We are very happy with our project and would recommend LEI because they were professional, courteous, reliable, and provided clear and upfront pricing. Documenting decisions in writing proved helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. Any problems we had were resolved fairly, such as correcting the direction of our stairs. Aaron is a man of his word but prefers to conduct most of his business through texting. We first contacted LEI and they promptly scheduled a time to visit our property with YPG to see what was possible within the budget we set out. We completed the design with YPG and LEI scheduled a time for the project demolition. A later approximate time for planting was set, but that was dependent on the availability of the various plants we had selected. Everything scoped in the design was completed within the budget and any add-ons we later requested were priced separately and fairly.

Bay Drainage completed a project for me recently and the results are fantastic. My neighborhood in…read moreNapa is prone to crawlspace moisture (actually standing water under the house). The old sump pump under the house was pumping some water out, but it was still a muddy mess during rains and the pump was loud and annoying. Also our floors would buckle from all the water getting underneath and they'd be freezing! The french drains were dug deeper than my foundation (they measured) and backfilled with gravel and PVC pipe. We are at the grade of the street so an external sump was needed. The November rains came, and the system worked great! I crawled under the floors to check and the soil now stays dry after the rains. Out floors didnt buckle and don't feel as cold anymore. The crew was friendly, showed up on time and kept everything clean. Thanks guys!!
