After raising this concern directly with the office manager, the situation improved temporarily, however, the problem has since resumed. Given that the Civic Center parking lot is located directly across the street, there is a readily available alternative for staff and patients. I would strongly encourage management to implement a lasting solution out of consideration for the residents affected.

I came in with an X-ray and unexplained wheezing that has been impacting me for over 2 months. Upon reading the X-rays, which two radiologists agree showed a mass, Dr. Bhaskar determined that it was just veins and there was nothing in the X-ray. We had to convince him to allow us to get a CT, and the CT results found that there was a Hilar mass and it had grown from what was shown on the X-ray. After waiting for over a month to receive a call back from the office or the Doctor to discuss the results and go over the next steps, I finally had to call the office. The receptionist informed me that the Dr. marked the results as read and asked if I wanted to schedule a breathing test to see how bad my asthma is. I brought the results to the Dr. who I work for and she immediately got me into contact with a new pulmonologist. To make a long story short short the "non-existing masses" that Doctor Bhaskar diagnosed as asthma were actually actually Non-Necrotizing Granulomas that were indicative of an auto-immune condition that was completely out of control. Due to Doctor Bhaskar's carless follow up with my CT results, the condition was able to progress for another 3 months, resulting in a need for extreme medication to help me mitigate my symptoms. If you need a doctor to say, "Yes that other doctor is correct you have asthma and need inhalers" this is the doctor for you. But if you need a doctor to actually followup and read your medical results I would recommend going elsewhere. To make a long story short, this Doctor is dismissive, lacks any urgency for patients, and should only be treating pre diagnosed conditions. (By the way I still have not received any follow up in regards to the hilar mass almost 5 months later)
