Santa Fe is full of wonderful food in places both high and low. But if you want something different, contemporary but respectful of where it's located, try the Low'n slow, and also grab a handcrafted pizza to boot. The atmosphere is comfortable, with some seating out front but plenty in the bar. No one is in a hurry--order at the bar whenever you are ready but then service is quick and attentive. Recommend the Chimayoso Margarita--red chile powder on the rim and Doc's Ruin, a swell bourbon drink. At least try those two to get started! The pizzas are great--baked in hot hot oven but not overcooked. Crunchy tasty crust, lots of different options Recommend the

I love this pizza! We ordered the Nortenio! I love the combination of pepperoni, sausage, basil and hatch chilies! I cannot express how good it was! Ok ok it was little greasy but I never had the amount of toppings on a pizza that made it worth it! Google reviews your wrong! This is not in the 3's!! Drinks were bomb! Bartenders killed it!

Fabulous pizza but the NM green Chile white pizza is a must. Maybe one of the best slices of pizza I've ever had. Pizza maker also brought us over some hot homey to dip and I'd normally skip that but tried it and it was great. If you stay in Hotel Chimayo, you've gotta try this place.

Pepperoni with onions and green chile.

If you are rever looking for good pizza and good brews in Santa Fe, NM, look no further... this place is it! Parking is kinda hectic, but it's worth it. Not a pretentious Santa Fe bar either!

I started with what I thought was going to be a plain Caesar salad, but when it arrived, it was served like a sushi or lettuce wrap. It was very creative and tasty! It made it much more fun to eat than the average salad. It was rich and topped with anchovies, like a true Caesar salad. I then had the peppercorn Elk tenderloin. I asked it be served as the chef recommended, which is medium rare. I am sometimes wary of medium rare, but this tenderloin was DIVINE! It was so moist and bursting with flavor. I loved it. The cocktails were creative and just as enjoyable as the meal. Other options for dinner apps include: cornbread, ahi crudo, mussels, and bison carpaccio. Mains: scallops, pan roasted Branzino, toasted masa gnocchi, grilled Maine lobster tails, duck leg confit, and a pecan coffee rubbed prime flat iron. I'm sure all of them would be amazing. Reservations recommended. Please note that the rooftop bar does not take reservations and is not on the same system as the restaurant. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.

My husband ordered the Guajillo Braised Boneless Short Ribs, which were cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. In my case, the scallops were slightly overcooked and a bit tough, and the corn purée was a little too spicy for my personal taste. The fry bread and the Picuris salad were excellent and truly memorable. The restaurant is located inside the beautiful Hotel Santa Fe and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with a wood-burning fireplace and a very friendly staff. The décor is artistic and thoughtfully curated, honoring Native American culture, which I deeply appreciated and which gives the space a unique and special identity. Happy New Year!

Thankfully the restaurant was able to explain the bill after we had left where there were errors (we were charged the $75 teepee fee plus a 20% service charge that included the teepee, drinks, and food). Overall though the food was good. We had a newer waiter that was unfamiliar with the process so that was aggravating but overall the food was delicious. We did the set $90 price fix menu. The quail was the best part. My fiancé was upset because his entree was cold but at least the other three of us had warm food. I do recommend if you want this experience to go just make sure to double check some items !

The Flan for dessert was fantastic and a great way to finish our dinner. What made the experience special was the combination of delicious food and genuinely attentive service.
