I recently started a consulting firm and, for the first time in my career, I am relying on my…read morepersonal computer. Unfortunately, my computer began to slow down and became very unresponsive, which made me extremely anxious since I don't have an IT team to turn to. I found Acamar Computer Services on Yelp and decided to contact Evan based on his excellent reviews. Everything I read was accurate! After explaining the urgency of my situation, Evan was able to see me that afternoon. During the consultation, I mentioned that I was prepared to hear that I needed to buy a new computer, considering I had purchased mine in 2021. However, after just a few minutes, Evan informed me that my hardware was in good condition. He only needed to address the "software bloat" to get my computer back in order. He also assured me that once this was done, I would likely have another two years before needing to worry about replacing my computer. We spoke on a Friday, and he kindly asked if I needed my computer back over the weekend or if I was okay leaving it for him to start working on it the following Monday afternoon. I chose to wait until Monday so I could finish a few more tasks. I dropped off my computer on Monday evening and picked it up the next day. Evan took the time to explain in detail everything he had done and how each change improved my computer. Evan is extremely talented, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. His pricing is very competitive and well worth every dollar spent. His primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, which is exactly what Acamar provides. I informed Evan that he is now part of "The Chrysalys Team" and will be my go-to IT professional for all my computer needs moving forward. I cannot recommend Acamar highly enough. Evan is a lifesaver!

Hello Yelpers…read more People searching for an honest, knowledgeable IT guy rely on personal references or Yelp feedback. Bryan (Noble IT) was professional and friendly right from the first phone call. He explained his IT knowledge and was willing to look in my situation. He said that he believes he can help and if he can't fix the issue, he would not charge me for his time. Honest. He quoted me his hourly charge and thinks the issue could be resolved in an about an hour. He would most likely know within 20 minutes if he could solve the issue. We did a screen share. How convenient for both of us, both in front of our computers in our home. As he worked he answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. It was amazing to watch how quickly he moved around the operating system, changing things so that everything worked smoothly. If he hit a road bump, he would do a little research of how to fix it. No one knows everything, not even me, lol. I mentioned to him many times how patient he was with not only me but in figuring out the road bumps. Impressive! I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience, research and determination to fix everything and not give up. When it was time to pay him, I gladly provided a tip. Well deserved and the right thing to do for someone who's as friendly and helpful as Bryan's demeanor! I'm glad I'm able to leave this 5 star review for other people looking for old school values. Knowledge, friendly, persistence, patience and 100% effort. I'm thankful to have found one of the good guys. Cheers!
