Well, all the media hoopla got me in the store. Mind you I'm from NYC, so I'm looking for a place to get a good Hero Sub that is tasty. This is my second time here from when they opened. We got Philly Cheesesteaks the first time and they were mid. Well, today: #13 Italian Original Giant 1. The young lady cutting the meat applied it very skimpy. The meat was paper thin and she only put 6 piece shavings on a footlong. 2. The Bread was underwhelming. Very thick, eat bite seemed like I was eating a Bread Sandwich. 3. Extremely Skimpy on toppings. You have to ask for a little more of what they are holding back on. __________________________________ #7 Turkey Roast Beef abs Bacon 1. What a disappointment. The people making the sandwiches need to be trained. They put considerably less meat on this sandwich than the other one. 6 slices of Turkey, 5 Slices of Roast Beed and 4 pieces of bacon was sad to see. Yes, I was counting. 2. Skimpy on the toppings. _________________________^^^^ A. They Slice the meat way too thin B. Get someone else to cut the meat. The young lady looked too tired and was struggling. C. They should weigh the meat D. They Bread rolls need to be more Baguette like. E. If you are trying to make a sandwich that represents Jersey this ain't it. Advice: Work on the customer service. Pretend to be happy. Everyone in there seemed like they just got finished arguing. You guys are not robots it won't hurt to be friendly. If you want people to tip you, you should smile and greet them. Even if the food is bad, if the customer service is good then you will get maybe a $5 or more tip. The ambiance is just cold... Super rude employee working June 27 during closing. My sandwich wasn't made correctly, and when I asked if it could be remade, she kept making faces and speaking to me in a rude tone. For something I'm paying for, I'm really disappointed with the service. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Sandwiches are kind of dry... And overpriced. And the salads is a little sprinkle of shredded iceberg, but hardly anything you would call a salad... They basically take the iceberg they would've had in the sandwich, and threw it in a bowl, and then the rest of the ingredients from the sandwich in it. read more

Amazing service! I had ordered a sub online for pickup at 3pm but I thought I had ordered it from the store off of Rancho Vista, I had a movie to catch and wasn't going to make it to this location to pick up my sub so I had no choice but to go after watching my movie. I explained this to the employee and i didn't ask for this but they made me a fresh sub and even remade my cookies! As we were ordering Sarah (one of the employees) was very rude and gave attitude to a father and his son who just wanted to get some sandwiches. While Sarah started to add topping onto our sandwiches she asked how we wanted them and my husband expressed specifically what he would like and she proceeded to say "so mikes way" and he stated no and I (his wife) had to intervene and state yet again the say he wanted his sandwich. She decided to not listen to what the customers wanted (which was very light oil) and drenched both sandwiches in oil. My husband then asked her several times to stop with the oil and again I (his wife) had to ask her to stop. She then stated she can take "it" off refering to the lettuce but that does not fix the problem. She kept repeating she can take "it" off and yet again I (his wife) had to tell her to leave it alone as he had asked. Sarah then proceeded to the red pepper relish spread and included a jalapeño in my husband's sandwich which he never asked for. Upon arriving at home right down the street both sandwiches were unpleasantly soggy and inedible, also noticed the #8 club sub was missing the bacon that is clearly part of the sandwich and Sarah rang up the wrong sandwich on the receipt. We then brought the sandwiches back in immediately and asked to speak with the supervisor and manager regarding this, an individual stated she was the supervisor on duty and asked us how she could help. The whole time this supervisor was very dismissive while explaining what the problem was and stated she could give a refund AND have the sandwiches remade which we agreed. Then as she approached the register she stated she will only give the refund and will not be doing both as she stated. While my husband was showing her the sandwiches which were soggy and made incorrect the supervisor decided to get aggressive and roll her eyes at my husband while he was trying to explain the problems. These two need to learn better customer service or not be in this field at all. Supervisor asked if she needed to call her manager and we stated yes and that we would like to speak with the manager. We have waited over 40 minutes to speak to a manager and still nothing. read more

I've been going to Jersey Mikes since it opened in 2012 they have the best sandwiches around especially their cheese steaks and I get a different sandwich every monday. Horrible customer service by Erika which who says she was the assistant manager the supervisor lobby was amazing and respectful. She had good customer service, but Erika should not deserve to work there with her attitude. Just heard about this new location from a coworker so I decided to go check it out. Every employee greeted me with a smile. I ordered an original Italian and the gentleman that took my order was very professional, pleasant, and FAST. I asked him what his name is and he told me Preston with a big smile :) He managed to ask me about my day and communicate outside of the workplace which is very heartwarming to see that they are genuine with every customer that comes in. 10/10 definitely recommend. read more

I've been to this E. Palmdale Jersey Mike's several times and haven't experienced the issues that others have mentioned here. I love This place! Especially since it's so close to Littlerock. The food is delicious - my favorite go-to is the #13 Mike's Way no onions and served as a salad. I've always found the service to be fine and the employees friendly. There's adequate seating, though I've almost always taken my orders to go. It's one of my favorite places to order food. read more
