We went there for brunch. Located at assembly row so parking was challenging. Service was great. Love the Ambience. We wanted to start w oysters but they were sold out. I had steak n eggs it was cooked to perfection. Prices are reasonable but then again I'm From NYC so everything seems cheaper.

We stopped in here after a long day in Boston, fed up with all the wait times at literally every restaurant and the crowds, we decided to head out of Boston and found this place willing to seat us immediately. Definitely located in a cool complex, nice big restaurant with a bar. We tried the guava margarita, peach Bellini margarita and amaretto sour, all of them were top notch, fantastic . We tried the 6 ounce peppercorn fillet, side Caesar salad, steak and sushi, steak plus truffle tortellini. The peppercorn fillet was delicious and the broccolini that was served with it was really really good, I ate every bit of it. The steak and sushi looked fabulous, besides Cesar was really good and refreshing light take on the Caesar salad with shredded croutons, which I thought was a nice touch. The steak plus Truffle tortellini also looked great. The service was great. This was the perfect dinner after a long day and it was delicious. Definitely stop in.

We made a reservation for Sunday brunch and were seated as soon as we arrived. Place was super busy and most tables appeared to be booked. There were many conversations happening so it was a somewhat loud and energetic vibe. Our server appeared to be in a rush to take our order but gave us a few minutes to read through the menu before placing our order. I went with steak and eggs and both my friends went with chicken and waffles. They were satisfied with their meal. My steak was cooked medium as requested but my food arrived cold. It was a good meal just wished it had been at least warm. We had difficulty catching our server's attention to re-fill drinks. But she came around fast so we could pay our bills. I understand it's a busy place and they wanted the table. Garage parking around the corner was free so that was a plus.

Classic Benedict

The environment of this restaurant is great! Lots of space, plenty decorations/designs, big open areas, tons of windows and light. Service was good, our waitress was nice. The food did take some time to arrive. The food was decent, but some of the items were kind of pricey for what you were getting. The Seafood Platter in particular had a really high price, and not a lot of food. The pancake we ordered was soft and not overly sweet. The benedict and burger were also made well. Fries were perfectly crispy.

The atmosphere was bustling and it was busy but we sat at the bar and had a great time. Monday night football was on and the patrons were not a raucous sports crowd but it was still lively and a good place to take in a game. The steak and sushi was really good and while the crispy sushi rice bites didn't taste like they were fresh made the steak, fish and sauce was REALLY good. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating and made some terrific drinks for us as well.

Crispy Rice Sushi - Ahi Tuna

The tuna crispy rice was good. I def expected it to be crispier than how it came out but it was good nonetheless. Service was great. The hostess was very accommodating and helped us get a table without a rez beforehand. Very friendly. Our waitress was so sweet as well! Very attentive. The lychee martini was very good. Ambiance was nice. Def would come back!

Spicy California Roll

Dinner with friends here definitely went well. I was a big fan of the dumplings and truffle fries. I also got a spicy California roll which, while good, wasn't $20 good. But the atmosphere, service, and the general opinion of everyone at the table keeps it at 4 stars for me.

Another great evening at Earl's. It was busy so we sat at one of the bars. I tried the steak and sushi combo while my wife had the cold soba noodle salad. Both dishes were great, very tasty. Our bartender was awesome, told us all about the new menu and gave us a couple sample strawberry cosmo Jell-O shots, yum!!

I feel like Earl's is just "fine". It's not bad, but it's not great. The location is pretty good and it has a decent enough variety so that anyone in your party can find something they want. On my most recent visit, I was surprised by the price of my cocktail! I got a gin martini and it was over $20 - almost as much as my entree. I expect that at a steakhouse or other high-end restaurant, but Earl's is not high-end. I got the same drink across the way at Tony C's for much lower price (and it was just as good). It also seems like they got rid of the spicy tuna roll. Why serve sushi, but get ride of the most popular kind of roll?? I'll probably come back to this location for the ease, but, after last time, I may save my drinks vibes (and sushi) for another place within Assembly.

Made me a little anxious bc you have to put a credit card down and my friend is flakier than a KFC fried chicken bucket. Funny enough - she beat me there. She had already been on a date and was excited to go back. She's gluten free and we had plenty of options - even the fried chicken bites or whatever name they are. I thought the cucumber were phenomenal. Almost ate the whole thing myself. As for the drinks, for me, it's another place where the ingredient list is too complicated. I hate having to google 3 out of 4 of things in my drink - the 4th being the type of liquor in it.. they do have a blurb at the end to explain what the drinks going to be like. I went with the one that's supposed to be close to a margarita. Unfortunately it came with bubbles which wasn't noted on the menu. I can't have bubbles :( which is a bummer bc they're so fun - something about infusing with their own CO2? Yo no se pero the bartender was lovely and gave me another beverage with no extra charge. I also ordered the non-alcoholic old fashioned which was quite nice and pretty light. We ordered the cheesecake bc it's gf (house but they have other flavors) and holy hell.. should I eat cheesecake? No. Did I keep going back for more after I said only a couple bites? Duh. It's from a local spot - Korean Mama. FAVORITE item of the night. When making the reservation I noted that we were going for a birthday and the bartender brought us over some small pours of sake to celebrate since they heard us talking about it earlier. I may not rush back, but my friend has been back twice already.

