What made the experience even worse was overhearing employees talking about overcharging customers. After hearing that while already feeling like I had been given phones that were not worth what I traded, it completely destroyed my trust in the business. I came in with a mint-condition iPhone 16 Plus and left feeling like I got seriously ripped off. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table.
