They were doing 5 sandwiches or even more at once and I usually wouldn't recommend doing that,…read moresince it might get confusing but they did great! Even when they made a mistake they quickly realized and fixed it with ease and when they made a mess they cleaned it up right away! Very fast and efficient workers, they were nice too! Best service I've ever had! It was also very clean from what I saw, so good job

Me - can I have a lettuce wrap with turkey, chicken, and bacon? Nothing else?…read moreThem - We don't have lettuce wraps, but we have gluten free subs. Me - Great! I'll do that. Them - Okay, so you want the club? Me - No, just turkey, chicken, bacon. Them - We don't have chicken. Me - Okay, turkey and bacon please. Them - So, the club? Me - Sure, the club. But no ham or mayo. Them - we can do a chicken breast. Me - Sure, that sounds good. Them - Okay, so you want the Santa Fe (or whatever it is with chicken breast, green peppers, and onions). Me - No, I would like a gluten free sub with turkey and bacon. Them - Oh, so the club. Me - Yes, but no ham or mayo. Them - Sure. What I got was a gluten free sub with chopped up chicken breast, turkey, bacon, and HAM. I took off the ham and gave it to the dog. It was an okay sandwich, but the amount of work that went into getting what I was asking for was painful and unnecessary. Just curious...is incredible stupidity a prereq for living in NM? Had two other encounters traveling through the northwestern corner of NM today where everyone was complete idiots. It was incredible to encounter that much ignorance in such a short amount of time.

I was in Santa Fe for some appointments and ended up wanting to find a place to sit and relax…read morebefore another one. I was so glad I picked Sage Bakehouse because the chill, relaxing (but still really polite and cool staff) were super awesome! Having awesome freshly baked bakeries also topped my experiences there! I had an iced mocha, spinach and bluecheese quiche and a pear and custard tart and they were all so tasty! I would completely order them all again. But wait, since they all were so good..I will probably want to check out their other goodies just to compare which ones tasted best after all! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! It made me so happy to have an unexpected chance to check out this wonderful / outstanding local bakery in Santa Fe.

This bakery is so yummy! Fresh breads and delicious open-faced sandwiches. They seemed to have…read moreyummy pastries as well, though this was not what we craved that particular day. We came in here on our last day visiting Santa Fe in the summer and I'm so glad we did, as it was on my list of things to try after perusing Yelp for notables. I had a scrumptious white bean-roasted red pepper-melted cheese tartine on delicious, fresh house-made bread topped with a balsamic glaze. I think it was one of the better dishes I had while in town. It was served with an array of olives on the plate. So good! They were out of the egg salad sandwich by the time we arrived, which was something a family member wanted to try, but they ordered an avocado toast instead. Also great and served with olives. The service was fast and thoughtful. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. We found a great shaded spot outside for the five of us with a view facing the bustling bakery inside. Many people brought their bikes or dogs (allowed outside only) and met up with friends to eat and chat. At one point a server brought out an order of bread that we did not order, but he left it with us anyway, free of charge. So glad we got to try Sage Bakehouse and I'd definitely visit several more times when in the area!
