Had been ordering from this company for years. Not sure what happened recently but it's now a nightmare. They messed up 3 orders in a row. And found out they are not doing the time sensitive orders how you are supposed to so its fresh when you get it. That's the point right? The Glutathione is very time sensitive and should mixed right when it's orders and shipped priority with an ice pack. The fact that they let on that that's not how they've done it is pretty scary. There's other way better pharmacies to order this product. read more

Beware your credit card info. I use this pharmacy for several years on the recommendation of my doctor. Over the past several months, my card was continually charged, and I could not figure out what was going on. I had my FSA card on file with them and normally it was charged once a month when my prescription was refilled. In November, I tried to use the card somewhere else and it was declined. When I called the Bank that the card is issued from, they've told me that Earth Compounding Pharmacy put eight charges through all at once instead of every month like they were supposed to. This resulted in the card, being overdrawn and penalties and fees being added. I called the pharmacy and try to figure out what was going on. The owner called me Back and was very defensive and blamed it on the bank. So I called the bank back and they went through charge by charge and explained to me that the pharmacy kept canceling the charges and then was putting them through all at once. So I decided to go to a different pharmacy and thought the matter was settled. Well last Friday they put four more charges on my card. So now there's more charges then there are months in the year. So I had to cancel the card and get a new one issued and file a fraud complaint with the bank that issued the card. Buyer beware read more