A majority of the drinks were more on the savory side which was very interesting like "may all your bacon burn" with bacon bites at the top of the drink. The drinks my friend had were all stunning with the use of egg yolk to elevate the drink. We ended the evening by walking over to Bow Market and trying Viet Citron which was so DANG GOOD my gosh. The to go orders were insane but looks like they are doing very well despite recently opening in. I got the grilled lemongrass pork ribs bowl and youtiao and the side sauce was so good. The ribs were all very meaty. It looks small but I was surprised how full I was after having it. Nice night of drinks and food. It was all AMAZING but the Buffalo chicken was one of the best things I've ever had. UNTIL, we had the milk bread. Holy. Shit. But best part? Our server / bartender, Andi. We ordered quickly after perusing the (rather short) menu, most of which was either small plates and cocktails . Our first plate was the hainan chicken arancini. I really liked the contrast in textures between the crispy exterior and the tender chicken and rice mix on the inside. Overall flavour was not bad, too, but I'm not sure that it was exactly good enough to merit the price point of $18. Next was the Xi'an street noodles, which was probably my favourite dish of the meal. The noodles were very well cooked - chewy but not too soft - and I loved the sauce, with the gentle peanut aroma on top of the various spices they used. One comment was that the chilli crisp, which was tasty, was very lacking (in amount) and as a consequence the dish was really not spicy at all. Finally we had the chilli crisp buffalo chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the chicken was boneless (I was expecting something more like chicken wings), which made for very clean eating :) The buffalo sauce was nice (and perhaps a bit spicier than the aforementioned chilli crisp) and the chicken itself was very rich and juicy. Portion size was quite large too and overall I was very happy with this plate. For drinks we ordered the Jaded, which was a fun matcha-themed cocktail (even the marshmallow was matcha-flavoured) and a (spirit-free) cranberry limeade, which was surprisingly refreshing and sweet. Overall a yummy meal, but definitely very expensive. I would be interested to try some more of their cocktails, which seem very creative, but I'm not sure if I would be keen to come again primarily for the food. (To be fair, though, this is often the modus operandi of these restaurants that specialise in small plates and drinks )

It was such a cute hidden area, and I was already excited before we even got to the place. We headed upstairs into the bar, and the vibe was perfect. I ordered the Elly the Elephant and my friend got the Laughing Gull, and we both really enjoyed our drinks. One thing I thought was really nice is that they allow you to grab food from the surrounding restaurants and bring it in to eat there. We didn't end up doing that, but we did get the charcuterie board they had. It came with cheeses, crackers, and some fruit, and you can add meats for $10, which we opted out for. I will say I was a little disappointed by the fruit portion. The menu mentioned fresh fruit, so I expected more than three thin orange slices and one sliced strawberry. HOWEVER, when I asked for more strawberries, our waiter kindly brought out a whole bowl for me, which I really appreciated. We stayed for about two hours, and as the night went on the place definitely got more crowded, so we headed out. Overall, this is such a cute and cozy cocktail bar. I'll definitely be back when the weather is warmer to try the other drinks and restaurants in the market.

This was our first time at Viale and restaurant week is always a good way to try somewhere new. Unfortunately our party of 3 all agreed Viale was a miss, especially for the price point. I ordered the salmon crudo, swordfish, and tiramisu. The salmon in the crudo was fresh as was the avocado, but it felt bland and like it was missing multiple ingredients - salt? Citrus? My friend said the sauce with the fried cauliflower she ordered didn't pair well with the cauliflower. The mains were the strong point of the meal - my swordfish was cooked well but still felt like it was missing something and I desperately wanted to ask for a lemon wedge but didn't get the opportunity to. My friend said her chicken parm was very good and my other friend said her crab risotto was decent and better than the salmon crudo. However, the desserts were once again disappointing like the starters. The lemon cheesecake was OK and the berry compote was my friend's favorite part - she ate that and left the rest. My friend's panna cotta was bland and the hazelnuts on it tasted stale or not prepared properly. My tiramisu was soggy and barely had the cream layer - sadly one of the worst tiramisus I've ever had at a formal dining restaurant. The service was a little slow but overall very good. Our server Marcelo was very good at checking in and keeping our water glasses full. There was complimentary bread which I really appreciated while waiting for the dishes. The ambiance was nice! We chose to sit inside for the AC, but I wish we'd chosen to sit outside because the inside was a little loud and we were struggling to hear at some points. This got better later in the evening when the restaurant was less full. All in all, it was an interesting experience. But the disappointing food means I won't be back and couldn't give this place more than 3 stars, especially when there are plenty of other restaurants in the Central area to try that can probably do better.
