Great fired pizza! I had the small Chelsea with all the meats and bell peppers and it was awesome! Finally a pizza exactly the way I like it without having to add toppings. Hot and fresh without too much dough to weigh you down. I could still only manage half the small by myself.

You won't be disappointed, but be aware the toppings are expensive, but it's definitely because they are fresh and high quality. Hope I'm not too full to try the gelato!

Not for me! I had the gluten free pizza which was greasy and reminiscent of the frozen pizza I ate as a kid.

However, I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted super warmly and was educated on their menu as the host led me to my table (this place is sprawling and has inside and outside tables). My server greeted me immediately and was so helpful in her recommendations. She was truly interested in giving me the best experience as opposed to running the bill up for a bigger tip. Fresh out of the museum of New Mexico, I had learned adovada is a native dish, so I went with the carne adovada plate. Made with slow roasted lean pork, marinated in red Chile, garlic, and oregano. Served with cheese blue corn, red Chile, and onion. With a. side of pinto beans. It was spicy. Not HOT, but not "white people" spicy. It was warm and filling. Delicious. As far as margaritas, all I had were great. I had one of their premium 24 dollar margs, but it wasn't any better than the 12 dollar one recommended by the server. They also offer huevos rancheros, various enchiladas, tamales, burritos, tacos. For those wishing to go a little more americanized (but then why would you come here), they have a buffalo burger, grilled chicken sandwich, and regular burgers. Don't let the crowd deter you. I was seated immediately mid day on a Friday. It's right on the plaza so you can stop off here during your shopping and exploring.

After a brief…read moreconversation with the manager, we were led to the bar area where a few open tables were available. It sounded like dinner service would have meant waiting for a table, so this worked out perfectly. The bar area struck a nice balance between lively and intimate. The tables had cute lanterns filled with coffee beans, and the abundance of plants throughout gave the space a cozy, nighttime greenhouse vibe. As instructed, we ordered at the bar and everything was brought to our table. Unable to decide between two desserts, we ordered both: the Hot Fudge Sundae and the Cheesecake. To pair with dessert, we went with the Spiked Coffee and a glass of Santa Fe Spirits Apple Brandy. We'll go from bad to good: neither of us cared for the cheesecake. The sour cream vanilla topping overpowered both the cheesecake itself and the graham cracker crust. My wife, however, really enjoyed the spiked coffee, and I thoroughly enjoyed the apple brandy. It was incredibly smooth, almost like drinking apple pie. The surprise winner of the night was the hot fudge sundae, and what made it exceptional was the fudge sauce. It had this rich balance of dark, slightly bitter chocolate with just enough sweetness to keep it smooth and indulgent. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely come back to try an actual meal sometime.

I started with what I thought was going to be a plain Caesar salad, but when it arrived, it was served like a sushi or lettuce wrap. It was very creative and tasty! It made it much more fun to eat than the average salad. It was rich and topped with anchovies, like a true Caesar salad. I then had the peppercorn Elk tenderloin. I asked it be served as the chef recommended, which is medium rare. I am sometimes wary of medium rare, but this tenderloin was DIVINE! It was so moist and bursting with flavor. I loved it. The cocktails were creative and just as enjoyable as the meal. Other options for dinner apps include: cornbread, ahi crudo, mussels, and bison carpaccio. Mains: scallops, pan roasted Branzino, toasted masa gnocchi, grilled Maine lobster tails, duck leg confit, and a pecan coffee rubbed prime flat iron. I'm sure all of them would be amazing. Reservations recommended. Please note that the rooftop bar does not take reservations and is not on the same system as the restaurant. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.

It's a perfect place for a group of friends who are drinking and laughing, and in general having a good time. If I was by myself, I would have given the place 5 stars, but the food was not a hit with everyone in our group. Starting with what was good, the cornbread was delicious. The Tuna Crudo, Caesar Salad and Branzino, which is what I ordered were all delicious and I would order again. The Mac n' Cheese was so decadent, and one of the best sides I have ever had. The not so great - the lobster was a bit overcooked and over done shellfish is never good, and the masa gnocchi was a bit dense and dry. This is a place where knowing what to order off the menu is key as not all dishes were spectacular. As a result of this dinner, our friend in Santa Fe has crossed it off the list for another large party dinner she is coordinating. However, I would happily return.

I stopped in last week and ordered a black forest cake slice to go. I was thinking that a little sugar with coffee in the morning was good. I also knew that Gayle wouldn't snack on it as she doesn't like fruit and chocolate mixed together in a dessert. The "to-go" line was a little slow, mostly due to a combination of chatter and specialty coffee drink preparation. But I wasn't much in a hurry. We definitely preferred to European style with almond milk, but I think that we would like the more traditional ones if they were made with milk. We also really liked the brownies, though the Aztec brownie + ice cream gave me an intense caffeine overload--my fault! Our first time here we each got an ice cream, both with fudge and whipped cream. As I said, while the Aztec was delicious, it really was too much for me, but I still ate the whole thing! I was surprised by how much I enjoyed my husband's mint chocolate chip--the peppermint flavor was real--it tasted like they soaked the milk with peppermint leaves to make it, and it was so refreshing! We liked the chocolate truffles and bon bons so much that we ended up buying them as gifts. Our favorite flavors were the sage/goat cheese, peanut butter bar, Aztec round, bourbon pecan, and lavender. Finally, the service was outstanding. The servers were so kind, patient, and helpful. Our first trip the server took the time to write each flavor on our box of chocolates so that we would know what was what. The quality of the product definitely stands out. Unfortunately, the service did not match the standard of the chocolates. When we asked about the different varieties and flavor differences to help decide what to purchase, the response felt dismissive and unwelcoming. For a specialty chocolate shop, customers should be able to expect knowledgeable and engaging guidance, especially when navigating a premium selection. Instead, it felt as though our questions were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to share expertise and enhance the experience. The lack of warmth and customer engagement significantly took away from what should have been a memorable experience.
