Party Boat
Jason S.

Solid sushi place. Came here with two others and got a Party Boat and we were all satisfied. Came with salad and miso soup for two which was odd and so one of us didn't get it. The boat itself was well done as you can see from the picture. Ambiance was not much -- pretty much what you'd expect from a suburban strip mall. Service was attentive. Definitely worth the trip. Price was $85 with tip which was reasonable as it fed all three of us just fine.

Went with a couple of friends to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, and had a great time. Our server Skye made the evening better with her smile, and patience. Drinks ordered were Chardonnay, Lakefront IPA, and a Diet Coke. Food ordered were, Ninja Roll Silent Scream Roll, Wauwatosa Roll, Electric Shock Roll, White Swan Roll, Caterpillar Roll, White Torch Roll and Eternal Love Roll. Everything was as delicious as it looks. One great thing about this place is even with the music playing you are able to have a great conversation with the people at your table without shouting. This is my 2nd time at this GINZA, and as long as the food and service is great, I'll return!!

I'm always on the hunt to try a new sushi spot and I'm glad I happened upon Ginza! The sad part was that they were not busy at all. Pre-Covid I feel like this place would have been busier. And this area doesn't have a lot of sushi spots. Anyway, they seemed to follow all COVID protocols. The service was very friendly and prompt but not invasive. Prices were up there, but to be expected given COVID and, well let's face it, the fishing industry. Alas that did not stop me from indulging! I ordered the Fox Point roll and the miracle roll; both absolutely delicious. I ordered eel and salmon belly nigiri; both also very delicious. There were many other rolls I wanted to try but due to prices had to pick and choose. I'll definitely be back to try more!

A night of comforting ramen takeout from Ginza while I was quarantined.

We've been dining at/ordering takeout from Ginza since they opened, and it's been consistently excellent. Food is always super fresh and flavorful. The Yuzu Salmon and Shrimp Shumai appetizers are a must, and the ramen is fabulous. We also love the chicken teriyaki, which is a very generous portion. Of course, the sushi is excellent as well. I've never had a bad meal here. So glad they're in the neighborhood!

What a surprise to find fresh, high quality sushi in a strip mall! Zero ambiance but great fish and service.

Recently, my family and I were craving a little sushi & wine night in, so we ordered a handful of things from here for pick-up. It was easy to do so online and it was ready within the hour. I'm a huge spring roll gal, so we had to get some of those. These things are massive and packed with the likes of kalbi marinated beef, kani kama, rice noodles, cucumber, and cilantro. On the side is their sambal peanut sauce which I could literally drink, I love that stuff. As for the sushi order, we got an array of rolls to share. From the yellowtail maki and spicy tuna, to the california and the signature, we enjoyed them all. I regret not getting the crab wontons this time around, because YUM, but there's always next time!

Love popping into the vibrant public market building it has great energy! Checkout and pickup was easy, however we did still get charged a $6 DoorDash fee ordering pickup which seems unnecessary... not sure if that was a mistake or what but would be nice if they were more transparent with those hidden fees. Our order was all correct, we ordered 6 rolls and spring rolls for 4 people and it was just about right! Eye of the Tiger, Buddha Roll and the Screaming Tuna Signature roll are some favs.

Though the selection is definitely smaller than your average, full-size Sendik's there is still plenty to pick from. They've got all of your staples for food, drink (alcoholic and non), and convenience items (i.e. dish soap, toilet paper, etc). Plus, so many fresh options for an easy meal, including rotating hot bar, fresh fruit veg, and more. I will say however, it's on the expensive side. I have to tell myself to not be surprised my the total at check-out. I've not long just moved to the area and already popped into this place plenty of times. Didn't have time to make dinner - stopped in for a quick pick up. On the way to my brother's house for a Packer game - stopped in to choose from their very vast beer, wine, and liquor sections. Hosted friends at our house - stopped in to grab some ready-made apps. Had a hungry toddler while on the go - stopped in for snacks. It's also conveniently connected to a gas station with plenty of pumps. The store itself is very nice as well. Super clean and updated interior. Everything is nicely presented. The carts and baskets are in great shape. Also shout out to the staff because each time I've been here I've encountered someone super friendly!

Besides that, the potatoes were hard and the item had very little flavor. Outpost's deli is fresh, healthy, and flavorful. I can't help but wonder why Sendiks isn't learning from them. We like having Sendiks2Go so close to us whenever we run out of something, but I do not recommend the deli. Been burnt too many times. Otherwise, Sendiks is a fine store.

I got rid of Shopping Cart because I was having trouble getting good produce. I would always have to go back to the store and return the produce after having entered very specific and detailed notes about what I wanted. I truly could not have put more information in the notes so I was getting very frustrated and thought it was Metro Market. Then I realized that the app has its own employees independent of the store. I canceled my subscription and ordered directly from the store! OMG! What a difference!!!! They actually read my notes and took the time get what I wanted. The service manager even came out to my car to make sure she explained the level of care they took to read the notes and try to get exactly what I wanted. She could tell that I was particular and wanted to get it right. I was so amazed by that and extremely impressed. I am used to this level of care inside THIS store. The staff inside almost always conducts themselves this way when you shop here in person. I always feel like royalty in this store. They have, what I like to call, "ambassadors" instead of managers. Their managers actually make eye contact and talk to you like you matter and your business means something to them. I used this store to cater a birthday party on March 11, 2020. Yes, that's the day the pandemic was announced in the United States. For me and my friends, the day was memorable because of the great food the deli served us NOT because of the pandemic announcement. We will forever be grateful because it was the last time we were able to physically get together face-to-face. We all remember that food as EPIC and life affirming -- even to this day. I love this store! I don't know how you do it but you truly are ambassadors for good business practices! Don't stop doing it the way you do it! It matters to this community! It matters to people like me -- people who cannot always get out and do their own shopping and must rely on others to help them because of physical disabilities! Whoever did my shopping, did a phenomenal job! Please let them know, I am exceptionally happy. They did a better job than I could have done and I truly appreciate every attention to detail and every bit of effort they put into getting it right! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The big draw is the higher quality organic fruits and vegetables. Also, a good selection of high quality meats and seafood.
