Stopped by to get a BLT since I can't have deli meats due to listeria issues. I miss my usual #8 but it can wait until I have my baby again. This sandwich is considered the pregnancy sandwich and I can see why. It is packed with lots of flavor. You can custom make it to your liking. Jersey mikes always has amazing flavors and their stuff is fresh. The staff here is always super kind and super cool. They were so patient with me and made sure my sandwich was made to perfection. read more

The manager that was running the store so unprofessional. Giving attitude to new employees. Being rude to customers. While the workers are doing sandwiches. She just chilling in the back and doing nothing. I wish I can give you guys 0 stars because wow so disrespectful. Also the manager that was in charge today you should learn not to throw money back at customers read more

I've been in line for 20min the guy who is adding the toppings is clearly slow one sandwich at a time the line keeps growing 5 people walked out I've never been in like for 20min and my sandwich is not even made read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - 8 sandwiches just waiting - Delis Near Me - Lancaster, California

While sharing a giant turkey and provolone sandwich with my daughter I noticed something shiny in my sandwich. After looking I realized it was plastic, like a surrand wrap, all around the edge of every turkey slice and on large piece on the entire side of a slice that looked like an end piece. Unfortunately, I swallowed some of the plastic wrap and so did my daughter unknowingly. I tried to call the location and it did not ring but there was a message "mailbox has not been set up" it was 8:45pm so I decided to drive all the way back and got there at 8:55pm. When I walked in I asked to see a manager or supervisor the gentleman said he was one of them. I told him I am upset because there is plastic all over the turkey in the sandwich I had just purchased. I then took out pieces of the half eaten sandwich to show him and he said "oh, I know exactly what that is, it's the plastic around it your sandwich wasn't prepped correctly, that's really bad I'm sorry I can give you a refund for it." As he is giving me the refund he asked if the other sandwich I purchased was ok, I told him that I have no idea because my son ate it quickly and there wasn't turkey so hopefully his meat didn't have plastic on it. He then did the refund and a coworker then said "you can just give her a full refund, I'm sorry you had to come back. Would you want your name down in our book to come in the future for a remake of the sandwich." I told her no shocked everyone is so "calm" about the error that they made because they were the ones making my sandwich. I'm also shocked that no one offered to remake my sandwich right then and there EVEN if it was closing time. The whole "oh man, that's too bad" response and attitude is mind blowing to me. It's not like my complaint is having mayo on my sandwich when I only wanted mustard...my complaint is that there was plastic all over my food, that I ate. It was an error that shouldn't have been made. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Yummy!!! In my tummy ;) - Delis Near Me - Lancaster, California

Slow!!!! Staff the meat is literally invisible I feel like I'm eating a vegi sandwich ambiance standard

Very good subs..go there a lot for lunch.. good prices for amount of meat.kids love it.

I love the sandwiches and the service is friendly and professional. I recommend it. .

You can tell the employees hate their jobs. Food always taste good and is satisfying but the staff are mundane with a snarky attitude when they can slide it in. read more

I love the food but service is so slow! I place an order online-supposed to be ready 5minutes ago and they say"sorry we are behind " meanwhile the walkins are leaving before me and I have a 10min wait. They must have changed staff, before they would run it right out but the past couple months horrible. Will be going to submarina for now on read more

The service was outstanding, I didn't have to wait no longer than 5 mins. The employee Greg was super polite and patient. I recommend this location for any mobile orders or walk ins read more

I come to this location often. I genuinely feel bad for the employees here. The woman who seemed to be the shift manager was openly yelling at and demeaning her staff. It was uncomfortable to watch, and honestly, it made me feel awful for the workers. If this is how she speaks to them in front of customers, I can't imagine what it's like behind the scenes. I usually don't write reviews, however this is the third time I've noticed. Also, with her militant style harping-- the poor teenagers were flustered and messed up my order this time around. :) read more

Went into this location on 8/7/25 and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful!! Definitely will be going back again best Jearsey mikes experience I've had by far. Food was obviously amazing! read more

The manager Monica is so rude and disrespectful. She argues with customer she curses at customers she has bad customer experience and she shouldn't be a manager. She has a nasty attitude. She never smile. I've been going here for a long time never and I once saw her smile or greet any customers. It seems as if she's always mad just mad at the world Jersey Mike's needs to look into people that they hire. read more

