Instead, when I called on that date, it was clear they had not even begun shopping around for a driver. They finally found a driver to pick up the car four days later. Montway also deceptively sent me an email asking me to sign a 'credit card authorization form.' While there was a credit card authorization attached to that email, what was also attached was a lengthy legal contract having me waive my rights to a jury trial. It is duplicitous of Montway to send out an email with such a misleading subject line when the attachment is 99% legal agreement and only 1% credit card authorization form. Montway also included on that form a car that was not mine. Their pricing was not good. Given their poor customer service and high prices, I'll never do business with Montway again.

Unwrapped masterbed furniture covered with moving blankets and tape get that off and they've taped all the draws closes so as I'm removing the tape it's pulling the color off my chest and dresser who does that. This not my first time moving a having a company pack me out. Furniture messed up. I'm pissed. The young lady in the office that answered phone was always nice and hopeful.
