The pork chasu had good flavor and texture. The noodles were a little thicker than I'm used to. The broth was heavy and rich. I've eaten a lot of ramen in KC and had several Ramen pop ups from Tokyo so I'm a little biased. This was definitely solid ramen but it wasn't the best I've ever had either. The price point is fairly cheap compared to KC prices so overall I was happy with my meal.
