We came for bingo and had a great time! Bolivar was calling the numbers and was funny and welcoming. Kathy was a very kind bartender and all the staff were great. Then a bartender named Nicole J served my sister and was extremely rude. My sister attempted to buy a round of drinks for our table (3 people total). The bartender requested IDs, my sister presented 3 IDs, and the bartender called her stupid and refused. When my husband and I ordered our drinks in person, she was short, and rolled her eyes at us when said we'd like a closed check. Great night, turned slightly sour by one extremely rude employee. read more

My boyfriend and I were dying to visit this place since we stepped foot in Bozeman. And we finally did and we loved it. If you want a fancy/upscale establishment, do not come here. If you want bespoke cocktails, don't even think about coming here. If you want an authentically, Bozeman, down to earth, live music, super eclectic crowd type of place, this is it. It is a dive bar, and we love dives. There is a lot of history here too, which we thought was neat, and this is the only Eagles bar in the country that sells booze! We loved the security lady, dancing the drinks, there was also a live cover band, pool, and shuffleboard. Stop by this place if you have time. Don't be scared of a good dive bar - and, it is great for people watching and just a chill night out :) read more

Great dive bar. Better karaoke. If you want to do Karaoke stop in on a Thursday night. My star rating is based on the amount of fun we had in our 90 minutes there. About a dozen of us were out trying different places throughout the evening, and this was not originally on the list. Karaoke brought us in and didn't disappoint. I was the DD, so did not partake, but had fun and so did my party. read more

The Sunday evening jazz refreshed my soul. The bartender, Briahanna, provided excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience with great music, fun people, and a badass "real Montana" bartender that was a fabulous improvement over the fake, Boz Angeles trash that ruined the Last Best Place! read more

FOE! You don't have to a member of FOE to come in here. The beer and drink prices are incredible! The bartender was extremely friendly, even to dorky gawking tourists like ourselves. You can take your buzzer from the nearby brunch spot in here and drink while you wait! PROTIP: you are even allowed to take your adult beverage with you when you are (finally) seated at the popular brunch spot next door! read more

Heads up, if the bartenders make a mistake, they're probably going to blame you for it. Last night I was drinking my second beer, and had bought one for a friend. The bartender came and found me to tell me I didn't have a tab open. The bartender that took my card proceeded to tell me they didn't have my card. I told her, repeatedly, that she was the one I had handed my card too. She repeatedly implied I was a liar, said that they didn't have my card because I wasn't in their POS (point of sale, but the other acronym probably applies as well) system, and told me "I don't know what to tell ya" as I asserted that they had my card and that she was the person I had handed it to. Once they stopped searching through their POS system and actually looked at the rack of hanging cards clipped above the bar, my card was found. The first bartender, the one who took my card in the first place, immediately went to the other side of the bar while the second bartender demanded I fix their mistake by telling them the drinks I ordered, and gave the impression that their losing track of my card was my fault somehow. No apology given, no acknowledgment of a mistake on their part, just some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a bar. I understand that bars get busy on Saturday nights, and that bartenders can get overwhelmed. What I don't understand is the complete lack of apology or even acknowledgment of a pretty big mistake on their part. The first bartender would not even look at me the rest of the night (not that I stayed long after all of this nonsense anyway). I will not be returning to The Eagle again after this experience. read more

This has been my last Bozeman stronghold. The molly. The crystal. The hideaway. All treated our party better then you did.

The bartender was extremely aggressive and yelled at my fiancé because she forgot her mask at her table while heading to the bathroom. She tried to apologize to the bartender and ran right back to grab it but she just kept yelling loud remarks. We left right away after that. Extremely rude bartender who didn't handle this situation professionally. We used to love coming here but recently their employees have came unhinged for situations uncalled for. read more

As far as Eagles clubs go, this one was on par with the rest. The country dancing on weekends is fun, the poker runs, and burger feeds are always enjoyable. Drinks are inexpensive and the bar is large. read more

The bar that all other bars aspire to be. Always a $1.50 drink special, usually a kicking band, never a dull moment.

Unbeatable drink prices ($1.50 PBR the Friday we were there, and $3.50 Moose Drool!), but the real reason to come here is the live music. We went on a night when 10 Foot Tall and 80 Proof was playing. The place was empty at 9pm, with just a handful of regulars, but once the music started at 9:30, the dance floor filled up and the bar got packed. Cheap beer and great, free live music make this place a winner in my book. read more

People might choose other fancy bars, grills, or restaurants. But you must visit this old bar. In growing and changing Bozeman, this might be the only bar you don't have to try to be cool. You just enjoy drinking, playing pool, listening to music, and talking. Feel the other side of Bozeman! read more

Friendly staff, cheap drinks, and fun Karaoke on Thursday nights. Its not fancy, and thats the way they (and their patrons) like it. Shuffleboard and Pool tables too. read more
