He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done in a way that actually made sense. The work was completed efficiently and correctly, and my car runs great now. It's clear Keegan takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way. I highly recommend asking for Keegan if you need reliable, honest mechanical service.

I booked this mobile mechanic through Yelp for a diagnostic after already having my Jeep scanned at…read moreAutoZone and receiving error codes (injector, spark plugs, and gaskets). I explained this upfront and still chose to proceed with a diagnostic to confirm the issue. I was quoted a flat $65 diagnostic fee by the owner with no mention of pricing ranges or tiers. I agreed and scheduled the service. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled, which I was informed of ahead of time. During a brief text exchange with the owner, I expressed concern due to a prior negative experience with another company. The response I received made the interaction feel slightly tense, including being told I could "find someone else" if needed. When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. I expressed concern that the pricing change was not communicated upfront. The owner later acknowledged that he should have communicated a pricing range and that this was a mistake on his part. I requested a copy of the diagnostic findings I was being charged for. The response indicated there was no formal report, but pictures and a summary were provided. Communication afterward included frustration from the business regarding the reduced payment, despite the pricing change being due to lack of prior disclosure. While I do believe the technician performed the inspection thoroughly and provided useful findings, the core issue was the lack of clear communication around pricing structure, scope of work, and potential cost changes before work beyond a basic diagnostic began. I would recommend future customers get very clear written confirmation of what is included in the diagnostic fee, whether deeper inspection can change pricing, and what documentation will be provided before service begins.

I recently had an excellent experience with Sun Devil Auto while passing through Mesa, Arizona,…read morefrom South Carolina. My starter went out, and I was in a bit of a bind. I called Sun Auto, and they quickly provided me with a quote and even recommended a wrecker service. To my relief, the wrecker arrived within 30 minutes! By lunchtime on the same day, they had diagnosed the issue and informed me that my head gaskets needed replacing which is why my starter went out, since it was dripping oil on it. I was impressed with their pricing, which seemed very fair after I consulted my brother, who has experience in the automotive industry for the last 25 years. My representative, Samuel, was extremely nice and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I asked them to expedite the repairs, and although they initially estimated two days, they surprised me by completing the job by the afternoon of the second day. Their efficiency and customer service were top-notch. I highly recommend Sun Auto for their professionalism, affordability, and quick turnaround time. Thank you, Samuel, and the team for getting me back on the road!

I recommend the place but be cautious of up charges. Question all recommendations for repair/replacement. I had an oil change and component inspection. Everything was great until they got to my cabin air filter which sits behind the glove compartment. It takes about 5 seconds to access the filter, and I was surprised that the filter they showed me was so dirty as the car had approximately only 6,200 miles on it and had never been on a dirt road. They quoted me $50.00 to replace this filter. My 81-year-old geriatric, senility inclined dumbass told them to change it, although I knew better. The filter costs about $18.00. They had already taken the 5 seconds to access it and remove it. Putting the new one in and closing the glove box would take another 10 seconds which should have been covered under the component inspection price included with the oil change. THE ISSUE HERE IS they charged me $50.00 for an $18.00 filter and $32.00 for a 10 second installation. Nice place and nice folks don't always add up to the best service.

The quality works seem pretty well value pretty reasonable cheaper than the dealerships or should I say stealerships. Give them a try their local.
