I have to check my map 3 times to find where the building was located, also looking at the directional movement of the sun to find my heading (hint: the building is east!). Voila, the building was right in between number 110, and 108, hidden by the staircase and trees. Stepping in, the decor was as expected from the outside as it is in the interior, however, the room did smell nice. I noticed that the office staff had mechanical keyboards and expensive gaming mouses. Cool, I thought. Having owned both as well, it is a godsend for graduate school, research and teaching academic classes online. The assistant got my vitals and was nice. Anna, the receptionist was pleasant throughout and had a rosy demeanor. The man himself, Dr. Kayaleh was a very charismatic physician who has excellent communication skills. He listened to my background, performed heart auscultations as well as listened to my lungs for any signs of asthma along with a visual examination of my throat. He palpated my abdomen for any signs of distension. Again, he was very cheery throughout. After listening to my life, he was very accommodating in terms of setting up appointments considering my circumstances and even recommended what I should do. Walking out of the office, I was blown away by the customer service shown at a healthcare facility which is not at all common, especially from the exterior appearance of where it is located. In other words, a diamond in the rough.

We've been with this practice for a couple of years and the last time we were due to run out of serum, we were given a form to sign and authorize insurance to renew. Despite this, they still didn't create new serum setting us back on our schedule- less than ideal when one of your kids is on a biological med to manage his asthma. Today we went to go get our shots and were advised that our serum had expired since our last injection several weeks ago but no one had advised us or had us sign the required authorization form. Even more disappointing is that we've had several conversations within the last month with Dr. Carr as well as office staff regarding our pending relocation and the process for transferring our existing serum to the new practice. Unless you want to add managing your allergy serum expirations to your already busy schedule, I suggest finding another provider until this office management improves

However, you still have to answer the same Q&A upon your arrival once again on their tablet. We showed up 10mins early and checked in on time and got in our room by 9:40am. And we ended up just staying in the room until 10:30am (nobody came in) and he decided to leave without seeing the dr. What a wasting time! They texted and emailed us a multiple times that we can't be late or should give them 24 hours notice to avoid $75 cancellation fee. What's the point of having an appointment? They could have just booked less people than they are supposed to. Because they seem like they don't care about other people valuable time.

His office was incompetent in requesting the correct type of procedure and even hung-up on me because of their frustration. I myself am a medical doctor and therefore explained to his PA (Michele Burns) how best to navigate the insurance request/approval process. She was very resistant until I advocated for my personal health and insisted that she discuss this, along with my recommendation, with her Dr Schreiman. After doing so, the diagnostic study was seamlessly scheduled. However, their medical group "disenrolled" me from the practice WITHOUT NOTIFICATION and also REVOKED my pre-approved referrals to subspecialists that I needed to follow up with. This is unethical professional conduct and malpractice resulting in a delay in diagnosis and care.

I chose this doctor as my primary as the insurance said it's the closest to my place but when I contacted the doctor office they said they don't use that office( closer to my place ) anymore . Cutting short, the staff takes almost over two hour to book my appointment ,I said I have to see him asap and they gave me a time after 7 weeks and that too in clinic which is 30 miles away . Yet I went too see the doctor after 7 weeks at 10 am in morning and bearing the pain and reached the place and found there is no parking and I had to pay 6$ to park my car in nearest paid parking and when I reached the office they said you are 10 mins late and you have to reschedule the appointment when I could see that the whole clinic is empty and there is no patient . They just said sorry the grace period is 5 mins . I told them that I waited for 7 weeks for this appointment and could t find parking yet no courtesy . Seriously how come doctor office be so uncourteous and how come insurance allow doctors to falsely present offices to get new patients yet luring them in . I don't know the competence of doctor but the pain and waste of time I suffered because of his office I would suggest everyone to beware of them . Thanks

I wish I could give the doctor ZERO stars though. On November 4, 2025, I was scheduled for a sleep study with Dr. Adhoot. This was after they contacted me the month before to cancel my appointment because their equipment wasn't working. I was told to arrive at his office at 8:15 p.m. I arrived on time, but no one showed up to open the doctor's office until 9pm. It was creepy being in an office building by myself, but I didn't want to leave in case someone came and opened the door. Once inside, a young man put me in a room with a bed, mumbled something as he walked out the door, and I didn't see him again until an hour later. I was really uncomfortable in the room, and I started texting family members that I wanted to go home. When the young man came back to my room, I told him that I was going to leave. He started telling me about how this was his first night alone on the job and that someone had forgotten to leave him linens for the beds, etc. I decided not to ruin his night and agreed to be hooked up for the study. There were no explanations about anything regarding the test. Just get in bed and sleep. The bed had no top sheet, so I had to sleep under a scratchy wool blanket. I could not get comfortable in the bed and, as much as I tried, I could not sleep. Around 12:45 a.m., I was told that if I couldn't sleep in the next 15 minutes I was going to have to leave. No one had ever told me that the test was four hours and if I couldn't sleep in four hours I would have to leave. However, as much as I was tired by this time and wanted to sleep, I couldn't. At 1:00 a.m. sharp, the man took all the wires off and sent me home. As I went out the door he asked, "Are you able to drive?" and I thought to myself, "Do I have a choice?" On the way out I had asked this guy how to get the glue from the wiring out of my hair and he said just hot water would do it. I went home, wet my hair with hot water, put my hair in a ponytail and went to sleep around 3:00 a.m. I had to work the next day, so I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and there was still glue all through my hair. I didn't have time to wash my hair, so I went to work and by noon I was so tired I had to go home. Once at home it took about a half a bottle of shampoo and scrubbing to get the glue out of my hair. Fast forward to yesterday, November 11, 2025. I was supposed to have a follow up phone visit with Dr. Adhoot between 3 and 4pm. His office called me at around 4:30 p.m. and after about 10 minutes they transferred me, supposedly to the doctor, and the person on the other line hung up. When I called up to let them know I was disconnected, the woman who answered said "What is it you want to review with the doctor?" I told her that he had set the appointment with me so what did he want to discuss? She said I didn't have the study so there was nothing to discuss, and I told her I didn't complete the study because I couldn't sleep not because I didn't show up for it. I wanted to see about rescheduling for another day for an at-home test. The woman put me on back on hold and about 15 minutes later someone picked up the phone and disconnected me again. So disrespectful and unprofessional. So, now I have to start the process all over again to get a referral for another sleep study with a different doctor. They couldn't pay me enough to ever treat with Dr. Adhoot again.
