This was our first time trying Jersey Mike's, the sandwiches were good! We ordered three Giant subs with chips and drinks, and our total came out to $73.66. That was definitely more than we expected to spend. Even though, the food and service was good, the price isn't worth it when compared to other options. Still glad we gave Jersey Mike's a try! read more

I wanted to splurge and get a good Philly cheese steak sandwich and don't feel like I got a good deal at all today. I come regularly and noticed for some time the sandwiches are shrinking. Giant sandowches used to be cut in three pieces all large enough to be sandwiches on their own. Today the are smaller and cut in two pieces. I purchased a "big kahuna" giant with extra meat and extra cheese. What i got was i can say probably some extra meat, but not extra cheese and barely impressive. Sad to see things change so rapidly. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Cancro special on white. Very good sandwich!! - Sandwiches Near Me - Palmdale, California

My first visit to Jersey Mike's Subs. We walked in and the line was pretty long, so there was a wait. The staff was very friendly and polite, but service felt a little slow overall. I ordered the #8 "in a tub." After paying, I checked my bag and realized there were no utensils. When I asked for a fork, I was told they had run out and someone had to go to the back to get one, which added to the wait. While my order was being made, I also asked for honey mustard. Same situation they were out up front and had to go to the back again, so more waiting. That said, the food itself was really good and fresh, and the employees were genuinely nice the entire time. It just seemed like they might have been new or still getting into their rhythm. Would I go back? Yes, probably. Despite the delays, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff made it a positive experience overall. I'd recommend it. Just be prepared for a possible wait during busy times. read more

Fix your attitude sandwich maker lady. Your working jersey mikes. Made one sandwich with a bunch of meat and then got mad because you had to cut a giant in half for us. Get real. Good luck to this location. read more

First off I want to say the sandwiches are great and customer service is always wonderful. I rate 5 stars for the food and customer service. 1 star rating for the misleading coupon. But my complaint is against the marketing department that puts out the coupons. I had a coupon that clearly stated buy 1 'regular' size sandwich combo and receive the 2nd one free. So my understanding was that I if I ordered a sandwich, chips and a drink (clearly what I understand is considered a combo) I would get another sandwich, chips and drink for free. To my surprise the worker explained that what we are getting for free is only the chips and drink by ordering a chips and drink. The coupon is totally misleading. And for how I understood it it drew me in to order food from there. I will be contacting corporate to discuss how the coupon is very misleading. Do buyer beware if you have coupons. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #13 The Original Italian - Sandwiches Near Me - Palmdale, California

Was at the shop yesterday and the woman who made the sandwich was extremely rude for being asked to make a celiac friendly sub, if it's really that big of a deal to not kill somebody you shouldn't be working read more

Placed my ordered online as I normally do. This time when I arrived 15min after the order was still not ready. That is fine as it was 2 in line and only 2 girls doing the sandwiches. Within 5min a tall guy came from the back and started what seems at the beginning to start helping the girls, he started cleaning the station and everything look good. Then a friend came in and he started talking to him, then a girl from coffee bean came asking if he wanted to do a trade of food. He said yes, and excused himself to go get the girl pen and paper and then he also proceeded to put his order from coffee bean on paper. By this time, the line had 4 people waiting, plus the people waiting for their to go orders. Absolutely, no rush to get the sandwiches done. The other girls had already lined up all the sandwiches/orders they just needed to add the vegetables. That one girl who was cutting the bread, cheese and ham is carrying the business. Really sad to see she was the only one greeting and taking the order of the customers coming in. After 20min of waiting plus the 15 min it took me to get there, I finally got my sandwich. Terrible experience. read more

Growing up on New Jersey my husband and I often crave a sub. We are so happy Jersey Mikes is here. We lived in Texas for years and now are living here. It is such a delight to find this chain restaurant to be so consistent from state to state. No one understands slicing and building subs like Mike's! Thank you!! read more

