Organic Pizza? Can Pizza actually be good for you AND taste good? If you give Pizza Fusion a try, you'll be able to enjoy tasty pizza without the guilt. Over the weekend I brought my kids (2 & 4) to Pizza Fusion to give it a try. I was first very impressed that the staff was extremely kid friendly. Our server brought out free organic fruit juice for the kids (kind of like Organic Capri-Suns). The staff was also very accomodating to a new customer like myself. They answered all my questions and even had a Nutrition Guide on hand. Also, Pizza Fusion has some great Organic Soda choices, made with natural Cane Sugar. The Diet Cola (sweetened with Stevia) was better than any regular diet soda I normally have consumed. Finally, when the pizza came out (only about a 15 minute wait for fresh pizza, not bad), this was some of the best tasting pizza I've ever had. When I ordered the whole wheat crust, I was a little worried. However, the crust tasted amazing, the toppings were fresh and delicious. I had the Founder's Market with free range chicken (no cages, no growth stimulants, fed only natural food...ect), Mediterranean olives, organic tomato sauce, feta cheese and other cheeses. YUM. The kids devoured their Cheese Pizza and their sides of fresh Pineapple. They were extremely happy. I'll definately be back again to try more pizzas, their sandwiches and salads also look pretty amazing. If you are very careful about what you eat, and want to support a company that is very environmentally friendly, Pizza Fusion is the perfect place to go. read more

I came here with a friend and was definitely surprised at the amazing food being served. They have happy hour every day from 3-5pm, and I purchased a Stone IPA and the Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms with sausage on top and the total was $6.00 dollars. Most of their ingredients are organic, gluten free, vegan or non-gmo, so you can feel confident in your choice of food. The mushrooms are amazing, not only are the mushrooms extremely fresh (I'm not a mushroom guy) but the Artichoke & Spinach) mix in there is superb. I also tried the pizza while here and my friend had the "grass fed" burger and again they were both amazing. It is nice to find great, healthy food at an affordable price. The burgers are only $10 dollars (not discounted for happy hour) and worth every penny. The service received from Nicole, Tristan and Cody was top shelf. Tristan and Nicole were extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable for our first visit. Cody was not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about the food and the ingredients (he is the cook) and answered any and every question I could ask. The restaurant is small, and feels cozy. This would be a great "secret spot" to take a casual first date or just a good quality meal. Overall, I rate Earth Bistro a 5/5. My second time at EB and I just had to write a review. The first time I came here I was treated with the Hamburger Pizza recommended by the owner/our server. Boy was I in for a ride. Never have I ever had mustard on a pizza, never had I expected it to taste so damn good!! The service was fast, informational, patient, and hospitable. I felt right at home. After reading some of the reviews about this place, I felt I needed to point out the fact that giving a business less than what is deserved because you took something inadvertent personally is petty and a waste of our time. Being a restaurant that serves GF, Vegan, and even Dairy-Free foods is an absolute rarity especially in this area. Moreover EB even offers to make almost anything on the menu GF and Vegan. COME ON! Not only do they offer a fully customizable menu, their diverse dishes and ingredients provide patrons with the gift of never having to try the same thing twice. While out in Temecula for a road race the boys got hungry and we turned to yelp. I had never eaten out in this area so I had no clue if there was even vegan options. Luckily Earth bistro popped up and we were on our way. It was easy to find right off the freeway. As we walked in I was pleasantly surprised that it was a sit down kind of place. When I hear cafe or bistro I think of pay at the counter. Our server was really cool and greeted us immediately. We looked over the menu and the options were plentiful! Everything on the menu could be gluten free and vegan! Pizza's, burger's, sandwiches, salad's, soup, the list just goes on. We all ordered something different which was a great way to get a feel for the joint. We ordered the flatbread with 3 dip app. It was a very good start to our meal. I went with the daily, organic, in house soup. Which was a red pepper and tomato soup. I also got a half spinach salad. My fiancé got a burger. Our friends ordered a pizza, stuffed mushrooms, and the roasted potato's. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad which had spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato, onions, carrots, added avocado, with balsamic on the side. The soup though was the star. It was chunky and very flavorful. So I've finally tried this place after many years. As I walked inside, I was warmly welcomed by the guys behind the counter. I was asked if I was eating in or taking out. I chose to sit down and eat. I grabbed a table and sat down. Their menu is simple and laminated. Easy to read and navigate. They have so many great selections it was difficult to choose. Their wooden tables look antiqued and have a protective glass top. The employee who took my order came to my table and took my drink order (peach iced tea). He recommended The Burn burger. I had already looked at this on the menu and had considered ordering it. With his suggestion, I decided to order it. With the over roasted garlic potatoes. I ordered it with goat cheese instead of the mozzarella. I was so excited! 100% grass fed beef, diced jalapenos, red onions, and tangy BBQ sauce. As I waited for my food, I browsed their menu a little but more. I checked my social media (Facebook, twitter, Yelp). It seemed to take a long time to get my food - but I was okay because I presume they make my food to order. No biggie. But what did irk me somewhat was that my drink wasn't brought out right away. Not sure if this was their common practice but in most restaurants, diners will get their drinks first while the food is being prepared. When my food arrived, I was excited! It looked amazing and smelled delicious! My excitement quickly faded away as I noticed a huge chip in the plate. I took a picture of the plate to show the chip. It is from my experience in the food industry that serving food on chipped plates is against health code regulations because of the potential of bacteria growth in the porous surface of the chipped plate. Beyond this issue, the food was spot on! The rotated potatoes were flavorful and savory! So glad I chose them instead of the salad. Slightly charred, those potatoes were the best! Dipped them in a bit of ketchup, so good! The burger. Perfection! First and foremost, the homemade wheat bun was great. Slightly toasted, not soggy and not too thick. The burger itself was tasty juicy and savory. The toppings were fresh. Chopped jalapenos, sliced red onions and tangy BBQ sauce. The amount of sauce was adequate, not too dry, not too much. Again, perfect. I had asked for goat cheese instead of mozzarella but I did not receive it. I hadn't even noticed until the server came by to refill my drink. He apologized for forgetting to put that in my order, even mentioned that he didn't charge me for the goat cheese. I was okay with not having the goat cheese, but I hadn't realized that substituting it would have been an extra charge? I was not informed of this. Perhaps it should be noted on the menu? Either way, I didn't have the goat cheese. So I finished my meal and the server asked about the sugar free cheesecake I had ordered at the beginning of my visit. I had ordered a pumpkin sugar free cheese cake "To Go". The server brought out a small piece of cheese cake and a souffle cup of their homemade raw berry sauce. I paid my bill and left. For a drink, burger with potatoes, and desert, my bill was just over $15. Not sure if I'd spend that much again. I do realize the organic produce and grass fed beef. So I wasn't too shocked when I got my bill. This will be a "Go To" spot for special occasions. read more

