With my foot in a walking boot and my husband throwing out his back we couldn't have done this move without them. Thank you gentleman!!! Not only did you make time for us with 2 days notice, in 30 minutes you all showed my 11 year old stepson incredible motivation. He was in awe of you guys and couldn't decide if you guys were super nice bodybuilders or superheroes.

At first I was a little worried because I didn't have that much time spend on moving, but the quote they provide honestly honestly was way cheaper than I expected. The movers arrived right on time on the day of the move and were very thoughtful, asking what was fragile what was not, etc. They asked what I would like to place in specific fragile bins and not to worry because they would tape it up and ensure that my valuables were secure. The movers moved everything out including furniture and shelves and I didn't have to move a thing! They employees themselves are all very nice a respectful and move with a sense of urgency so the whole house was empty within an hour more or less. All my things were in mint condition when moved into the new house too. If ur moving and are thinking about looking for help or a service to help u move this is the one for you! I saw no negatives in aquiring their service and could not have had a better experience! 10/10 would recommend.

Moving out of state was already scary and stressful, and making sure not only that i had everything but that it makes it across the trek safely was a big issue. Hesitant, i ended up looking for help and then i came across Kerb. They offered a competitive price but what moreso won me over was their service. Big or small move, near or far, they were patient in each step, kind, and most importantly helpful and trustworthy. I had a friend help me pack and wrap my stuff but then Kerb tod me they can help me with that too! They had al kinds if bins and boxes, all shapes, which totally helped me and kept everything secure. They wrapped and even helped label boxes, and they TREATED MY BELONGINGS WITH RESPECT. It was such a relief. ARRIVAL: i was anxious about my stuff arriving safely, but they gave me a time window and kept me updated. And of course everything came just like how i last saw it then the guys neatly and carefully unpacked. Nothing rocked around, fragile and odd shapes were protected with blankets and towels, and they cleaned up after themselves. Efficient is how i'd describe their work. Helpful and communicative, they took a lot of weight off my shoulders with my move. I'd definitely recommend them for a job of any size or distance. Worth every minute and im glad I found a business i can trust who made the move pleasantly simple.

Our move day was 100% stress-free. Legit. The two movers showed up early (awesome!) and got to work immediately. Robert and Antonio hustled their hearts out and were extremely efficient. Seriously, after parking our truck (we needed 2), I went inside to get a drink of water and they already had furniture inside the house when I finished that drink of water. Both properties featured big furniture and small stairways with tight angles, but they somehow got everything in without a speck of damage.

Then he came to my house and modernized all three of my bathrooms. He was always professional, did wonderful work, and was considerate of our spaces and lifestyle while working in our home. I selected Phil's bid, and work began on December 9, 2024. While the initial quality was acceptable, it declined during the second week as Phil prioritized a large commercial project. Order errors further delayed completion beyond Christmas. Phil resumed work in January, but progress was slow due to limited manpower and missing materials. On January 29, 2025, he completed several sections and agreed to correct issues such as misaligned siding, poor layouts, and incorrect trim (see pictures). He insisted on caulking and painting that week, aiming to finish by February 3. Due to heavy snow and freezing temperatures, I postponed painting until conditions improved. I have not seen Phil since. Over the past year, I have repeatedly contacted Phil via email and text. Although he occasionally promised to schedule the remaining work, he never followed through. The job remains unfinished. I request that by April 15 he either complete the work or refund sufficient funds to hire another contractor. My Responses: I can provide receipts for all the materials and supplies used. The receipts clearly show my credit card for payment. I can provide the materials and supplies list you provided. The lists have many mistakes and omissions, which were the source of the delays. My bank statements show payments of $7,500 on December 10, $7,500 on December 13, $7,500 on December 19, and $5,000 on January 19. Monthly temperature data from January 29 through February shows that February's minimum temperatures never exceeded 40°F. Such conditions are not suitable for caulking or painting.

Team K (admittedly selected in a panic) was on site less than 45 minutes after I called them, and did a fabulous job handling our immediate issues, including working around our schedules and business needs. I did have one minor issue, which I shared after getting a "How're we doing?" type of feedback request, so often seemingly ignored by businesses once submitted. I heard back from the owner/president that same day, sincerely apologizing for the issue, and ensuring me he would sit down with the people involved and use it as a training opportunity. What a fabulous response! And then, a few days later, I got a hand-written follow-up, including a gift card to buy lunch for our staff! My own experience was 4 star, but based on the response I got, I feel comfortable saying yours will very likely be 5! And if it isn't initially, you can rest assured they'll do everything possible to make it right. Kudos to Team K!

Note: we did work with Team K in 2022, so I am really late in writing in this...and the whole world had a lot of turnover in 2022, so this might have changed. The different parts of the business are very different...the damage treatment is a 4 to 5 star operation...the reconstruction is a 2 star, so that's why I'm giving them a 3. They did come out promptly and the owner is very nice. The quality of their work also greatly varies. The job manager said that on a scale of 10, his guys "are 6s and 7s, but the great thing is that always come back and fix up what they might have missed". If you have an emergency leak that needs water damage treated, they are great at that.
