BUT as we were finishing up, about 5 couples came in WITHOUT a reservation and both the host and the bartender gave each couple the option to either sit at the bar or at a table. When I confronted the bartender about it, she claimed "they weren't supposed to do that." WHAT?! She literally just offered a couple a table without a reservation. What do you mean?! It was insulting. Anyway, we will absolutely NEVER come back here. The tip we left was solely for the kitchen staff who were hard at work and doing an honest job. To start, our food was soaked with broth and the entirety of our order was ruined. Maybe it was a careless delivery driver, but I would argue that the packaging is suboptimal. Hot broth in a biodegradable (basically paper) container is a poor choice. Other places opt for putting the broth in plastic containers and wrapped in a plastic bag. It's not the best for the environment - but neither is completely wasting food. The broth itself was good, what little was left of it. The packaging for the ramen components was also not great - the noodles at the bottom stuck to the paper container, so that was not salvageable either. Very disappointed by the experience here, as reading reviews it seems so many have had great experiences. Perhaps this is a place to visit in person - be cautious with delivery.