Food = I eat here for the consistency of decent food and gf options Ambience = meets the criteria for clean and orderly Service= The 5 Stars are for Adam who did the majority of my order and was shift supervisor this evening. This guy is Manager+++ material. I wish we lived in a place where corporations rewarded humanity and kindness what it deserves. He's too good for fast food and the effort and attention he shows doesn't have a price tag you can place on it. He had care and consideration for EVERY customer in the store. He was very knowledgeable about so many aspects of the company, from the menu changes over the years to how the point system on the app works and then some. The mental load of care and respect was very visible to someone who was a sandwich artist more than a decade ago. Not only that, I also saw him extending that kindness respect and care to those he works with. If this guy isn't getting a raise at every opportunity possible I can't understand why. He is definitely raising the energy of this establishment to a better place. I subconsciously straightened some chairs for goodness sake and was seen and thanked, much to my embarrassment. Adam, if you are reading this, thanks for the service and conversation. Customer Service is a hard industry and I wish I was able to offer more than words of encouragement for you being a kind human being given, in my opinion, max effort at a what can be thankless job. Made my day. Oh almost forgot Boss Peeps, I was a wheat allergen customer and he took all the precautions! 11/10, no anxiety or panic on my end. The whole shift of workers was stellar. read more

Don't order on the app and expect your order to be ready at the designated pick up time. You're way better off just getting in line and ordering because at no point do they prioritize the pick up orders. I could have gone through the line 5 times in the time that I waited for my should have been ready pickup. Palmdale location is much better. read more

Rude and terrible employees. Young girl with the green hair was so rude. Didn't know how to make my sandwich. And when I asked her to weigh my sandwich, she put the whole sandwich on the scale and said "That's how much meat is supposed to be on there". What?!?! How?? I'm so tired of having these kids with attitude making my food and doing it half @ssd. Another kid that works there always looks depressed or high, and won't look at you or talk to you while making your sandwich. That's it! I give up! Enough is enough with these places. All locations seem to be the same. read more

I am an elderly gal who had a craving for a sub sandwich stuffed with fresh meats and all the fixing. I used to drive to Granada Hills for a fabulous sub but had heard that Jersy Mike's was worth a try. My daughter and i went inside and were warmly greeted. I explained my desire for a yummy sub and Juan suggested The Italian for me and Club Supreme for my son at home, my daughter ordered the hot Chicken Philly. The subs were made by Juan and he did Jersy Mike's proud!!! I was so eager to taste mine i couldn't wait to get home i opened my sub and so did my daughter and we are began to taste wonderfullness!!! Thank you Juan for making our subs, we will be back for more and we think you were so professional and knowledgeable that you need a raise! Thanks again, Cindy, Shea and Terry Pruitt read more

I was very disappointed with the order and service. I placed an order on the app and half of the order was wrong. they added topping that I specifically said I did not want. when picking up the order, I requested a few of the red relish condiments and was told that they sell it by the bottle. I don't want a bottle , I wanted red relish for the sandwiches I ordered. I specifically ordered the sandwiches without the relish so I can add it myself. I ordered 5 giants and had to deal with a poor horrible customer service attitude. I have been to many jersey mikes and have never had anything less than a great experience. I will never come back to this Lancaster location. read more

Rude employee with braids. Won't be back. Just some advice, keep your comments to yourself when customers ask for things.

My whole family loves the sandwiches they are fresh and flavorful . Perfect to grab 2 giants for the family on a busy school week

Worst service for pick up. Was completely ignored for 10 minutes before I had to just get in line. Then I was told that the order isn't due until 12:20. I told them it doesn't take 40 minutes to make 1 sandwich. This place has sent even that busy! The staff literally looks like they can't handle 5 customers. The gentleman that assisted me, was super friendly and he was great, however, he was trying to explain to me that next time I'm here for a pick up to say something. That way I won't get ignored. The two ladies that both saw me standing there completely ignored me, and I shouldn't have to say anything if I'm a customer waiting. I was offered a free drink because I had to wait. I will not be coming back. read more

We called in our order... asked for a number 13 Italian. Mike's way with Mayo and mustered and extra oil/vinegar & seasoning! Only came Mike's way with NO Mayo and mustered and NO extra oil/vinegar & seasoning! I called to see if that can make it right and they just said to bring it back so they can check the sandwich. As if i was wrong. This has happened before here at the same Jersey Mike's on Commerce Center in Lancaster! I thought I would give them another chance after months of going to the other Jersey Mike's. I will not be going back to this one. Back management!! read more

