My first visit to Jersey Mike's Subs. We walked in and the line was pretty long, so there was a wait. The staff was very friendly and polite, but service felt a little slow overall. I ordered the #8 "in a tub." After paying, I checked my bag and realized there were no utensils. When I asked for a fork, I was told they had run out and someone had to go to the back to get one, which added to the wait. While my order was being made, I also asked for honey mustard. Same situation they were out up front and had to go to the back again, so more waiting. That said, the food itself was really good and fresh, and the employees were genuinely nice the entire time. It just seemed like they might have been new or still getting into their rhythm. Would I go back? Yes, probably. Despite the delays, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff made it a positive experience overall. I'd recommend it. Just be prepared for a possible wait during busy times. read more

My current favorite sandwich in town. They are consistent and the fresh cut meats make a huge difference than other places. They are not stingy with the ingredients either. I like the cancer special and I add avocado to it. That's a winner for me, but when you don't want the roast beef, I go for the Cali club which is similar with turkey and avocado and bacon. So good. Pro-tip- use the curbside pick up and hey run the sandwich out to you. I always tip when i do this since they have to run around the counter leaving their team to bring it to you. I haven't had an issue ever here with the exception i forget to change my car in the app which is sometimes a pain but that's not the restaurant but more the app... terrible pic i have of the sandwich but that may reflect how good it is because I go t-Rex and destroy these things with no regard to anyone or thing around me. read more

First off I want to say the sandwiches are great and customer service is always wonderful. I rate 5 stars for the food and customer service. 1 star rating for the misleading coupon. But my complaint is against the marketing department that puts out the coupons. I had a coupon that clearly stated buy 1 'regular' size sandwich combo and receive the 2nd one free. So my understanding was that I if I ordered a sandwich, chips and a drink (clearly what I understand is considered a combo) I would get another sandwich, chips and drink for free. To my surprise the worker explained that what we are getting for free is only the chips and drink by ordering a chips and drink. The coupon is totally misleading. And for how I understood it it drew me in to order food from there. I will be contacting corporate to discuss how the coupon is very misleading. Do buyer beware if you have coupons. read more

Placed my ordered online as I normally do. This time when I arrived 15min after the order was still not ready. That is fine as it was 2 in line and only 2 girls doing the sandwiches. Within 5min a tall guy came from the back and started what seems at the beginning to start helping the girls, he started cleaning the station and everything look good. Then a friend came in and he started talking to him, then a girl from coffee bean came asking if he wanted to do a trade of food. He said yes, and excused himself to go get the girl pen and paper and then he also proceeded to put his order from coffee bean on paper. By this time, the line had 4 people waiting, plus the people waiting for their to go orders. Absolutely, no rush to get the sandwiches done. The other girls had already lined up all the sandwiches/orders they just needed to add the vegetables. That one girl who was cutting the bread, cheese and ham is carrying the business. Really sad to see she was the only one greeting and taking the order of the customers coming in. After 20min of waiting plus the 15 min it took me to get there, I finally got my sandwich. This used to be my go to place for lunch but the customer service has gone down hill. Gave them several chances because I get it things happen. Placed an online order arrived at my pick up time and then waited 45 additional minutes for them to make my sandwhich because they had a line of people ordering in person. Then today figured I order in person because they tend to make the line a priority-mind u no line today- and I waited 30 minutes for them to finish making my sandwhich because they were working on the online orders with no sense of urgency. Horrribleeeeeeee customer service the two girls in the front are slow. And looked at me like why was I asking for sauce I had requested online!! I live their sandwiches but this location is horrible. !! Their attitudes are horrible as well. The young man messed up my order by adding sauce inside when I asked separately. Well I ordered my sandwich on Uber Eats where I carefully input the data of the toppings I wanted on my sandwich so that should be pretty fail safe right? And the 1 sandwich was $24 so it'll probably be made perfectly following the order right? I mean one sandwich $24 it should be perfect I would think right? No onions and no tomato's. Just like I input on the app. My wife is allergic to onions so the good people of Jersey Mikes are paying attention and doing a great job aren't they? Oh delivery fee and driver tip. I usually like Jersey mikes but this day was absolutely unacceptable. This store seems to prioritize online orders before dine in orders. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant however when I went in to order food the ladies working were continually talking amongst themselves while only one of the ladies was completing online orders. One of them took my order and continued to talk and walk around aimlessly while I stood there watching nothing happen. The ladies were not helping their coworker complete orders and I was waiting there for over 30 minutes waiting for two sandwiches to be made. Sandwiches are always good but didn't order online because we came in for a fundraiser since online orders aren't recognized for the fundraiser. There was no one in line and yet they're fulfilling all these orders & we've been waiting now for 45 minutes and not even half my order is ready. Ordered cold & hot sandwiches. Now my cold sandwiches are getting soggy from sitting wrapped in a bag for 20 minutes now. The workers are rude and inconsiderate. At one point no one was here they were all in the back. J Mike's rarely disappoints. This is the go-to spot for sandwich lovers with NCGS! I like that the employees on staff take the condition seriously and handle orders such as mine with care and share the handling knowledge with new employees. I watched a newer employee like a hawk and he made a mistake, but looked at me and said "I did that wrong" and immediately started a new Giant sandwich. By him going that extra mile, makes me feel more at ease dining at this location! Dining area and overall location is clean and well kept and the staff always strikes up conversation like a deli in NYC does. Love it! read more