This used to be my go to place for lunch but the customer service has gone down hill. Gave them several chances because I get it things happen. Placed an online order arrived at my pick up time and then waited 45 additional minutes for them to make my sandwhich because they had a line of people ordering in person. Then today figured I order in person because they tend to make the line a priority-mind u no line today- and I waited 30 minutes for them to finish making my sandwhich because they were working on the online orders with no sense of urgency. Both times took up my entire lunch as I had to go back to work. Would not recommend if you value your time. read more

Well I ordered my sandwich on Uber Eats where I carefully input the data of the toppings I wanted on my sandwich so that should be pretty fail safe right? And the 1 sandwich was $24 so it'll probably be made perfectly following the order right? I mean one sandwich $24 it should be perfect I would think right? No onions and no tomato's. Just like I input on the app. My wife is allergic to onions so the good people of Jersey Mikes are paying attention and doing a great job aren't they? Oh delivery fee and driver tip. I paid so much for this sandwich I know it's gonna be perfect!! NOPE. My wife can't even eat it because of the onions so now I will be taking her out to eat and saving the sandwich for myself for tomorrow when I don't even want it. Thanks for spending so much of my money in one day Jersey Mikes!! You're the best! (100% real and serious review) read more

I keep on trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt. 3rd time I order online. This time I waited 30 minutes for my pick up time when I got there I wait another 25 minutes for my sandwich. Horrribleeeeeeee customer service the two girls in the front are slow. And looked at me like why was I asking for sauce I had requested online!! I live their sandwiches but this location is horrible. !! Their attitudes are horrible as well. The young man messed up my order by adding sauce inside when I asked separately. I didn't make it a big deal just grabbed my food and left. Last time I'm coming here. !!! Mind you another 4 customers were also waiting for their orders for pickup. read more

I never had service this bad at ANY jersey mikes. Girl that works there literally stopped in the middle of making my sandwich to go outside and move chairs around. Fine. All while the other 2 employees are just standing there staring at me like I should finish making them. I just walked right out wasted 20 minuets of my life. Went to firehouse across the street. Much better read more

I had to write a review for Maharlika Amar manager at Jersey Mike's, thank you for my catering order it was you made it exactly how I wanted it and these days that doesn't happen often. So thank you. I give you 5 stars read more

Horrible service and bad attitude from one particular employee. Never again. Slow service and was rude and never even smiled.

I love this place everything fresh I'll pick this over any sub place I get a number 8 and my kids get a number 26

Amazing customer service by Alexa, Janelle, Jacob, and Jaden!! Seriously, best employees ever!

Very friendly towards everyone. They listen and are fast Love their sandwiches! Thank you employees for being so kind and helpful read more

J Mike's rarely disappoints. This is the go-to spot for sandwich lovers with NCGS! I like that the employees on staff take the condition seriously and handle orders such as mine with care and share the handling knowledge with new employees. I watched a newer employee like a hawk and he made a mistake, but looked at me and said "I did that wrong" and immediately started a new Giant sandwich. By him going that extra mile, makes me feel more at ease dining at this location! Dining area and overall location is clean and well kept and the staff always strikes up conversation like a deli in NYC does. Love it! read more

We came all the way from Tehachapi for a doctor's appointment and thought we grab some lunch here. The sandwiches were absolutely perfect. They made them just like we wanted and the staff were very friendly and helpful with our sandwich needs. There is no seating inside but plenty of tables to sit and eat outside. I wish they would open a Jersey Mikes subs in or near Tehachapi, they would make a lot of business. Thank you for my delicious sandwich. I always get the giant number 9 Mikes way with extra mayonnaise and bacon. The true sandwich artists for sure. read more

Everyone there is great. I usually have the Tuna sandwich. This time the tuna tasted differently and very fishy. It was also very skimpy with the toppings. I ate a portion and then threw the rest away. I won't be getting that anymore! read more

I usually like Jersey mikes but this day was absolutely unacceptable. This store seems to prioritize online orders before dine in orders. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant however when I went in to order food the ladies working were continually talking amongst themselves while only one of the ladies was completing online orders. One of them took my order and continued to talk and walk around aimlessly while I stood there watching nothing happen. The ladies were not helping their coworker complete orders and I was waiting there for over 30 minutes waiting for two sandwiches to be made. I walked out without my food because the wait was unacceptable my sandwiches had not even started being made. Better luck when ordering online just fyi to anyone going to this location. read more

Love the sandwiches and they have great customer service. Staff is always friendly. Very busy but the restaurant is always clean.

