Pizzas were ok, but a good size for one big appetite or to share otherwise. The calzone was HUGE but my friend did not care for it (vegetarian) as she said it had too much goat cheese and lacked flavor. My friend's pasta was just average. With a bottle of cab and 2 soft drinks, the price came to a pricey 120 bucks before tip (the servers do deliver your food and drinks to the table). Would I come back here? Probably not. We ordered a Margherita pizza, wings & a Greek Garden Salad. When I arrived to pick up the order the pizza was done and sitting on the counter in a box. I waited about five minutes for the wings to come out of the oven, and then a few more for the salad to be assembled. Got home (maybe 3 minutes away) & realized the pizza was cold so I put it in the oven for 20 minutes. When I put the pizza on the table my husband & nephew pointed out that there was no basil on it & just a skimpy smattering of mozzarella. (The menu says it has basil.) So. I called Oshia's & told them the pizza was cold & missing the basil. While the guy on the phone was nice enough I think maybe he was a little too stoned to say anything but, "Uhhhh. Sorry." (I'm all about weed, but really?) I kind of expected him to offer another pizza made correctly. Silly me. So we sprinkled dried basil on it & laughed about what a lame place Oshia's is. The wings? The location is a little odd for the dining scene in Santa Fe, it's not in the heart of town but in Midtown,out by the university. The restaurant itself is gorgeous! Very modern, very clean with a beautiful new built-in wood-fired oven. Considering the restaurant is brand new, the staff are amazingly well trained. Everything worked perfectly! Service was fast and very friendly. The pizza I've had at their mobile location at the El Rey Court was always excellent, but the pizza at the new restaurant is exceptionally better! This is clearly the best pizza restaurant in all of Santa Fe! One further note, they have a full liquor license serving both cocktails, as well as wine and beer.