We came all the way from Tehachapi for a doctor's appointment and thought we grab some lunch here. The sandwiches were absolutely perfect. They made them just like we wanted and the staff were very friendly and helpful with our sandwich needs. There is no seating inside but plenty of tables to sit and eat outside. I wish they would open a Jersey Mikes subs in or near Tehachapi, they would make a lot of business. Thank you for my delicious sandwich. To keep it short, I've ordered three times ahead and all three times I come in at the time my order should be ready for pick up, they tell me they are working on it now. I watched them make my sandwich. Remind you I ordered 20 mins in advance to avoid waiting in a line. Last time I came in I walked in and they told me they are working on it now. I watched them make my sandwich again. And to top it off, only two people were in line. I was pissed. If your order online just be prepared to wait as if your in line because they wait till your in store to pick up to make the sandwich. So annoying. I love their sandwiches tho. read more

I went in the evening after a long day of driving and the staff were so welcoming and kind. I placed an order at this location on 6/27/25 @ 6:20pm. The server was Jayden. I had a coupon valid until 7/31/25. The coupon was for buy one giant or regular sub combo and get one regular combo free. When my order was rang up, I was charged for both sandwiches. I told Jaden I have the coupon that said the second combo was free. He stated that a combo was only a drink and chips. It did not include the sandwich. I showed him the coupon again that stated the combo not just chips and drink should be free. He once again stated that a combo only includes a drink and chips. I told him a combo is a meal which includes the sandwich. He disagreed and refused to take the sandwich off of my ticket. I have been a patron of Jersey Mike's for quite some time anytime I order a combo It includes a sandwich a drink and chips. If you google a Jersey Mikes combo it states a sandwich is included. Why was this time different and a combo was only chips in a drink? what sense does that make that is not a combo that is a side order. When did Jersey Mike change their policy a combo is only chip and a drink? Jayden was rude and acted like I was stupid in front of all the customers. I told him I understood what he was saying I just didn't agree. If this is the policy I'm done with Jersey Mikes. It's a ripoff. I contacted the corporate office who said it's a local matter. They claim they bake tgeir bread daily but I think that is a lie, there is no way that bread was baked that day. I wont be going to this location anymore which is sad because I live in the area. Went to this establishment for lunch and was very pleased with the customer service. One of the items I ordered was a veggie sandwich. I was asked by the young man if I would like for him to change his gloves (due to the other meat sandwiches he had just made) and then I was asked by another young man if he can clean the knife or should he get another one.