The guy who was rude to me was the actually the Manager Marlon , he continued to look at me like he wanted to argue so I asked for his name the employee asked me why then gave it to me ! Then Marlon came over to me while paying and approached me I said I just wanted your name . He said oh well I'm the manger . That's sad that he's on a different level of customer service and sadly that team will follow his rudeness!!! I came in earlier today because my family and I decided to grab some Jersey Mike's, so I order 4 subs for all of us. It didn't get busy until after I've arrived, so I went ahead and placed my order and wait. I should've known that my order would've been messed up, because the cook didn't write down my order. So when I went to pay, I asked the cashier is she had all three sandwiches/subs in on the screen, because I had only seen three. She asked me to verify my order and the cook even told her that there was a sub missing from the screen. Now, at this point I should have checked the receipt and my order, but since the cook had told her one sub was missing, I didn't think I would have too. I drove home and I opened my bag to find out that I only had 3 subs, when I clearly ordered and paid for 4. So, as soon as I realized what happened, I called this location and told them what happened. The supervisor was very apologetic, but wasn't able to give me both the sandwich I ordered and my money back. Times are tough right now with a pandemic going on, I don't make much, and I work 50 to 70+ hours a week just to provide for my family. Now, don't get me wrong this could've been prevented had I checked everything before I left the parking lot, but I was so tired and all I wanted to do was go home, eat and spend time with my family. Instead, I'm here writing a negative review, about to drive back down 45 min to get my money back. read more

All the focus here is on online orders. So, if you want your sandwich in a timely manner, order online. Whatever you do, don't come into this location. Such a bummer because once you get your sandwich, it's usually delicious. BUT... the online order printer spits tickets continuously. And now with all the plexiglass everywhere, the workers can't even hear customers in line. They're constantly apologizing for not being able to hear and for mistakes they make because they can't hear. So, when your sandwich finally gets squeezed in between the gobs of online orders that are WAY more important, don't expect to actually get what you want because they can't hear you. On our last visit we ordered 3 subs. 2 were made together and 1 was jammed in with some online orders. They kept asking each other, "what's this sandwich?". To finally get their attention when they were putting the WRONG meat on one of our sandwiches we had to wave our arms around and yell. It's crazy!! If this were a review of the food, it's 5 star. The subs are great. Bread is always fresh, veggies are usually fresh and price point is reasonable. At some point the guests in the restaurant just have to become as important as the ones online. And last pet peeve: required tip. I'm a generous tipper but when you require it with a card payment, that's annoying. read more

I ordered on-line because I thought it would be faster and more convenient. I received a confirmation email saying my order would be ready at 6:45p.m - Well,, no exactly true. When I arrived not only was it not ready it wasn't even started? I waited until 7:38pm - almost an hour later? What are you serious? If I would have walked in I would have gotten my sandwich faster, (maybe?) When the guy finally did start my order he was so slow that my 2 year old grandson could have done a better job? Why do they hire these lazy people? I made the mistake of paying for it on-line so I had to wait. NEVER again will I order from this Lancaster Jersey Mike's! The 2 stars are because the sandwich tasted good. Service a negative 10 stars! Save yourself 2 hours and go to the one in Palmdale - fast and fresh.. or even drive to Santa Clarita it would be faster! read more

The customer service is great, don't get me wrong...but. They're extremely slow. It's not like your typical Jersey Mike's, they'll take your order, hand you a slip, and it'll literally take anywhere from 15-20 minutes. Again, expect spending time in there. read more

Buyer beware! This Jersey Mike's now uses Door Dash if you order for delivery thru the Jersey Mike's App. You will NEVER get your food. If you try to call Jersey Mike's to find out where your food is they don't answer the phone because "they are to busy to answer". This store "manager" Tyler has no idea what customer service is. He's just happy to take your money. Door Dash finally called me back 2 hours after I went to get my food on my own. Our sandwich's had sat for an hour and were soggy and nasty. read more

Ordered my food through the app. Picked up my food without any issue. Unfortunately drove all the way back home ( rosamond ) to find out they forgot half my order. Usually I never have a problem ordering from the app. Today was not one of those days. I placed my order an hour and a half prior to the requested pick up time. When I got there to pick up my order, it wasn't even started yet. So, I had to wait for it to be completed. My husband opened his sub and they got the wrong bread on it. Fortunately, he said it was okay. I did appreciate the one young gentleman who offered me a drink while I was waiting. Do better, people, do better. read more

Regardless of "COVID", they were not interested in resolving my order. I ordered the Philly sandwich with no jalapeños, they put a massive amount on the sandwich... I called to get a new one, but the first CSR said I had to come in to order, then wait for the food; I asked for the manager who said I didn't have to come in and order, but I had to wait 30 minutes (additional to the previous 30 minutes to get the wrong order) before my food would be ready. Make sure you check your sandwich BEFORE you take it home, or you'll be sentence to another 30 minutes of hungry purgatory. read more

Love the sandwiches! This is a consistently busy place for lunch. Most of the time they have the staff to handle it but I've been there a few times where I've had to wait quite a long time.
