Had an excellent consultation with Dr. Hsieh regarding sleep apnea. From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth and professional. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and organized--they handled check-in and paperwork quickly and made sure I felt comfortable right away. Dr. Hsieh was outstanding--he really took the time to listen, review my symptoms, and clearly explain what sleep apnea is, how it's diagnosed, and the next steps for testing. Second Time Visiting. Nothing But Good Things To Say About The Experience From Start To Finish. First Time I Had Covid A Year Ago And It Turned Into Pneumonia. Had A Video Call With Dr. Hsieh And Very Informative. The One Thing I'll Never Forget That He Emphasized On Was 8+ Hours Of Sleep. And Yet None Of The Other Doctors Mentioned It As Clearly As He Did. Even My Primary Physician Did The Drink Water, Sleep, Yada Yada As More Of A Formality. Kind Of Felt Like The Radio Commercials When They Sell Cars And At The End Some Guy Speaks Really Really Fast Just To Get Through All The Small Print. After Being Sick For Months It Was A Relief To Get Better A Few Weeks After Seeing Dr. Hsieh. And He Encourages Follow Up Visits. This Past Visit Today Nov 21st 2023. Not Much Has Changed Still 10 Star Service. I'd Add In That The Receptionists Are A Lots More Friendly Though This Time Around. Everything Went Great! In And Out In Less Than 25 minutes. Keep In Mind I Don't Ask To Many Questions. This is an initial consultation review-My mom went to see Dr. Hsieh for new pulmonary nodule. He has great bedside manner, not only was he calm, pleasant, but also took the time to listen to my mom with her concerns. The visit did not feel rushed. The best part was he was able to speak Mandarin to my mom. He was thorough with his explanation but also made it simple for my mom to comprehend. Definitely knowledgeable. I have been a nurse for over 17 yrs (as ICU and nurse case manager) , and worked with many physicians, it was delightful to interact with him. He take patient's perspective into planning treatment plan, not telling my mom what to do but worked with her on options to consider. He seems caring from my short interaction. Phoebe was wonderful too. From the moment I called, she was able to get my mom in sooner than other providers. She was thorough as well and our check in was fast and easy. I went here for a constant, coughing problem. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor when I did see the doctor. He was very informative and wanted to get to the bottom of my problem with different test. When I came back from my second visit for my test results, he went through all the test results and let me know what it said. My father-in-law had 3 visits with Dr. Hsieh so far (2 video and 1 in-person visits). All 3 started on-time (no technical issues on the video side either). Dr. Hsieh is super nice and detailed, explaining everything in 2 languages. He is patient and allows plenty of time for us to ask questions. His staff is friendly and efficient, and scheduling appointments was easy. We originally had to wait over a month for one of the appointments, but they ended up squeezing us in way earlier due to a cancelation.
