Harris (the owner) is a networking guy. He knows how to go about troubleshooting home or business networks. While he, like most other tech services, have preference on brands of products, he's transparent and honest. He diagnosed my issues, suggested a fix, charged me his cost for the hardware, and a reasonable cost for installation. He's prompt, knowledgeable, and will offer you options at varying cost that you can consider before signing below. Is it cheap? No. Should it be? Absolutely not. Our house has doorbells, cameras, phones, media players, TVs, game consoles, thermostats, and computers. Literally dozens of devices that rely on a fast, consistent signal. I feel like he charged me a reasonable price, will follow up to ensure that it works as advertised, and was open and honest in troubleshooting and offering a solution. Anyway, sent photos from the ground and was basically told it would be easier to replace the antenna for the $250 plus the cost of the antenna. What?
