The staff was Very friendly and informational. Also a very quick turnaround on my computer. Lacy took time to go over everything as well as answer any general pc questions I had. Will definitely be going to them with all my computer fixes or upgrades.

This matter, which has now escalated to involve executive management, remains unresolved and reflects a concerning breach of trust. Despite being acquired as a brand-new device, significant operational issues began to manifest within six months of its purchase, a timeframe I find unacceptable for a new product. I subsequently brought the iPad to your store for assistance. During this visit, a store representative clearly acknowledged the device's faulty condition, leading me to believe the issue would be appropriately addressed--either through a repair or a replacement with a new unit. However, the situation took a disturbing turn upon collection. My husband, who retrieved the iPad, was presented with what was unmistakably the *exact same faulty unit* I had originally submitted. The unequivocal proof lay in the customized back cover of the iPad, which holds deeply personal and sentimental value as it commemorates my late mother. This deliberate return of a marked, defective item, under the guise of service or replacement, constitutes a severe misrepresentation and is emotionally distressing. *Also, JOSH, did not want to let the brown box go. *Adding to our concern, my husband reported a peculiar interaction with the employee, identified as Josh, during the pickup. According to my husband, Josh appeared unusually hesitant to release the device and maintained an uncomfortable stare, raising immediate suspicions about the integrity of the exchange. This incident is particularly galling given that I have already escalated this issue to senior levels, engaging with the CEO and an executive named Thomas, who was designated as my liaison to facilitate the provision of a new iPad. Despite these high-level assurances, the problem persists, and I am still without the functional, new device that I was promised and for which I paid. I demand an immediate and definitive resolution to this matter. I expect to receive a genuinely new, fully operational iPad as a direct replacement for the defective unit. The repeated failures to rectify this situation, coupled with the evident lack of transparency and the emotional impact of this deception, are entirely unacceptable. I anticipate your prompt and decisive action to rectify this egregious service failure. All I have been doing is putting out fires with "POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES", since moving to Virginia

Very fortunate that Wes (awesome, friendly, professional, caring & knowledgeable) helped us. After explaining to him how we accidentally dropped it and then the power wasn't turning on, he took a look inside and was able to immediately figure out why our hard drive was acting funny. He did a quick snapping and aligning of the front panel and start button in our hard drive and made sure it'd work properly by turning on our computer for testing before finishing up. He took his time carefully, never rushed and most importantly made sure our computer was fixed properly. Best of all, you cannot beat their very reasonable rates for their superb services!

I had water damage on my laptop, and Michael took the time to thoroughly inspect and diagnose the issue. His expertise really shines through, and his quick turnaround time--just 2-3 days--was impressive. The diagnostic fee is $75 in cash (there is a small card fee, so it's worth bringing cash if you'd like to save a little), but it's totally worth it for the level of service you get. My repairs were $200 total so it was very reasonable. One thing I really appreciate is his customer-first attitude. After fixing my laptop, I ran into a minor issue, and Michael was quick to address it, honoring the 30-day warranty without hesitation. He genuinely cares about helping people and providing top-notch service. I highly recommend Michael for anyone needing computer repair--he's skilled, professional, and truly dedicated to making sure his customers are happy.

Brought my laptop in to have a new keyboard installed, during this visit the repair shop attempted to upsell me on virus removal as well. Pricing is rather high, especially for certain repairs such as virus removal that can be easily done at home. Repair time took two months; delays were largely a result of the incorrect part being shipped twice, blame being put on the parts provider, but it felt like progress was made on the repair only after contacting them about it. When I received my laptop back, I found I had been upgraded to Windows 11 without my consent, despite the repair having nothing to do with the Operating System. Despite that, I was happy with the repair... until two months later, when I discovered that the whole back cover for my laptop was sliding off because the 5 screws holding it in place (3 internal, 2 external) were completely missing. When contacted, the repair shop denied all responsibility despite stating previously that the whole laptop had to be taken apart for the repair, and was very passive aggressive in shifting the blame onto me and claiming it would be a new repair to have it fixed. All in all, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

There is a lot of demand for PC repairs and locating the right one makes all the difference in the world. When I rolled up on PC Rehab they had great signage in a strip mall by a Farm Fresh Grocery. The lot, sidewalks and store front were clean and attractive. I walked in the store and was greeted by the owner Drew. The business was clean and presented well to customers. The workshop is semi visible in the rear. I discussed repair of my six year old Lenovo that had become bug ridden and needed an updated operating system. I agreed to have the system completely cleaned off which waived a diagnostic cost of around $25. Within 24 hours I got a call back from Drew that he had installed a new operating system with upgraded software and that is was running perfectly. I headed back to the store and my lap top was setting on the counter for pick up. The price for repair and install of new software was very fair. When I got home, turned on my laptop it indeed operated like it was just out of the box. The computer ran so smoothly that I was flabbergasted. Better yet, my son now has a computer he can use for his middle school classes. I think he was more over joyed than me and used it day one with not a single hitch. The professionalism and expertise by PC Rehab was amazing. In an industry where the consumer can easily be taken advantage of, or most likely have inept labor conducting repairs this was completely refreshing. I am already planning on taking another computer in soon. Thank you Drew...

So, I came to yelp to find a computer repair shop and PC Rehab was relatively close and well rated. I took it in on a Friday around 10 am and got the call that it was done around noon. They had it back to me with no problems and running great again. The only reason I knocked them down a star was the price. When I dropped it off, I was told the diagnostic was $50 and when I picked it up the total came to $99. Given what I was told was the problem (replace CMOS battery that is maybe five bucks), a $49 charge beyond the diagnostic fee seems a bit high. In addition, I was not given a detailed receipt showing what each service costs. To be fair, however, I didn't ask. The service was fast and efficient and I take some of the blame for not asking more questions on the details of the charges. I would recommend, however, if anyone from PC Rehab reads this, to offer a detailed receipt for work done. All told, I would definitely return to these guys because they clearly know their stuff.

The store was not busy when I arrived, and a representative named Derrick (or Derek) assisted me, hope I get his name right or else it may irate him more! Right away, the interaction started off poorly. When I told him I wasn't sure which iPhone model I had, without asking for permission, he abruptly took my phone from my hand and began tapping through it. I found this incredibly rude, it's basic customer service to ask before handling someone's personal device. He told me the screen protector wasn't in stock and would need to be ordered and shipped to my home. I was fine with that. Then he asked for the phone number associated with the account. I gave him the number we've always used for the past 20 years, our primary line. He said it didn't come up and asked for a different number, which did pull up the account. I expressed surprise, since we've always used the original number as the main line for our account. Instead of helping me understand the change or looking into it, he insisted (with an irritated tone) that the second number is the primary number, that it can't be changed, and that calling customer service would be a waste of time. He spoke to me in a condescending tone, repeatedly interrupting me, talking over me, and making me feel like I was stupid or didn't know what I was talking about, all this in front of my 12-year-old niece. At one point, I had to raise my hand and repeatedly say "okay" just to get him to stop. He then rushed me to fill out personal info, didn't explain anything about when to expect the delivery, and refused to give me a receipt, saying they "don't give receipts" anymore. When I asked again, just to be sure I wouldn't get charged, he bluntly said no. As I was walking away, he loudly said (so everyone could hear), "That's why you gave your email to get the tracking info," to which I responded, "I know what tracking information is." I left the store feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and frustrated. I understand he may not earn a commission on a warranty replacement, but that does not justify the dismissive and unprofessional treatment I received. I'm a long-time T-Mobile customer for nearly 20 years and this experience left me feeling like that loyalty meant nothing.