Sandwiches are always good but didn't order online because we came in for a fundraiser since online orders aren't recognized for the fundraiser. There was no one in line and yet they're fulfilling all these orders & we've been waiting now for 45 minutes and not even half my order is ready. Ordered cold & hot sandwiches. Now my cold sandwiches are getting soggy from sitting wrapped in a bag for 20 minutes now. The workers are rude and inconsiderate. At one point no one was here they were all in the back. Been coming here for years years years. The jersey mikes on 47th has better service. I don't recommend this place anymore. My business is going elsewhere. read more

This review is for ordering ahead. To keep it short, I've ordered three times ahead and all three times I come in at the time my order should be ready for pick up, they tell me they are working on it now. I watched them make my sandwich. Remind you I ordered 20 mins in advance to avoid waiting in a line. Last time I came in I walked in and they told me they are working on it now. I watched them make my sandwich again. And to top it off, only two people were in line. I was pissed. If your order online just be prepared to wait as if your in line because they wait till your in store to pick up to make the sandwich. So annoying. I love their sandwiches tho. read more

Yeah don't come here thinking it's fast service it's worse if u order online thinking your gonna get order on time, it's like they see u come in for online order that's when they start making your order. I didn't know you could physically make a sandwich THIS SLOW. I've seen the same employees each time I've gone and EVERYTIME they wander around looking confused for ingredients like it's their first day working. I've been going to Jersey Mike's for a long time aswell as many other sandwich shops all over the United States. And I've got to say, this is by far the best one I have ever been to. I went in the evening after a long day of driving and the staff were so welcoming and kind. The sandwich one the other hand was absolutely amazing, it brought back the memories of eating sandwiches with my father years ago. I will 100% be going back to this location. read more

Bad employees to be honest. Waiting in line to order? They'd rather discuss personal problems with each other rather than take care of the customer was waiting at the front for over 10 minutes when they initially saw me walk in. I understand it's sandwiches but at least provide decent customer service. Simply does not meet any criteria for a "2024 Best". Maybe other locations but not this one. read more

I placed an order at this location on 6/27/25 @ 6:20pm. The server was Jayden. I had a coupon valid until 7/31/25. The coupon was for buy one giant or regular sub combo and get one regular combo free. When my order was rang up, I was charged for both sandwiches. I told Jaden I have the coupon that said the second combo was free. He stated that a combo was only a drink and chips. It did not include the sandwich. I showed him the coupon again that stated the combo not just chips and drink should be free. He once again stated that a combo only includes a drink and chips. I told him a combo is a meal which includes the sandwich. He disagreed and refused to take the sandwich off of my ticket. I have been a patron of Jersey Mike's for quite some time anytime I order a combo It includes a sandwich a drink and chips. If you google a Jersey Mikes combo it states a sandwich is included. Why was this time different and a combo was only chips in a drink? what sense does that make that is not a combo that is a side order. When did Jersey Mike change their policy a combo is only chip and a drink? Jayden was rude and acted like I was stupid in front of all the customers. I told him I understood what he was saying I just didn't agree. If this is the policy I'm done with Jersey Mikes. It's a ripoff. I contacted the corporate office who said it's a local matter. I emailed the manager of this location twice and got no response. read more

Stopped by this location for the first time last night and ordered my usual #8 sub and had it Mikes way. When I got home and took a bite, the bread was so hard and stale. They claim they bake tgeir bread daily but I think that is a lie, there is no way that bread was baked that day. I wont be going to this location anymore which is sad because I live in the area. I should have just went to Firehouse subs, their bread is always fresh. read more
