If I could I would leave zero stars but since Yelp doesn't allow that I have no choice but to give one star. Tasteless talking about bland, flavorless, flat, plain, unseasoned, unappetizing food.I ordered a breakfast burrito for my boyfriend since our normal spot Alice's Burgers is closed for renovations my biggest regret of the day.Dry no salt used more potatoes than anything else.Don't waste your time or money. For God's sake add salt to the food. read more

My hubby and I went into the Easy Egg Cafe on Saturday morning, 8/19/2023. We got there about 8:15am. The restaurant was pretty busy. The hostess seated us and got our coffee. This is our first time in the restaurant since this current owner has owned it. My hubby ordered the biscuits and gravy with home fries. I ordered the corned beef hash. I had been hearing about how wonderful the corned beef hash was, so I thought I would try it for us to share. Well, let me tell you, all of our food was delicious! It came out hot and fresh to us. My hubby thoroughly enjoyed his biscuits and wonderful gravy, and we both loved the corned beef hash. I have to say it is the best I have ever had. The corned beef is not from a can. It is freshly made, tender and full of flavor. The home fries were really good and the portion size was perfect for us to share. The restaurant is very cozy and clean inside. The tables were mostly full, but our food came out in a timely manner. Our waitress, Shanna was a doll. She was very friendly and efficient. We are looking forward to going back and having another delicious meal! We highly recommend this restaurant as a great place to have a comfortable meal. read more

To start those off. The service was excellent. The waiter was very attentive to asking if we needed anything or refills on our coffee which is free! The atmosphere was very "at home" it was definitely a very safe environment inside. You can smell the fresh brew of coffee when you walk in and the food mixed with it. Very very pleasant place. 10/10 would recommend. The food was very very delicious. The California croissant one did need a little bit of salt I'm not gonna lie. It was very juicy and beaming with flavors though. The apple sausage really give it that meaty hint needed with egg. The cinnamon roll was definitely home made. Does not taste store bought at all. It's a big one so it's really good for 2. Very creamy and good if you're into sweets. Lastly the burrito. Very very delish. Got it for my hubby and he was in love. It had fresh avocado, I believe it was chorizo, egg, cheese& cream cheese. It probably had more ingredients by the look of it but I forgot lol. Great with ketchup or hot sauce. read more

There aren't many breakfast brunch options in the AV so I got excited when I saw this place. It's neighboring to Broken Bit (good steakhouse) and a decent stop for homemade traditional, all-American Breakfast. Our food: Hubby got the Easy Egg Burger (definitely one of the better options). The burger was good- the patty juicy and very flavorful. The fried egg is also always a nice touch. The french fries were so good though! They were crispy and seasoned to perfection. The California Benedict was unfortunately disappointing. One of two of the eggs were overdone. I had the hollandaise on the side and it's a good thing because it was heavily creamy yet bland. The sausage underneath was overly sweet and it didn't go well with the overall mixture of textures and flavors. The tomato made the muffin soggy and the avocado was overripe. The hash browns-like the french fries were exceptional though. (It seems like they do sides/potatoes really well!) Service was ok. The waitstaff was nice, but not super inviting. They gave us the check really quickly as well. The restaurant seems like it always gets very busy so get here early. Overall, would try again, but get different things or their burger again! read more

5 Stars for this cute brunch spot in Quartz Hill. It's small and is really busy on Saturday morning but the wait is really worth it. My husband and I enjoy mid week breakfast dates here before work and it's the perfect treat. Aside from their fluffy pancakes we especially like their chicken fried steak! They are hands down the best here in the AV! It's a must try! The hosts/servers are always so pleasant and their friendly attitudes match the decor and vibe inside. It's not an ideal place for big groups but for parties of 2-4 people, this is the best place for brunch! read more

We visited the Easy Egg Cafe in hopes of finding a really good eggs Benedict (my guilty pleasure). While we did find an average eggs Benedict, this by far is something I would rate as "really good." When we arrived at the café there was a wait, where you had to put your own name on the list. The waitresses within check the list and called the next name when a table was empty. For a Saturday morning the wait wasn't bad at all. Once we got to our table, our drink order was taken almost immediately. However, after we received our drinks and made our food order, it took quite some time to receive our meals. Both versions of Benedict were average with under-seasoned, below average country potatoes. The hollandaise was pretty good, but was pretty sparse. Watch out if you order extra sauce, it was $3.00 for maybe a 1/4 of a cup! WAY overpriced. The biggest pitfall at Easy Egg was our service. The waitstaff seems pretty frazzled, which brought the service down. On top of the busyness, our waitress was pretty grumpy (no smiling, no friendly report, scowling). While I'm sure another visit could be better, we will probably keep looking for the best eggs Benedict and brunch spot. Happy eating Yelpers! read more

I honestly don't know how many time to give this place a try, their food is awesome when it's made correctly if you order out they give you the burnt bacon, they give you the burnt French toast of course they flip the dice side :/ today my French toast was burnt, my daughters pancake was burnt the food instructions weren't followed we asked for some salsa and no powdered sugar because when it arrives it's crunchy and they honestly don't like it , This isn't the first time I order maybe 2-4 times a months 60-100$ at most they always mess up the order we live close by but I prefer to get it delivered while I do my things here at home I don't know if I can keep supporting a restaurant that doesn't care about how their customers ask for their meals to be prepared and not caring on sending burnt food to their homes well knowing they won't come back :/ read more

I loved the smell of the soap in the bathroom. Now, about my meal. I ordered the corned beef hash. The meat was delicious. The potatoes were very mushy. They were undercooked. I stumbled upon this place before moving here from out of state a couple years ago now, and it's had my heart since! The staff is always so friendly, the music is awesome, and the food is top tier. The kitchen is unapologetic with their standard - I've ordered just about everything off the menu and I've never been disappointed!