Walking into Earth Bistro I looked at it to be a quaint little place, high counters, not that many tables, but a nice artsy feel to it overall. I went along with two of my friends because we seek out healthier spots to eat out than the typical fast food joint. We were told to choose wherever we wanted to sit so it gave off a fast food place vibe but we also had a server (who I wasn't sure I had to tip). Now the only reason I give this place four stars is because the service really wasn't that great. We did get our drinks right away but it took a very long time for our food to come out after we ordered it. The staff seems very timid and like they don't really know what they're doing along with simple jeans a t-shirt (no uniform at all) for their attire. No complaints about the food though, I was happy as can be when I got it! I ordered their Greek pizza with whole grain crust, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, Roma tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles, parsley and tomato sauce! Personal size of course and might I add that it was still big! I could only finish half of it and I took the rest to go. My friends got the vegan stuffed mushrooms which were alright, nothing too special and they were very small along with a burger and a side salad. This is a great place for vegans/vegetarians/gluten free people because you're able to make basically everything on their menu one of those options! They have tons of different choices of pizza as well as a make your own option, lots of burgers, salads, appetizers, dessert and beer and wine too! While visiting Temecula recently with our adult daughter, she searched for a Gluten Free restaurant to have lunch.  For us, that often means sacrificing a good meal to be sure she was gluten safe.  Not in this case. Earth Bistro at 40695 Winchester Rd. is a small place with a menu that includes both GF and non-GF items.  All of our meals were outstanding.  And after allowing 24 hours to be sure (since she is extremely gluten-sensitive) her Gluten Free choice did indeed pass the test. Several draft beers were available to choose from, and the staff seemed unusually responsive and pleasant, continually seeking to be sure of our satisfaction. They gave a "family run" vibe that improved our experience greatly.  All three meals were extremely tasty, and the next time we're in Temecula, we'll stop by, even if gluten isn't an issue. read more

Loved our lunch here today. My sister and I were greeted by a friendly waiter and ordered some yummy iced tea, mine black and hers mango, they offer hibiscus too. We shared the vegan mushroom appetizer and she ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on whole grain wheat with a side salad. I had a scrumptious vegan personal pizza with gluten free crust (see picture). My personal pizza is enough for two persons. I took half home. Such a neat little place. I went there for the first time today with my boyfriend I found it to be an unwelcoming environment, they didn't not greet us when we walked in we just stood there for 5 minutes with nothing said to us. When we finally sat down we looked over the menu ordered a starter and they went back into the kitchen and began talking crap about us because we didn't order everything we wanted yet because we hadn't been there before. Good restaurant. We showed up to this small place with 7 people on a Sunday evening. Because it was small and busy we had to wait 15-20 minutes for space to open but the staff was polite about it. One in our party was gluten intolerant and the menu had a lot for her to choose from. I tasted the Greek salad and Greek pizza and both were delicious! Others in my party had burgers and salads and all were pleased with their meal. They have beer and some of us tried the lemonade. The staff offered the right amount of friendliness and attention. Well, this was my first time going here off of a friends suggestion. Maybe I ordered the wrong items, but I wasn't awed by the food. I like that they deliver, which is great to have in the area. I like that they offer a variety of items on the menu. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, garden salads with ranch and their goddess dressing and their portobello mushroom sandwich. The pizza was okay, although it was sitting for a while and you could tell. Ranch dressing was terrible, my kids refused to eat it. Goddess dressing was yummy. The portobello sandwich was okay, it needed more pesto. Again, my food at that punt was old. The driver had issues delivering it. It took a very long time. Poor quality food. This restaurant is participating in Governor Newsom's Great Plates Program of free food for the elderly and disabled during the Covid 19 pandemic, and is administered through the Riverside County Office On Aging. Unfortunately, the food was of poor quality and did not meet the standards of the program. The program promises $66.00 in value of food for each person per day, with a dinner of $28.00 in value. This never happened. When the food was delivered, it was always lukewarm, whether is was supposed to be cold, or hot, leading to a conclusion that it may be unfit to eat due to lack of temperature control. I even offered the delivery person my own cooler, to assist with the preservation of the food, which they declined. I quit the program with them as a provider and transferred to another restaurant. Other restaurants in the program are far better. read more

By far my favorite restaurant in town! They have a great selection of food, but the highlights are the Garlic Herb Potatoes and the BBQ Pizza. The food is healthy and flavorful and reasonably priced, especially considering the quality. The main draw is the ability for almost all items to be made gluten free and or vegan. My girlfriend has Celica and we can ALWAYS eat at this restaurant and be confident that she won't end up at the hospital.
