Stopped here before going to see a movie. We ordered online and our food was made fairly quickly! I really loved the artwork inside and I love that they showcase their donations to our fire department. Plenty of seating inside although I did get mine to go. I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Turkey and it was good, I just wish there was more sauce. We also ordered a cookie online hoping to get a double chocolate chip cookie but they didn't have any so we opted for the oatmeal raisin. Overall a good quick place to go for yummy subs. read more

I received a BOGO deal from Tmobile for a Medium Hook and Ladder. And since I am in the area, why not just use the deal. The place is kind of empty but people are in and out for pick up. The place has all the stuff that relates to firemen's gears and stuff. For this BOGO deal, ordering is online. You have to download the app then apply the code at check out. If you're not tech savvy, this is challenging. It is a 7 inch sub that comes with all the works and 3 kinds of deli meat. I have enjoyed it and the dressing is really good. I had a DELICIOUS sandwich from Firehouse, as some people say "it was fire!" Even though the place was busy, the place was clean and the staff were friendly. One complaint that I do have was they were taking negatively about a coworker who had called out that day with customers in the and using that employees name, they don't know who knows that person or not. Placed an order online for a sandwich and chips. Came to just over 20 bucks. Picked up the order without looking in the bag. Got home. Chips were not there. I called to ask for a refund for the chips as I wasn't going to drive back just for chips. They said because I placed an order online I would have to come back in to have them credit it. Their mistake but I would have to be inconvenienced. The US is just one big private equity corporation with horrible customer service. Last time I will go there. Oh and the sandwich was mediocre. This was my second visit. The first visit I gave 5 stars. This visit was not good. I ordered the steak and cheese sub on the app. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I picked up my sandwich and left to go to my next stop. When I got to my stop I opened up the carton and took a nice big bite - pure mayonnaise. The next bite had meat but the steak had the texture of raw meat. It was inedible and I had no time to take it back so it ended up in the trash. Shockingly I have never went to Firehouse Subs but one of Our team moms had said we had to try it and couldn't believe some of us parents haven't been . So after our boys baseball game we head over . I was shocked how good the subs were . I'm a subway eater because it's right by my gym , and I like it . BUT let me tell you Firehouse subs was soooo good . I got the spicy Cajun chicken sub amazing . My kids who do not like subway absolutely loved Firehouse . So much that our first visit was Saturday and we are having it for dinner today (Tuesday) . It gets better Customer service is off the charts ! It was like the hood ol'days . Jokingly the parents today the kids they had to go wash dishes because if you did we got a free sandwich (since they had a free sub coupon) and the youngest said "it's good , I'll go wash dishes for a free sub." We winked at a gentlemen names Ramero so he would go along with what we said and he said we don't have dishes . Came in for lunch while eating my food, I saw something ridiculous! It seems that a young lady was pregnant, and she had to go to the restroom to throw up. They asked her to leave her job, because she wasn't "part of the team." What? Are you kidding me? Who does that? And by how she looked, she wasn't very far along. The staff is extremely nice. They have a gluten-free roll for your sandwich and while that doesn't make it complete allergen-free because of shared counter space, etc., they will actually change gloves to make your gluten-free sandwich and keep it away from other stuff. I've been coming to this location for years. Ramiro and his team ALWAYS give a nice greeting when walking in the door. The subs are really good, I love the seemingly endless toppings you can add (most are all free of charge,) they are very competitively (and fairly) priced, and they're ready in a reasonable amount of time! Whenever I'm near the mall and want a sub, this is definitely the place! Just thinking about it now is making me hungry. The 'Italian' is my go-to, but the brisket/pastrami one is AMAZING! First time trying out Firehouse Subs and I loved it. The New York Steamer was delicious. Not to mention that the staff was very welcoming, from the moment I walked in. Rose was super helpful and informative! Judging by how knowledgeable and on top of everything she was, I'm assuming she might be a manager, and if she's not one she's definitely in need of a promotion! Anyhow, the food was 10/10, it was also ready pretty quick, and the service was top notch and I credit a huge part of it to Rose.
