds., the service was excellent though!

So good! I've been trying to find great (or even good) ramen place in Milwaukee. I came across this one on Brady Street which, truthfully, is not an area I venture into much. But if you do enjoy the Brady scene, this spot is well located! The service was quick and straightforward. Waited only a few minutes for our drink orders and menus. The food was delicious and impressively sizable portions! Also, really good! Highly recommend if you are in the area or simply looking for great ramen in a fun atmosphere!

First time here. Had reservations for 6:30 on Saturday and got right in. They were busy but not packed. It's a nice space. Plenty of room, interesting decor, and the noise level was not too bad. Took a little while to get our waters, drinks, and place our order. Ordered a hot tea and a cocktail, and both were good. We ordered a couple bowls of the Ramen, which both came out hot, flavorful and good portions. My Tonkotsu was good, with the exception of it being overly salted. Towards the end of the bowl, with just the noodles and broth, it was hard to finish. After our food came, our server never showed back up until the check, so no opportunity for any more hot water for the tea. It was a good, but not great meal. It did not make it on the "come back again" list.

The spicy miso ramen was excellent and the Brussels sprouts were a show stealer! I wasn't expecting such great Brussels sprouts at a Ramen spot! Will definitely hit this spot again when I'm back in town!

Holy cannoli Easy Tyger was delicious! It's an absolute must to get an appetizer of the Bao Buns. We got the beef brisket (11/10 recommend). They were so juicy and the sauce on the buns were insane!!! I got the Tonkotsu ramen and it was so creamy and flavorful. I would definitely get that again. Every bite was so savory and brothy. I literally am drooling just thinking about it. Only thing I would pass next time is the drinks. Both David and I forgot how much liquid is in the ramen so I couldn't even finish my drink. I was too full!! But it's okay because the food was so dang great I didn't mind passing up my drink.

Easy Tyger is very good every time. The tofu buns are amazing and are hearty enough to be eaten as a meal. The beefy boy ramen is so so good, though I find the name to be a bit of a deterrent. Regardless I love that ramen in particular. Last time I was in I also really enjoyed the unique sparkly boba cocktail. Very tasty and interesting. Service has always been good. Good food and drinks at a reasonable price.

The Bahn Mi (pork belly) is phenomenal.

The food is phenomenal and staff is punctual. I highly recommend getting the Pork Belly Banh Mi as well as the Miso Ramen.

    Tonkotsu Ramen - so flavorful!

I know it's the Year of the Dragon, but this Tyger has caught my eye - or should I say, appetite! My Foodie Fam invited me out for ramen on a cold winter night and I could not say no. Parking was a little tough, but I quickly forgot about that after we started eating!!! Based on recommendations from Cousin K and, of course, the Yelp community, we ordered the fries and two types of bao - beef brisket and chicken - to start. After inhaling our appetizers, we ordered more food! For my main entree, I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen. It was so flavorful! The pork belly was perfectly cooked - I wish there were more than two pieces! The rest of my group was happy with their ramen dishes. Cousin T, who was home from college, said, "I am taking a picture of this food so when I'm back at school I can look at and dream of the flavors!" No, I am not joking. This happened. No room for dessert, but we will definitely back for that! Aside from the food, we loved the casual and easygoing vibe of Easy Tyger. Service was very good - everyone was friendly and helpful. The Food Fam will be back for more. We can't wait to sample the rest of the menu!

This place has some of my favorite food and drinks in Milwaukee and easily my go to ramen place. I love this place so much, I've been there twice in the last month and bring all of my out of town visitors here! I always get the lychee martini which is top notch: sweet, boozy, and SO flavorful of lychee and lemongrass. It's a perfect drink. I've also tried several of the appetizers including the Brussels sprouts, fries, and Rangoon bites. All of them are excellent, but my personal favorite are the Brussels sprouts which are caramelized to perfection and the sauce it's seasoned with is excellent. The Rangoon bites have tofu which, as a tofu-hater, is surprisingly tasty. The outside is crispy and the inside is so creamy; if no one had told me, I would have never known it was tofu. The fries are a good pick also - they're my husband's favorite. I've tried the scallion noodles which is their broth-less entree. It's okay, a little too sweet with pineapple for me, so probably not one I'd get again. But the buttered corn ramen and spicy miso are both AMAZING. I usually get the buttered corn while my husband gets the spicy miso and I always sneak in some of his broth because it's that good! Again, as someone who doesn't enjoy tofu, the tofu in the ramen is nicely battered and crispy. The service is sometimes hit or miss, but overall it's good. The wait without a reservation usually isn't bad at all.

First time here and it definitely won't be my last. The ambiance was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. Michelle was very professional and attentive. Drinks were good and strong. The food was real great and tasty. Definitely recommend this place for ramen lovers.

This was such a fun spot for a date night! We were seated super quickly and it wasn't too busy on a Thursday evening. All of the drinks were super unique and delicious - I had a variation of a piña colada with bubble sake and it was so good. The bao buns were really flavorful, and we had their seasonal special of a ramp noodle bowl which was super tasty! The portions are a good size to be able to share with others or eat yourself. Our server was nice and attentive. I do wish there were some better dessert options - there were very limited mochi flavors, but if they were more interesting I could have been convinced to get one.

A wonderful place for ramen and your Vietnamese cravings. Located on the eclectic Brady Street in Milwaukee, easy Tyler provides a menu that will leave you feeling full of pleasure. The menu includes a wide variety of ramens, along with some amazing small plates and appetizers. The bao buns were delicious. We had both the chicken and beef. Yum! The brisket was a bit spicy which I loved! The edamame was alright but nothing special. I had the tonkotsu ramen. I wish it had more meat but flavors were awesome. Shout out to Brian who poured us our yummy sake and served us our meals. Oh and the dumplings were perfect! Enjoy!

We stopped here after dinner, so we stuck mostly with the cocktails. Unfortunately, nothing on the seasonal menu really stuck out to me. I stuck with the "traditional" cocktails (spicy watermelon bubblegum, and then banana daiquiri). Hubs went for the halo halo food (which was so cute! All the typical ingredients but served in cubist fashion), and the paired drink. The paired drink was supposed to have different layers of flavor, but they all mixed together quite a bit. Tasty, just not the "layered" experience we thought. I think they almost do themselves a disservice comparing themselves to the aviary - that is a crazy high bar to meet. Granted, maybe we would have been more impressed if we had more of the seasonal cocktails despite them not seeming interesting? Probably wouldnt go out of my way to go here again, but it is a cool vibe and the cocktails were good.
