I am writing this as I'm currently getting my nails done by I believe Chelsea. This was the opposite of relaxing. My fingers look good aside from them not doing dip. I will update on my toes. Chelsea is extremely unprofessional and starts odd conversations, like talking about children being intentionally poisoned and stuff. She is working extremely nervously and it's hard to tell if she is even certified at all. read more

One amazing experience. After a 3 day road trip to Eagle we stopped in for a massage. I honestly have never had a massage like this one!!! New to the area, trying to find my next salon. Eyebrow threading by Jeannie, she did an excellent job, I will come back to see her. I can't decide how I feel about the overall vibe from the front desk, looking for a new place to get manicures and pedicures. It just seemed that the front desk was off, I walked up to pay and they were taking about upcoming issues they plan discuss at a meeting so it was awkward. Cute place. I came in 2 weeks ago while visiting Boise and got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish by Lexi. They turned out so pretty, she did a really good job and they've held up well. The salon is cute, up to date and clean. Prices seemed reasonable and everyone I encountered there was friendly. 10/10 experience, highly recommend it. read more

I came in today and brought my sister for a massage for my birthday . My girl (which I will not name) that gave me a massage was terrible . I was so looking forward to this massage. I had a 60 min massage and after the first 15 mins I couldn't wait until it was over . My girl never rubbed my legs , or my arms . After my not so great experience last time I came to this spa the owner reached out to me and offered me a refund or credit for the full amount of my services to come try this spa again. I decided to give it another try. This time I came in for a 90 min massage and a European facial. No nails this time. My experience was so much better. First was my massage. My therapist was very friendly and talented. And because I was not pregnant there was no problems with me getting the longer massage. I was offered a robe to put on between services so I wouldn't have to dress and get undressed multiple times. Next was my facial. This time I was under the covers on a warm table which was so much better. My facial was great. This facial seemed much longer and had a massage of my arms and neck also. I felt very pampered and relaxed as I left. So glad I tried it again. I hope this is what to expect consistently from now on. read more

POSITIVES: Nice location. Ambiance is great. And they offer ionic foot detox baths, which I LOVE. I've gone twice, taking each of my children and they are great with the kids. The kids ask daily if they can go back. They offer "5 free" polishes and one of the manicurists makes her own natural scrub and lotion for the pedi's, which is awesome. NEGATIVES: I was not impressed with my first impression of the greeter at the front desk. Upon my arrival of my very first visit, I was ignored for about 5 minutes and then was told that they were running 10 minutes late. THEN, she continued to tell me that she could shorten the 30 minutes of the previous guests to accommodate us. Umm..great for us....not for them. Everyone should get the time that they paid for. The second visit was better, but felt she was still unprofessional. I tried to pay with cash and she couldn't count back the change. OVERALL: I will likely go back. The location is great for us and the kids like it. I like the services they offer. However, if I found another spa that offered ionic foot detox baths, I would likely try them out to see if the service was slightly better. So far, in Idaho....you can' t beat the spa ambiance they have going. read more

She recommended going 50% longer than my natural lashes which was the perfect extension length, not too short and not too over the top. Its the natural look I was going for. I looked for over a year in Eagle to find a good place to get a quality pedicure. I wanted a clean, comfortable, relaxing environment and a quality pedicure that would last. Well I finally found the best nail lady ever - Ashley Newton. Ashley is WONDERFUL! Seriously! She gives the BEST pedicures. She treats you special. She is super kind. Her technique is perfect. Her pedicures last and last (without chipping) and I am super hard on my feet (hiking all the time!). Believe me..I almost did not want to post this...because I don't want Ashley to get so busy she won't be able to fit me in her schedule! But I also know how hard it can be to find someone who gives you quality and professionalism in your pedicures and manicures....so give Ashley a call at Eagle Day Spa...you will NOT be disappointed. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. 1 Star is being nice and I'm only speaking for my pedicure service. Not speaking for any other services. A 40 dollar pedicure that should have been a 20 dollar pedicure. We started off with making an appointment for my sister and me. They had us do a side by side with one nail technician going back and forth. Our understanding was that we were getting pedicures side by side but when we got there we had one technician. She did not even wear gloves between the two of us and it was in a Luke warm bucket. Because of time one of us couldn't get the entire service done and ended up with only a polish change and still charged 20 dollars for slapping a coat of paint on. when we talked to the manager she did nothing and wasn't exactly helpful. I expect way more for a 40 dollar pedicure! It was extremely frustrating and not relaxing at all. I don't recommend a pedicure here. read more
