Terry immediately addressed my concerns I put in the email. He also alerted me that I was misinformed my the Riverside location, about not being able to self-refer when I have PPO insurance. My husband was/is going through a medical emergency and I was attempting to establish care and an appointment for him to get checked out. If it was not for Terry being thorough/detailed, proactively securing my husband's medical records by me answering a couple of questions, overall kind, attentive, and we would not have gotten in to see a doctor until the following week. We were booked next day, with Terry's help. As a result, I opted to make the drive from the IE to Irvine, instead of the Riverside location the very next day. Good medical practices are very hard to find these days. Terry actions demonstrated compassion and understanding of my concerns of not having my husband wait any longer for an examination. Thank you Terry! Additionally, our appointment was for 12pm. The doctor was prompt and thorough as well. The receptionist that check us in was also prompt, thorough, she showed concern when it appeared that my husband's oxygen was a tad bit low. Today we went to go get our shots and were advised that our serum had expired since our last injection several weeks ago but no one had advised us or had us sign the required authorization form. Even more disappointing is that we've had several conversations within the last month with Dr. Carr as well as office staff regarding our pending relocation and the process for transferring our existing serum to the new practice. They could have just booked less people than they are supposed to. Because they seem like they don't care about other people valuable time.
