Deluxe chicken sandwich

The staff is quick and friendly. The food is very delicious and resturant is clean. They make the best deluxe chicken sandwich I've had! Go once and you'll become a regular!

This place doesn't miss. They've turned into the breakfast date spot for lil one & I. She gets excited every time we park outside & starts ranting about how nice everyone is and how cool the Coca Cola clock is. The service is always on point, you're treated like a family member visiting town. The food is made like your grandparents are excited that you're spending the morning with them. Everything is cozy & warm. Definitely a gem in the Antelope Valley

You don't just stumble into a place like Phebie's Cafe, you find it, like a sun-bleached secret halfway between nowhere and a dream. Surrounded by the brutal beauty of the desert, endless, stubborn and alive there it is. A real-deal, no-bullshit hole-in-the-wall with a sun-warped sign and taped-up bench seats that have seen more stories than most novels. Inside, it's a mix of everybody: dusty ranchers, road-weary locals, a couple of hungover kids who took a wrong turn somewhere, people of all walks of life. Veteran-owned, the kind of place where the people behind the counter have lived a little harder and earned every wrinkle and scar, they bring that same grit to every plate they serve. The menu? Breakfast only. Because why mess with what you know? Plates piled high with biscuits drowned in real sausage gravy, eggs so fresh you wonder if the chicken is out back and the chili o the chili, to die for!!!Homemade recipes that taste like they were passed down from some grandmother who wasn't afraid of butter or salt -- and thank god for that. You sit, you eat, you listen. You realize that Phebie's isn't trying to impress you. It's trying to feed you. It's trying to remind you what it feels like to be human in a world that's moving way too fast. And if you're lucky, maybe you'll leave a little more real than when you came in.

Stuffed French Toast with bananas!

Such LARGE portions and everything was delicious! The ladies were amazing with service! They definitely have their regulars that go there, which I thought was so nice, you know it's good if there are quite a few regulars!

The inside of Phebies Cafe

I went to Phebies Cafe for a quick meal. The atmosphere was pleasant but busy. The waitresses were running around getting food out and serving customers. I ordered the French Dip with BBQ sauce and fries. The Fries tasted as if they were cooked sat out then re-cooked. Which i never had an issue before. I explained my concern to Sue the Waitress who is awesome and she informed the cook/owner. The Cook/owner came over to my table and tried to minimize my complaint saying she cooked the food and it was fine. I informed her That I never had a complaint about the fries but today I did. The cook/owner refused to take responsibility for the complaint and did not want to take ownership of the problem, and instead dismissed my complaint as unimportant saying the fries are frozen then cooked. I am a regular customer here, but because of the cook/owners attitude towards my concern is will not be back. I wasn't looking for a refund or replacement just addressing my complaint about the stale fries. The owner or cook whoever she is needs a course in customer service and learn how to address complaints or issues when they arise.

The Cinnamon Roll that you should just get because it's awesome.

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls!!!! Get one! Found this place for somewhere to eat as I was working in the area. The menu has everything a good diner should have and the food is great. My friends and I loved our meals. (see pictures) The staff is friendly and welcoming with fast service. We even met THE Phebie. lol The restaurant itself looks and feels like your local diner.

I stopped here today after my sister had told me she was eating breakfast here. I was only going to say hi but I decided to grab a bite to eat and let me tell you, it was so delicious. The waitress was super nice and super kind. She brought my drink out and took my order in a timely manner. I ordered the French toast combo and it was one of the best French toast I've ever had. It was so good the plate was clean at the end. The interior is super cute and plenty of dining space. I will definitely be back soon and may become a frequent visitor.

Spinach scramble off the healthy menu.

Finally tried this place after living here my whole life. Delicious country fried steak. Pancakes were good. Mom said her scramble was flavorful. Would definitely recommend! Very busy. Service was good.

Lucky Luke Brewpub - Double SMASH Cali Burger with tots

Since it was our first visit, we walked up to the bar and explained that we're not IPA fans and asked if we could sample a few beers. The staff was super friendly and happy to let us try different options. We ended up really liking the Waterfront Lager and ordered micheladas. Their michelada mix is AMAZING. The Palmdale location is drinks only (no food), but the atmosphere and service made for a really fun night. Fast forward to yesterday. My husband and I had a date night and remembered how much we liked the beer, so we decided to check out the Lancaster location since they also serve food. When we walked in, the place was packed and there were only two girls working the entire floor. Even though they were clearly super busy, they were still very friendly and upfront that there would be about a 15-minute wait for a table. We appreciated the honesty, so we waited patiently and eventually got seated. We found out that the Lancaster location doesn't always have the same beers as the Palmdale brewery location, so unfortunately they didn't have the Waterfront Lager we loved. We were a little bummed, but our waitress gladly brought us samples so we could find something else we liked. We ended up ordering a lighter blonde beer since many of the others were too hoppy for our taste. We also tried their handmade mango and pineapple micheladas and WOW! both were so good. The food was delicious too. We ordered the totchos (loaded tator tots), 6-piece hot wings, and the Asian sliders. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. Even though they were slammed busy, the waitresses continued checking on us regularly throughout the night. Overall, it ended up being a really great date night. The ambiance is casual, fun, and welcoming, and both locations gave us excellent service. Lucky Luke is definitely going to become one of our regular date night spots moving forward!

I ordered a cherry malt which is not something you can find everywhere and boy did they deliver. Lots of flavor. It just pops. I got the Philly with nacho cheese sauce instead of Swiss. It was awesome. My friend got the hot roast beef and he said it was also very good. I look forward to seeing what else they have. But, that cherry malt was the bomb. Worth the drive. 100%

Ted's has been flippin' burgers since 1955 when you could snag one for just nineteen cents (can we bring that back?). It's changed names more than a pop star rebrand--Kay's, Jolly Jax, Walz Hr No. 1, Syd's--and finally landed as the White House on Division Street. Iconic, right? I mentioned to my best friend that I'd been dying to try it--she immediately lit up like it was memory lane and started reminiscing about corndogs and fries with her grandma. And let me tell you, she wasn't lying: THEY. DID. NOT. MISS. This place has been on my foodie to-do list for three whole years and guess what? 2025 is my year, baby! I finally pulled up for lunch and let me just say--it was love at first bite. I ordered a corn dog, fries, and a taco (yes, a taco!) all for under 10 bucks. It was hot, fresh, fast, and full of flavor. No frills, just good food done right. If you're all about supporting local spots with soul and a slice of history, do yourself a favor and swing by. Ted's isn't just a drive-in--it's a whole Antelope Valley rite of passage. I'm officially a believer... and already planning my next trip back!
